Hmm.. I never had any problems with broken diff retarget on X11/X13 coins.. There must be some idiot dev who broken cloned a wallet and now people are always clone again from that broken clone lately..
Guys.. Clone a WORKING coin.. Not a broken one.. And do TESTS before you launch.. A genesis block costs nothing...
