Maj, we know you are working hard and doing a good job of it.

Any chance you could leave your IDE for a moment to give us a quick update on things to date and perhaps a revised launch schedule?

i.e. approximately mid-April release, late-April release, early-May/June, etc?
We know how big of a project this is and us programmers also appreciate what you are going through.

Kudos.

roughly 3.2GB of raw source code (uncompressed/unoptimized) many lines of code spread over 4 projects & several sub-modules/libs and this excludes the mobile stuff currently under devel.

AME node webkit client and wallet development is built across all OS'es, in this SS was built for Win x64. but runs happily across-platforms. The Platform is up and is a separate entity, part of the 4 projects which makes up the platform and is what the clients speaks to and is linked with.

tbh, Cant really convey much with SS of open IDE as SS do not really allow to display the overall scope of the works and how it all fits together.

SS above of the fall-back VM's from the VPS'es / clusters and development machines, nodes etc. This SS is off my primary machine but ESXi server is on a separate/shared local dedicated box and runs the cloned bitnami nodejs/NGINX machine/images as are the storage cluster running bitnami REDIS based VM images and a couple off docker containers images plus other bits and pieces.

FYI full source is available up on github for both coin (new/old) and also the nodejs aerome rpc lib as found on the OP link. I am mirroring a distributed version control system acting as a central control revision system.  This is also true for the node modules which are private as set in packet.json so im kind of running a simple private cloud with all my bits and pieces in redundancy offered by bitbucket and also my containers via docker containers.

HTH

Maj

--Edit
I am also still in the process of putting a few matters right which cropped up last week and has kind of pissed me off still..
We have also won a 2 month VIP advertisement showcase competition on AltcoinFoundation.. more info on this asap.
Also a very interesting offer/partnership has passed my desk sort of speak and something which I am considering further before I bring it to you guys.

AeroMe has been dropped to a low level risk of executing a manual coin swap scam:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=942371

It looks like AeroMe performed a manual coin swap with no ill intention. However, as result of the manual coin swap process, the blockchain was restarted and not all coins were returned to every wallet on the previous blockchain. Which wallets and their balance is unknown to the public at this time.

Thats fair, but you should also say anyone who missed the swap, asked, and could prove they held Aero got their coins swapped manually.

DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT 3.2GB OF SOURCE CODE MEANS?
Let's do a simple math. Windows source code is 200-400MB of source code.

You are either a very proficient lier, or amateur, or just a mad person! I am not angry at you, no way. I feel pity for you. I mean it Sad

Not saying 3.2GB of code isn't an insane claim, but I don't think your numbers are accurate for windows source code any longer. OSX's Source is close to 2GB from what I understand, and it's code base is significantly less "insane" than the windows project. If you count all of the source to all of the libraries, SDKs, applications, etc... that come packaged with windows I bet it's closer to 5-10GB uncompressed.

3.2GB for this project sounds a bit unlikely, but I could easily see that number if Majika were including libraries, project files, and the enumerable chaffe that your typical IDE creates when working on a project.

So he's probably not lying, just exaggerating what in the file that he's measuring constitutes "source code".

Even including the source code libraries?! Do you know the size of the source code of NodeJS? Less than 300MB. Other technologies? Less than 100MB. How many technologies? Ten? Who the fuck is this liar?

Yea another idiot making the ignored list.

Please leave our community. Your mindless attack on our coin is 1) unwarranted 2) unwelcome 3) bloody annoying.

When I see activity on the thread I want to read good positive stories on either coin development or a good community story not your mindless drivel.

Wow, you must have no idea of the scope of major projects like this, because you just made my point for me. If NodeJS's library is 300MB alone and he's got 3 different interconnected projects (exchange, front end, and coin network) that all probably use 3-5 pieces of middleware, then that easily adds up to a bulk of the 3.2GB. No idea, why this specific project is so large, since I don't have time to sift through the depot myself, but it doesn't sound at all unreasonable to have 3.2GB of stuff if you include libraries.

Hey guys.

So slack emailed me and asked me to disable / fix the signup gateway we made. Apparently it was flooding invite reminders. Unfortunately, It's PHP code pulled from the internet, and modified by a friend. I'm not good with PHP, and idk that I can get it fixed myself. If anyone is willing to take a look, it's posted in the #_Development channel..

Fantastic organization and set up, Maj. You took some good measures in the build, very thorough which I like.

The next revolution is to build functionality upon the blockchain.

This is what AeroME is doing. I have a strong feeling about this. It is a fantastic coin compared to the crap that a lot of other developers are doing.

Finally, a coin with a highly skilled dev who has the skills to bring this BEAST forward. A lot of the other crap coins out there have some unskilled guy who ends up hiring some unskilled programmer to build a pump and dump scam coin. If you want proof of this, check out LXC.

AeroME, as I mentioned before, is going places and the only way it is doing that is with a skilled coder like Maj.

Just went back online. Took a little longer than it should have because I fell asleep haha. Should be working fine now, and any missed signups should have gotten their invites by now.
