I have also bitcoin pending for long time but other coins deposits and withdraws working ok just because of this I am using this exchange again hope now its work ok for me and all
Deposits works, i cashed out doge and everything went fine. Not sure if it works for bitcoin too. I never deposit or withdraw bitcoin in this exchange so cannot say any thing about this but I have some bitcoin which are held for long time |

I have few bitcoin there held by them which i hope to be released soon. |

This is the coins from another exhange hack, this is the part of the coins stolen from BIPS: https://blockchain.info/address/1HpwmCt8LE6uA6gMDowMiYAFjqAa5BNrzgThey are on the move now, after being sitting in passive for 1.5 year. This is totally unrealated to BTER, kaykawa is mixing things up I belive. |

I waiting pending AC withdrawal since 2015-06-15, many times ask to cancel order if they have problem with wallet, I can exchange to other coins or at least as a solace would be daily interest, but if got respond , that sandart: "We will cancel it or resent it for you as soon as possible "

Its working ok but customer service is very slow to respond I have one issue with some coins but they send uncompleted response after long time but I am sending them daily response |

pass second month my coin (worth around $100) still in pending status , support stopped replay. In last answer told than can not cancel or change address and will sent to old (which not working , and I report about that several time) |

Me also, 0,05 btc "freeze" in their wallet, any reply from the "support", a lots of mistake with % interest rate.... For me really bad exchange... it's a lots of months I am waiting my last coins ... but they not only stop to reply to my message but also decide to not send anything....  bad...really bad experience |
