Juniper Research has their say about it:
http://bitforum.info/t/juniper-research-predicts-where-will-bitcoin-be-in-two-years/286/1

With all the good news about Bitcoin, I am sure they're up to something good in 2 years.

Andreas thinks so too..
http://bitforum.info/t/give-bitcoin-two-years-said-andreas-antonopoulos/247

How about you? What do you think?

As Ive said Bitcoin is here to stay..
2 years is not enough..

I think that bitcoin should stabilise by then. The volatility is a big bane in driving adoption atm. Price stability should lead to more adoption of bitcoin and more adoption and limited supply, means that the price is bound to rise. I don't see the price going much beyond $500 though as the initial hype around bitcoin seems to have vanished already. Looks like all the speculators in bitcoin are already out of the game, which surprisingly, is a good thing for bitcoin. We need adopters and not speculators. I know that i will still have my small stash of 4 bitcoins, or maybe even more by then!  Grin
I think it is less volatility that is causing the rate of increased adoption to decline so much that the price is simply gradually falling.

Take for example early 2014, the price was much less stable then than it is now however the price was both much higher and was both increasing and decreasing

How can we be sure that Satoshi isn't dead already?

An economy based on endless growth is unsustainable.

In two years? Bitcoin will have grown in acceptance and it will be trading under $100.

I can`t tell you where Bitcoin will be in terms of usage, acceptance and price. But I am sure that Bitcoins will be in computers and Blockchain in two years.

After all the scams, hacks etc i dont have much faith in bitcoin.
I think btc will be <100 in 2 years, might be worth nothing in 10 years.
...

Lol. It will be trading around $285 at least. If $100 or less in two years, btc is basically dead.
Miners say around $85-$90 is dead zone. Price must go up, or btc is over and failed experiment.

I support a decentralized & unregulatable ledger first, with safe scaling over time.

Miners can say what they want now but how would they know what kind of hash is on btc in 2 years? Thus what kind of price can be justified?

If you want Bitcoin to be what it was intended to be, then less than $100 in two years, especially after the halving of 2016, would be a failure.

The question is very unclear, as its not clear what does it ask . Price/Adoption/usage/or technology wise ?
But overall, I think we have a lot of new developments coming out, like the ATH.
And with all these, the adoption would increase as well.
