kernel reaper.cl
save_binaries yes
enable_graceful_shutdown no
long_polling yes

mine litecoin

litecoin.conf:

You should use cgminer. Reaper support for NVIDIA card is a joke.
It's also dead, never updated again since April 2012.

You're using sha256 algo which is used in bitcoin, litecoin use scrypt.
Run cgminer with

cgminer --scrypt --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 6144 -g 4 -I 13

Can't really help much since I don't have 9600 M, you should seek help from the developer of cgminer himself.
His name is ckolivas, and here's his thread :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=92887.420

Meanwhile, you should set up cpu miner in your laptop to protect the litecoin network.
The speed must be small but every kH/s help.
Go solo if you can.

Your nvidia card will cost you more in electricity than it earns to mine.
Do not mine with a laptop, they are not designed to provide enough cooling to be running flat out for hours on end.
Your card only has 64 stream processors so the settings you are using will never work on it.
Get the latest binary.
Try just --shaders 64 and don't set thread concurrency or lookup gap.

LTC GPU mining is not remotely trivial to do at the moment, and it really is this hard for most people. They just battle on till they find what works.

For anyone who is still having issues with this, I have created a program to create cgminer configurations for windows fairly seamlessly:
