...
So at the end of the day (i.e. the time the site won't be back online): Who to go after for getting back the money?

http://www.lightbox.ca/services_bitcoins.php

They denied involvement.  Said the parted ways in 2014 or something like that.

Lol, of course they he would, why do you suppose he bought a Panamanian shell?
Regardless, if he sold the site, he most certainly has detailed records of the sale, for tax purposes if nothing else, no?

Someone here has made a statement that AmHash have gone, they have NOT gone.

As AmHash had stated, they came back on March 1,
I was able to log in and my balance had increased for the period that they were on holiday, no problem.

All the BTC that I expected was there in AmHash.

I have not been able to see anything on the Havelock website though.
A post above shows that they have seen the normal Havelock page,
but after they login the maintenance page appears,
that is more than I have seen,
which is only the maintenance page.

EDIT: I just brought up the havelock page again and this time I CAN see the normal havelock website page.

Trying to login now,

WOW, HAVELOCK ARE BACK, I JUST LOGGED IN A.O.K.

The thing is that the rent shares have over 300K invested and if Havelock goes down I am not sure that each individual stock on this site has investors details.

Havelock said more than one time that every stock admin receive 2 mails a day with the complete listing of email owners + shares owned....

Site is up, no divends since february 22nd, no ability to withdraw funds, nor buy/sell, but hey.. at least the deposit seems activated

Sorry, but I'll wait until withdrawals and trading continues before considering myself convinced.

It does look a brighter than before though, if you ask me.

I guess the FUD garbage goons are gonna pop a vein now or something.

The good thing about this is that you get tons of much worse than useless junk on ignore forever.

But folks are reassured, progress being made, right?  Because removing all functionality from a website is hard, takes at least ten days Smiley

I have some dust deposits missing, the last one credited was confirmed 2015-02-20 21:30:24. There are eight after that which haven´t arrived. Guess they will eventually. Not any biggie, like .11 altogether or so.
