I use the e-coin card and I'm very satisfied so far. On 1st September they had a login problem but they resolved it the same day but after a couple of hours and everything works ok now. I don't know if it is scam or not.
But their email doesn't work:
"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

support@e-coin.io

Technical details of permanent failure:
Message rejected by Google Groups. Please visit http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188131 to review our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines."
And
The order for my physical Visa Debit card in USD was placed on 09/14/2015, nothing till now. No tracking number, no update, just "pending...".

mate, it's not always easy to be sure who is who in the forum, but if we identified your request right, it has been addressed and resolved.

please, confirm all ok, as using the words you have used should really not be used unless it's a fact..

Got the second card, it happens to be valid now. Sorry if my words sounds weird to you, but its a financial information and expect more serious working attitude.
I believe that its not actually your fault, but fault of some of your partners.
