Thanks LFC_Bitcoin.  And FWIW, I am happy, just was curious about how to interpret the numbers.  I hope I can remember this next time I forget it (or that they switch to +/- which is not-ambiguous, IMO).

Congratulations  Cheesy . Ndnhc said to me that basically the reason for using number instead would be that using a (+/-) is not making the formula for the loyalty points to work and he cant figure it out whats wrong, so instead he stick with the number instead  Wink

Google Spreadsheets doesn't recognize A+ as different from A.

That's interesting.  And it explains why you're using the numbers.  One follow up, do you need it to "recognize" the difference in order to do a sort?  I guess I'm wondering what you mean by "recognize".  Another solution might be "Aplus, A, Aminus", but since I don't know why you need the "recognition" I don't know if that helps Smiley

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

When you get 100 loyalty points they get transferred to bitcoin, I've got 96 at the moment so I'll obviously reach 100 LP next Tuesday.
I have a question - what are 100 LP worth in bitcoin?
How does it work?

Sorry for not mentioning that. When you use vlookup function, I have 2 different values for A and A+, but it will give the same value for A and A+ which is the value assigned to A.
Vlookup in Google Spreadsheet (not in Excel. I learned in Excel, but Google Spreadsheet is more web and group friendly) recognizes A+ as just A.

The LP is auto entered once the post count and rating is entered. It shows wrong when I use A+. but with Aplus or A1 it works. Issue with symbols. Sad probably identifies it as addition function? Dunno. But it doesn't work and that is the workaround I could find.
If you copy paste the same formmulae to Excel it will work as expected with +, plus or 1. Preferred 1,2,3 to plus, minus because it looked messy when I did that. Wink

I am fine with that workaround. But can someone get a way to get hyperlink to an image?
You can use Insert -> Image to insert. Don't use that. Use =IMAGE("link here") to insert the image.
0.05BTC bounty on getting it done. Smiley

I have a question - what are 100 LP worth in bitcoin?
How does it work?

Add the current basic payment (i.e. excluding bonus) with previous 3 ones (in archives) * 0.2% * LP balance.

Suppose you have 0.1, 0.2, 0.1, 0.1. Total is 0.5. and you have 110 LP.

LP payout = 0.5 * 0.2% * 110 = 0.11BTC

One formula I used.
=0.002*G9*(E9+Archives!E74+Archives!E203+Archives!E356)

Hope it clears it up.

Cheers Smiley

I dunno, it seemed to work fine for me.  I typed

Code:
=IMAGE("https://bitcoin.org/img/icons/opengraph.png")

Into the cell A1 here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1edVe4O7IYntcrPxbJWX9bYCFT5Mo8mYulqC_n5kH_3E/edit?usp=sharing

And I see the image in the cell.  Lol, I can't imagine that's worth a 0.05BTC bounty.  There must be something more ...  Maybe it's something about the particular image you're trying to include.

Hi ndnhc...

Just wanna ask something, have the post count finished already?
I see there is a remark behind my name "5", does it mean that I'm deserving to get some bonus?
Because as I see, participants with remark number behind their name get some bonus. But when I see the payment tab, there is no bonus added to me?
Perhaps you did a typo.  Grin

best regards,

Edit : PM'ed you already

You can add some additional params there as a second argument to scale the image.

Bud, the question is, how to add hyperlink to an image.

Can you make it so that, when I click on the image I go to a, say Google?

Like this:

Now click on it and you will go to Google. I want that function. Tongue

It should have worked with HYPERLINK and IMAGE functions, but it didn't, Sad
