This thread will start with the premise laid-out nicely by greBit, base mainly on my findings. There should now be no concern about ruining some 17-year-old Asian boy name Zhou Tong reputation. The next post will show exactly where he goes, for he's posted his FourSquare data.

Please help me connect the dots illustrated by Bruno ...

Statement 1: Zhou Tong is `Dustin Curtis` owner of lifepath.me

Evidence:

That is correct! Kevin Lim owns isthereason.com. Kevin Lim is the same person that was selling lifepath.me on eBay at the time that Zhou Tong owned it. Zhou Tong even mentions lifepath.me on his Twitter account(s) prior to it being for sale on eBay. The email addresses even match up.

A simple Linkedin search would have found out who is William W. Murck. Or try that Google thingy that's all the rage. Seriously, a researcher like Patrick A. Murck, could not find out the following? http://brainopera.tumblr.com/post/6286926273/will-buy-bitcoin-in-singapore

Statement 4: Kevin Lim is `sgbitcoins@yahoo.com.sg`

Evidence:

If we can show that sgitcoin.com and sgbitcoins@yahoo.com.sg belong to the same identity.

They certainly appear very similar, coincidence would be hard to argue

Statement 7: bitchen is `sgbitcoins@yahoo.com.sg`
Evidence:

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

An this thread will probably end with an indirect statement of Tihan:

Mr Seale, please identify Zhou Tong, would you? It spares us another 50 pages of ongoing speculation in 3 different threads. Thank you!

Zhou Tong is exactly who he says he is.

EDIT: copy paste mistake

Do you think the photos of `Zhou Tong` credit cards at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=86594.msg953155#msg953155 are fakes? I guess one could question why the kid in the pics wasnt holding the bank cards.

However, I don't think I have seen enough evidence yet of the ZT -> kevin connection.

The forum admin suggested that he would be willing to help out, but only in collaboration with one of the trusted members, I imagine that could be a pretty useful data source.

I remember when Phinnaeus Gage was investigating who Tom Williams was.  That was a conspiracy theory and because of that I have no reason to give trust in this new conspiracy theory.  Sorry, PG.

Why not just ask Kevin?

I find his last name interesting though.  The mandarin for 林 is Lin while the cantonese version is Lam.  He uses Lim which is used in the Chaozhou dialect.  These people have a large diaspora community.  Many live in Vietnam, USA, Malaysia and Singapore.

Introducing constraints to the economy only serves to limit what can be economical.

SO what is going on? I am concerned because I have an 8 year old (Zhou Tong?) and also use OPENDNS services to protect whatever online business I do.

FYI: I am using the Buffalo Tech WZR-HP-G300NH with Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10) std

DD-WRT uses DNSMASQ (Which is enabled), and yet on the routers page I can see that it is connected to the same IP listed on OPENDNS.

SO again, why do my blocked (porn) categories still come thru?

Last year, there was a weird man on this forum, not too young, that was obsessed with Thai boys, just below the legal age. His name was Bruce.
This year, there is a man on this forum, not too young, that is obsessed with a Chinese boy, just below the legal age. His name is Bruno.
Man, I can clearly see a pattern here. Maybe Bruno is Bruce?
Evidence: Both name have the same length and both start with "Bru". If you rotate the "n" counterclockwise it magically transforms itself into a "c". Now when you cut to "o" horizontally in half you get an "e". So it is almost undeniable that Bruno==Bruce.
Please, someone should send out some private investigator, to actually confirm that fact.

~~ not a conspiracy theory! ~~

I'm going to say something here that I've never, ever said, wrote, penned, etc., on the internet.

You're an asshole! (at aq)

Do you serious believe that Kevin Lim is not Zhou Tong after the proof I've laid out? Zhou Tong didn't even take the time to state that he is not Kevin Lim. Normally he would be on that like flies on shit (which reminds me, I need to update the '...walks into a bar' thread).

I'm not obsessed with a Chinese boy named Zhou Tong. I am obsessed with getting the truth out for the betterment of Bitcoin, but you, my soon-to-be-bitch, would rather post vile at my expense, several times now, hence me reverting to returning the volley by flingin' feces like a recess.

So some Asian guy post a picture proving his Zhou Tong. The same guy post a picture of credit/debit cards with the name Zhou Tong on them. You or I could do exactly the same thing.

I will post more links making the KL to ZT connection shorly, but first I need to make a fresh pot of coffee and do some further research on myfreecams.com.

Peace, aq. (half serious, but you can earn the other half via an apology once I prove to you I'm right)

With all due respect, I need to correct a grave error I've committed.

Quote
Dr. Kevin Lim recently graduated with his PhD in Communication at the University at Buffalo (SUNY).

I will now change the title of this thread to properly displaying his rank and file.

And for shits and giggles, I think the following will prove to be an interesting read: What is Transmedia?

Quote
At the Futures of Entertainment 4 conference in MIT, I asked academics Xiaochang Li, Sheila Seles and William Uricchio of the Convergence Culture Consortium on their definitions of transmedia.

As defined by Henry Jenkins in his book Convergence Culture (2006 // see book and video), transmedia storytelling is published across multiple forms of media with each element making distinctive contributions to a viewer/user/player’s understanding of the story world. By using different media formats, it attempts to create “entrypoints” through which consumers can become immersed in a story world. Jenkins also compares highlights sticky media vs. spreadable media, where we once stuck viewers into specific media, now we’re now encouraging the content to be perpetuated across media and users.

At least now we have a scale: inserting 1 random character to make sgitcoin=sgbitcoin is evidence in your world, but slightly morphing 2 characters makes you an asshole. Cheesy

Anyway, while my post was in no way meant to be serious, I still wanted to show you, that it can be a huge mistake to assume someone is the same from a few far-fetched similarities.

Seriously, after Tihan Seale confirmed that Zhou Tong is Zhou Tong, your insisting on that he is somebody else, is well, laughable.

Then why did ZT not fly on this shit? Well, once you succeed to convince everyone that he is somebody else, he will no longer be blamed personally and maybe, depending on your level of success, must no longer be afraid to face justice.

But I understand you somehow. After reading this, I immediate thought "now I can understand why Bruno does not believe that ZT is only 17". Maybe you should not compare everyone by looking at some average 17yr old US entrepreneur.

So keep up the good work, but man, get serious

Well, first of all we can forget the alter-ego story. Tihan Seale has confirmed that Zhou indeed is who he says he is, and I see no reason why he should lie.

Does the community accept Tihan Seale as an upstanding member of the community? If so I guess we can accept that ZT is indeed who he says he is?

If the community does accept this, then do the people who believe ZT not to be who he says he is have anything to say to the matter?

Gavin has verified Tihan to be what he says he is, and if Gavin isn't an upstanding member of the community we're in a lot of trouble.

Yes, hence my thread. Dr. Kevin Lim PhD = Zhou Tong.

After you read the OP, let me know exactly which dot I didn't connect.

~Bruno~

The dot that was a stretch to connect was sgitcoin = sgbitcoin. if you do that one, then stevejobs807 = steve_bobs. Connecting them all way, Dr. Kevin Lim PhD = Patrick Strateman. (which at this point, wouldn't even surprise me).

Looking at the 2 highlighted portions of the statement; Of sgitcoin or sgbitcoin, who ever created one was aware that the other had existed. Likewise for stevejobs and stevebobs.
Not to worry, the pedophile honeypot persona will be 18 soon, they will need a new yoon to catch more flies.

For Bitcoin to be a true global currency the value of BTC needs always to rise.
If BTC became the global currency & money supply = 100 Trillion then ⊅1.00 BTC = $4,761,904.76.

Lin (or Lam, Lim) is a common family name for the Chinese - AFAIK almost 20% of Chinese have this family name so I'd think it means nothing in this case.  Wink

I posted the following in the other thread, for I read that one first, otherwise I may have penned a similar reply to the above, foregoing posting on the other thread.

Quote
sgitcoin = sgbitcoin is my horse, whilst stevejobs807 = steve_bobs is some others, albeit I use BlowBobs when in an alpaca state of mind.

Granted, sgitcoin = sgbitcoin is somewhat of a stretch, but considering that changing the last two letters of a Lithuanian surname (as) to the common Polish surname ending (i), would not change the fact that the two differently named entities are related when there's mounting evidence linking the two more directly, excluding any two email addresses similarity owned by both.

Connecting Kevin to Patrick would be considered a stretch with such flimsy (neat word!) proof.

Thanks for the comment, bud.

Let's get one thing straight. I am not an attention whore (my word, not yours)! For the life of me, I can't believe that this thread has been moved. Is this action telling me that, all in all, most think I'm off my rocker? Is it possible that this Bitcoinica thingy runs deeper than the Nile?

Here's your major problem.  Things which you think are clear evidence, others believe are tenuous connections at best or conspiratorial nonsense at worst.  It's often difficult for people to establish what it is you believe the information you've presented proves, let alone why you believe it proves your assertions.  You're going off on so many tangents that any meaningful connections you may have found are getting lost among the more dubious stuff.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending

All the fuck I'm trying to do is help the Bitcoin community find the truth. The evidence is clear. But in case it's not, I'll pen a better timeline.

Peace, all.

~Bruno~

Here's your major problem.  Things which you think are clear evidence, others believe are tenuous connections at best or conspiratorial nonsense at worst.  It's often difficult for people to establish what it is you believe the information you've presented proves, let alone why you believe it proves your assertions.  You're going off on so many tangents that any meaningful connections you may have found are getting lost among the more dubious stuff.
I couldn't have said it better. Take heed, Bruno, because this is exactly correct.

I concur. I have presented the facts(?) in a mismatched fashion, but not on purpose nor for attention, as I've already stated. I truly do have full capacity of my frontal lobe, albeit maybe the other lobe(s) haven't been firing properly. I'll squarely lay the blame on my RL business, none withstanding the added burden of playing musical warehouses due indirectly to the Bitcoinica hack, hence partly the reason for hunting down the truth. Once found, I will put ONE alpaca sock in their mailbox just to let them know that I know who they are (or he/she is--may even be a heshe for I know).

I have incurred a financial burden due to this fiasco, but a wise author once wrote, "Don't sweat the small stuff, for it's all small stuff."

I do not mean to offend you!   Wink You are doing a good job, it is a non-standard approach is the most productive.

Try investigating in the direction -   WikiMedia+Bitcoinica.  Roll Eyes I can not find the thread, but it is confirmed Zhou. And it is strangely disappeared from view.

I also donated pretty much the same amount to Wikimedia Foundation Inc.

He's talking about donations he made after the sale of Bitcoinica - addressing Maria's conspiracy theories regarding Matthew's role in Bitcoinica.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Thank you. But I mean, why did not cause suspicion that Wikimedia owns bitkoinika at the back then? I want to suggest that if there were no sales? What if the Wikimedia still owns Bitcoinica? And this whole circus tent there for what would distract attention from the truth, that would not hurt the reputation Wikimedia? just a hypothesis ...

........
I also donated pretty much the same amount to Wikimedia Foundation Inc. Alright, Wikipedia was the de facto owner of Bitcoinica back then.
I hope I will not be banned at this time .. Roll Eyes

How many Trinity Colleges are there to which Zhou Tong could be attending?

Trinity College Melbourne, Victoria
Trinity College Dublin, Ireland
Trinity College London, England
Trinity College Bristol, England
Trinity College Cambridge, U.K.
Trinity College Oxford, United Kingdom
Trinity College Washington, DC
Trinity College Durham, North Carolina (Duke University)
Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut
Trinity College New Port Richey, Florida
Trinity College Jacksonville, Florida
Trinity College Everett, WA
Trinity College Rock Island, Illinois
Trinity College Deerfield, Illinois
Trinity College Palos Heights, Illinois
Trinity College Newburgh, Indiana

What's the point? Don't ask for directions when traveling in Phinnaeus Gage's neck of the woods, as several different people may give you tangentially varying directions.

Did he say "I go to Trinity College" pause "My PO Box is in Melbourne, Australia" and you assumed he said "I attend Trinity College in Melbourne, Australia." I didn't find anything in this forum where Zhou Tong states the latter.

I have to respectively disagree with you ^^... There's not a shed of proof that Zhou Tong is a 17-year-old kid, mastering-minding Bitcoinica when he was only 16-years-old, let alone one that attends Trinity College in Australia. I have more proof showing that I deal with reclaimed barn wood and am located in Sandwich, IL, than what Zhou Tong has offered up.

Back to Patrick A. Murck. I'm still have yet to find proof that he's some kind of federal lawyer. I did find the following: http://www.yasni.com/ext.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.fhhlaw.com%2Fmemo_clients%2F2006%2FMeet%2520New%2520Arrivals.pdf&name=Ron+Whitworth&cat=other&showads=1

Quote
FHH is also pleased to announce the imminent arrival of two new members of our legal
team.  Ron Whitworth and Patrick Murck, both recent graduates of the Columbus School
of Law of the Catholic University of America, are scheduled to start work with FHH
immediately after Labor Day.  Ron received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana
University; Patrick received his from American University.  Both have taken the Virginia
Bar exam and are currently awaiting the results.

Perhaps I should contact an ex-girlfriend of mine who's a Prosecuting Attorney in Memphis and and whom I was instrumental in helping her past the bar, albeit only via being her sex partner, thus helping her relieve the pressure leading up to the exam when I used to live in Tunica, MS, living the life of a poker player. She would be able to tell me exactly where Patrick can practice law, since he has yet to offer up proof after a many requests.

According to this, ZT has already turned 18: https://angel.co/zhoutong/following

18 years old. Developing Rails apps since 2009. Financial independence at 16. Some background in business and cloud computing.

The age changes on the day of the users inputted birthday. Is it possible he got his birthday wrong here as he did over at CrunchBase: http://www.crunchbase.com/person/zhou-tong/revision/1

Birthdate   8/8/94

Now take a look at the seven people that ZT follows on AngelList: https://angel.co/zhoutong/following

Why would he follow Dustin Curtis, a.k.a. Kevin Lim, of whom he claims to have purchased lifepath.me from off of eBay? This was the only thing Dustin Curtis has ever listed on eBay. http://myworld.ebay.com/dustin.curtis/?_trksid=p4340.l2559

FB gives Zhou's birth date as 24 August 1994.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

And so does CrunchBase after ZT made the very first edit. I've asked this before, and I"ll ask it again: How the fuck does somebody get their birthday wrong when filling out a form?

And I still can't figure out how he made that last edit from Galveston, TX: http://www.crunchbase.com/person/zhou-tong/revisions

Unless he got mixed up while viewing this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Zhou_Tong.svg (scroll down to see August 8,)

I found something else, but too tired to post it now.

Nobody I know uses their real date of birth on FB though. Most haven't even used their real name for the past two years. People don't trust FB.

I know plenty who use their real info. But my case is just as you describe. Not even one social network profile on my name. Fuck them. They'll probably link it to me anyways if they need to lol
