I just noticed this in the first post:

Quote
Loyalty Points expire after 90 days of account inactivity.  Account inactivity is defined as not submitting any shares and not communicating with us.

After logging in to the redeem pool, looks like my loyalty points are still there. Have any points been expired due to the above rule?

I seem to have missed that too, however I also still have my points.

I also am about to use my loyalty points, they are still there....

Sorry, I haven't heard anything about the 90 day thing.  I'm no longer a full time employee of CoinLab and am currently just working for CoinLab as a contractor to transition payouts to Kathy, who will be taking over.

Today's VWAP for redeem pool payouts is $76.49.

I am a consultant providing services to CoinLab, Inc.

I'm transitioning payouts to Kathy tomorrow, so this week's payouts will be going out tomorrow instead of today.  Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Hey Miners,

Kathy processed payouts for the first time today, and she will continue processing payouts each Monday.

A few changes coming with this

- We are suspending the 97% bonus for protected pool miners (it hasn't been used in a couple of weeks anyways)
- If you have any questions or need to request a special payout, you can email Kathy@CoinLab.com
- I will no longer be able to answer your questions about the pools, so please direct them to Kathy.

Thanks, I've had a great time working with you all.  Keep those hashrates up and hardware temps down!

Chris

So all those who haven't redeemed all their protected shares will lost them forever?

May the WinTame Power be with you!

CoinLab Protected pool was the pool where you could earn those loyalty points last year. The Redeem pool is for redeeming them. I presume Chris meant that the protected pool will return to 95% PPS again. However, we still haven't heard anything about the 90 days expiration rule that sneaked it's way into the first post. Have some users' points been expired because of that rule?

I see that at least one miner with significant hashrate is mining on the redeem pool. jjiimm, are you still getting paid?

Yes, they are paying every week without issue.

I requested a manual payout of my outstanding balance. It was completed quickly by Kathy.

From memory... same pool details as before, but username is redeem_yourUsername, instead of protected_yourUsername. Something like that.

Since people seem to be getting paid, I switched to this pool also.

Based on cgminer's current block time and block hash, the current block has been stuck at 252622 (0000000000000045da12116dc55785f0b4c889ca3bbb0c7663935a614f7f6263) for almost 3 hours now. I'm watching blockchain.info and no block changes are reported when new blocks come in. Of course this shouldn't really matter for any PPS miners, if the pool pays as it has promised. I just have zero chance of actually producing a block here.

My share counter is also not increasing anymore, it seems to be missing the last 2-3 hours of mining. Hashrate graph is drawing a straight line too.

I see this too.
According to cgminer I am still submitting shares (and they are accepted) but the site seems to be in cardiac arrest.

Still broken? At least the block hash looked similar to what it was stuck on earlier, didn't feel like sticking around Smiley

Yes it is stuck... and I got paid up and to the point of stuck (about last friday)

I will email them and see if we can unstick it.. pretty sure all the shares are being counted, I have seen this in the past at other pools.

Jim

edit:  I think they are looking into it as we speak!

Can anyone at coinlab confirm that the redeem pool and my redeem shares will not expire any time soon? I would like to cash them in but Id rather wait until after air conditioning season to redeem them. I know it says two years but a lot can change in two years. Also there seems to be a 90 day clause that showed up, so a fair warning about when coinlab will start expiring peoples points would be cool. Thanks.
