I read some bad reviews of your app in google play. They said tha this wallet doesn't allow to send the coins out once it reached the wallet. Is this issue resolved? Also can you explain more how the affiliate program works? I'll try this out later but I am still hesitant if this application is clean or if you guys are actually legit.

Actually we have never received any support requests from this guy from Google Play Market.
There are more than 4000 users registered with BIT.AC since March, 2016. I would like to state that there are no known wallet problems at this time. Average customer service response time is 8 hours so there are no unresolved issues as of now.

2. We do not offer hardware versions of BIT.AC wallet at the moment. Web and Android mobile versions are both available. Apple/IOS version is under development.

3. Yes, it's very easy for BIT.AC users to swap one coin for the other. To exchange currencies, simply log into your online account, select the "Exchange" option and complete the simple form. I have opened your website everything went fine, fast respose and i like it, but you don't support for ETC. Do you have plan to support for ETC in the future? I think ETC is has good potensial coin in the future.

We will consider adding Ethereum classic support in the nearest future. As of now, Poloniex is the only liqiudity provider to offer ETC trading. The perspective for ETC remains unclear.

There is a strong possibility that Poloniex is "in Kahoots" with the ETH hackers.

Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to sign and verify a message for an address(check the stake you address thread in meta for an example). If it isn't, will you be able to add that in later on? It's definitely something this wallet needs.

I recommend you to implement a feature that would make it possible to distribute the received 50% commission on affiliates transaction fees between the affiliates according to some percentage which could be set and changed in the account settings. A few years ago I advised something along (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.msg4206169#msg4206169) these lines to wetsuit, the owner of freebitco.in (a Bitcoin faucet and dice casino site). After he implemented this feature, I was able to attract around a hundred referrals within a month on sharing with my referred users half of what I earned by them...

Worldcoin support is now discontinued due to low liquidity.

I got into Bitcoin through Coinbase when they had been running a massive advertising campaign in 2013. That campaign got a lot of traction in Internet back then and, I guess, recruited a lot of Bitcoin users as well. They were giving out free satoshis to everyone who registered with their service. That's how it all started for me. You could try something like that too (and also credit the accounts of existing users with free coins as a bonus)...

Great service, this is exactly what I wanted! :) Online multi currency wallet with a nice list of altcoins and with currency exchange possibility.

I can play around with smaller amounts of coins from faucets, adds or service payments and once I have a bigger amount, I can consolidate everything and send it to my cold wallet. :)

Finally a new wallet that is actually reliable and has instant service. Though there are few good ones, but I had found difficulty when I tried for ethereum and monore as this two alt coins especially the latter is coming up big time. I feel this wallet has all the making of being a instant hit with all. Especially with some lagging and this will go on to create something really big. Just keep on doing the great work, simple and easy design and methods to use. Could give some really tough competition to coinbase.com and others.

Thats a very good question because I am sure quite a number of people will want answer to such question and not only the poster alone but I think OP has been here for a while and like someone has stated, its just a renewal of the campaign and from then till now, we havent seen any scam accusations against him but its a bitcoin world and anything can happen. With the length of service and the number of base users, I guess Bit.ac had already established its reputation.  Though I can say any site can go rouge but I think Bit.ac won't ruin their reputation just to get some BTC when they can earn more along the way.

I signed up on the site for the first time, I thought it was a trading platform but then I was wrong :).  As for the site, it is user friendly and love the ease of using it. 

I have not yet used the platform myself but from what I have read about bit.ac; above comment; and checking the platform itself, it seems to me that it is an instant exchange where you receive the coins on the other end as fast as possible and with this type of service the risk of "going rogue" is pretty low and practically non existent because you can technically never have your money out of your pocket for more than a couple of minutes tops!

Exactly, this will give convenience and security to us as the most popular crypto currencies are present here. This is good for us who uses different type of currencies in our regular activities in the crypto world, the more legitimate crypto currencies will be added the better. It's like a "one stop shop" IMO.

Well, they're offering an instant exchange alongside with wallet make your activities a lot easier with this one, if you've ever got complicated of converting your altcoins.
It's a really convenient way for those who don't want to wait for a long time only to convert/exchange their coins, really recommend this one.
When you're using this service, you have the chance to reduce few minor mistakes such as mistyping an address and so on. There are many things that you don't need to worry furthermore after starting to use this service.

I like the list of some of the coins available. Forgive me if I want to give an unsolicited advice. I think you should get rid of Vericoin, Namecoin, the DAO and Novacoin. Those coins are dying or are already dead. Add Ethereum Classic and the more modern coins in their place. Just a suggestion.

Their future is not known. It is better to add some sort of coin than hastily removed.

Why make another Yobit exchange (sort of) from a decent wallet, with their myriads of shitcoins not worth a satoshi? If you ask me, it makes sense to add coins which are already more or less established and have got at least some traction and popularity. I guess it is a hell of a job to add as well as remove new and stale coins. Anyway, a somewhat conservative approach (in this respect) will give more credit to the wallet, not take from it

Just successfully created an account, I'll be exploring more on what I can do with different altcoins on the list. So far majority of the listed altcoins is very popular in market especially the ETH and Monero. It's a good platform for everyone to use a one account with different assets.

There are quite a lot already but I guess more means better in terms of centralizing everything into one wallet. Because having a wallet is indeed quite better than using an exchange platform as a wallet. I would like to see more coins to be added, but as of right now, bit.ac got my alt coin wallet needs covered.

this is the great wallet. I will try to use it after recovering my money from Coinbase. Damn it. They have stolen me 0.02 and they refuse to solve the case even I have written a support ticket. They said that they do not support my country currently and I have to wait in order to receive the fund. I hope that Bit.ac do not have this kind of trouble

What alt coins are you referring as, if you have checked the wallet it already has monore and etherem those are the two best alt coins after Bitcoins. If you ask the criteria I think they would go on the view with the public demand and need for it. Currently these three are only the most desired ones. And if you have used it you will realize it's so easy and nice to use, with its potential to to be in top 3 wallets very soon. If you do publish your research paper do post here, we all could learn more. I would also advise you to use it more so more the helpful for your article.

Although I love this wallet and use it nearly everyday. I'm concerned with who has my keys? it's not only me is it? BIT.AC also has my keys correct? Like I said I use it everyday and trust them but please answer if you do indeed also hold my keys and not only me? And why is that? Is it because there is no other way to implement Monero? Seems as though every other wallet out there trying to implement monero where only the user holds the keys has many issues, ie: Jaxx, Exodus.....If I am wrong please correct me, but for the most part I am sure there are others who are interested to hear your response. Again I use this wallet everyday and truly love it, but naturally so am a bit concerned with who else hold my keys but just myself.

If you get online anytime you can still check the site. It doesn't cost much most especially that you are carrying its avatar and it is getting u paid. (on a lighter mood). I was of the opinion that we should have register on the wallet and get our payment on the address from the it to have first hand information about it.

Unfortunately, exporting keys is not possible at this time due to the concept of the whole system (since BIT.AC offers true instant cross currency exchange). We are considering other ways to implement 3rd party keys, but at this time export is not possible.

Well this is the definition of a potential counterparty risk. Good thing i trust BIT.AC but there has to be another way.

correct me if I am wrong but for this how about taking advantage of multi sig capabilities. I don't know about most of these altcoins but bitcoin and also a couple of others offer this option and it enables both parties to hold one key each.

If you don't hold your keys you don't hold your coins.....simple

This is the same with all major web wallets out there

There are hybrid wallets (like Blockchain.info wallet) which allow you to keep your keys and use them in desktop wallets, but personally, I consider this approach as very risky, i.e. riskier than using both personal and web wallets. The major reason is that in either of these use cases your private keys never hit the Web. In the case of personal wallet, they are kept on the client side (on your computer), while in the case of web wallet, they are on the server side. With hybrid wallets you are susceptible to the so-called man-in-the-middle attack (even if all the traffic is encrypted). In fact, the Blockchain wallet keys had already been stolen in the past via using a compromised Tor node (or specifically set up by hackers, I don't quite remember which)

Well, there are a lot of people involved in altcoins that own some "less well know" altcoins. And i think, it is more usefull for this type of people.
I guess the more altcoins there are, the better it is for Bit.ac, more it attracts people. Of course i am not talking about the altcoins "fly by night"

That's why it's very important to diversify your deposits because we don't know what will be coming, regulations will play a vital role for any changes and there is nothing we can do but to comply with the law. I never deposit in Coinbase because I have my local exchange wallet and now I'm glad I found BIT.AC since I am planning to divide my deposits. Yeah, let's hope for the best of BIT.AC and our account in the future.

I agree with you on this as we have other campaigns making this possible especially gambling sites that pays into the address generated on their sites this will provide the opportunity to even have a firsthand experience of the services one is advertising and even explore the other features of the site. In that way to, one can even plough back into the business by keep on using the service even after the campaign has ended.

That sounds like a good idea, even though comparing a wallet service and gambling site is definitely don't suit well. It will indirectly give us experiences of using the wallet which is offered and feel the easiness of exchanging an altcoin to another just with few clicks.
But as for now, the funds for advertising were already held by Yahoo, probably possible to be realised by the devs next month if they want to extend.

As bitcoin getting more attention to the outside world, the progress is also healthy for the altcoins, hence it's good to have a service where you have have different wallets of altcoins and bitcoin and that will make it easy for you to convert altcoins to bitcoin or vice versa.
The crypto currrencies will grow and more altcoins will become a legitimate coins and I'd love to see them updated to be integrated in the site.

dev of that site is just waiting to see some good result of his campaign and surely if he see some good stats on this one i think he will extend for more than mounts, and as participants it is your obligation to wander around to this furom so that this site ads will be visible if people decides to continue and prolong his campaign to help his cause.

Indeed, I wonder why it is an issue with Bit.AC when it is not an issue to other online web wallet especially the trading platform like poloniex, bittrex etc.  As far as I know those sites hold more coins than  Bit.Ac.

Anyway I want to ask if I use the Bit.ac wallet for Monero, will I still be using the advantages of having anonymous payments? I know between me and Bit.ac there will be less or no anonymity unless I use a VPN and Tor but for me and the payee, will he know that the XMR payment will come from my Bit.ac wallet?

That is a cause for concern if you are really paranoid of your anonymity being at stake. But I think it is still possible to remain anonymous in this case, if you just use a VPN everytime. I also don't think he'll know it came from your account, since I believe these kinds of wallets are similar to coinbase, where they don't actually use your receiving address as the sending address. Someone correct me if I am wrong here, but that is how I understood how these online wallets work.

I don't think you really need a VPN as I feel this wallet will keep your data anonymous, that's the whole concept of this wallets is that they shall protect your data, otherwise why would people use it. And I feel this wallet is even secure and better than coinbase.com so you can use it without worrying and just keep on enjoying the price hike. If you also see its secured enough so I think you can use this wallet and be safe. The only scenario I feel is when the government will force their hands, like if you know about irs and coinbase.com dispute in the USA court but those scenarios are rare.

In that case there would be no need to use Monero then. I could still use BTC and a VPN with no problems of losing any value if I held another coin like XMR.

if the feedback of the campaign is impressive in few days of campaign,maybe they should keep it on for longer until no one do nothing without the news. More so, here is a place where they can get large users and the wallet has top cryptocurrencies that makes the coinmarketcap.

Can anyone tell me how good is the android wallet, I wanna try it as my secondary wallet but I see so many bad reviews on playstore. Those reviews makes me a bit worry but I dont know whether those reviews are valid or not, hope for some trusted member here to give review of the android wallet.

We apologize for these bad reviews out there. Unfortunately, there are indeed a number of stability problems with the current app version (app may crash from time to time). We are working hard to introduce a brand new wallet as soon as possible. BIT.AC Wallet 2.0 will feature brand new design and usability and highest level of stability. We expect this update to be available at Google Play Market by the end of the next week. We are also working on iphone/ipad wallet, but I cannot provide exact timeframe.

for any wallet out there you should always give it a try yourself, don't trust the reviews that much specially when there aren't that many of them.
you can install the wallet, play around a bit. find the pros and cons and decide if you want to stick to it or not. and besides as you can see from the reply of bitac they are working on it and you can always ask the developers to improve or add features that you want. all the wallets out there started like this and after a long time they became better with feedback they got.

perfectly right since reviews can be bought anywhere nor here as we can see there are people's who buying reviews on service section and exchange for only few satoshi. so to find out for ourselves might truly better if we just seek and try for ourselves so that we can review if this wallet is good or not. and as i am past user of this wallet well i can say that i don't see any issue and the good with it is they have other coins listed on their wallet.

Negative reviews can be bought? Who would make an effort to do something like that to a small service like Bit.ac?

And dont the two of you read? The developer of Bit.ac has already responded and has apologized for their Android wallet. Its true that there are stability issues and those reviews are unquestionably not bought.

apparently you need to read before jumping in conclusion, I made it bold for you.
all I am saying is that people post negative reviews just for a simple bug and rate the app low but they don't see that it is a new app and it is bound to have bugs and they are being fixed by our reports not by giving random negative reports. that is why I said it is best if we test it and report bugs instead!

And at the end, those who have given feedback with low rating some of them will eventually increase it when the app just fixed and becoming a better than the older version.
It's such a usual thing in an app store or play store.
There's no point of someone buying a negative feedback unless it's their competition and they just give tonnes of negative feedback that could overwhelmingly impact the rate shown.
You might have found some app that also has bunch of negative feedback, even published by popular companies.

I don't have an android wallet yet but I will try that one. Actually I have not face any problem using my wallet and actually I do not just listen to reviews because I tried it myself and I'm a satisfied user.

I believe people in this forum are more reputable and if they say positive about Bit.Ac then we should believe them than people that we do not know their reputation.

After creating an account I am surprised how simple it is to use Bit.ac. What surprised me too is the feature allowing members to get a personnal page where visitors can view all of our addresses per cryptocurrencies, and their QR-codes. However while Bit.ac is using https it seems not the case for our personnal url. Sorry if i am bad to explain but when i opened my personnal page, I needed to add an exception to chrome to let me enter in this url. Just go on and explore it more, by the way I never experience any problem when opening my account. It went smooth, I don't know but maybe because there's maintenance that time. I heard there is some kind of bugs with android wallet and it has been fixed, but with windows wallets it's working smooth as I access it now, it says "Maintenance and migration over. All coins except LSK are up.".

I think this is linking error,  meaning the hyperlink you clicked is not available in the server making it display page cannot be found.  I wonder if depositing solved your problem, kindly update us here?

I was about to download the android app when I read that there is an upcoming update for the android wallet so I decided to wait for it.  About the review, i never trust  anything written in google review, people tend to just say anything to discredit the application.  Have seen it from alot of apps when I tried i never experience what they are saying negatively.

It seems the services of BIT.AC is restricted because every effort to create an account and log has been futile despite the fact that I had complained about this before and even trying to recover my password since the email has been used already has all been to no avail. I didn't say I had a problem while login in and no, from what i know, no maintenance was in progress. The scheduled maintenance was about one week ago... I said that I needed to add an exception to chrome settings while opening my personnal url :)

That's sad to hear, so far I've been able to use it every time I logged in. Though haven't tried resetting my password and recovering it yet. So I feel you should also use it, and solve your issue as it's a nice wallet and coinbase.com doesn't allow monore, which is supposed to be the next Bitcoin better hurry up before it's prices go up and it's a not there in your wallet.

there's absolutely no way I would ever trust a site that show "The DAO" on their welcome page as one of the coins. LOL

That's one of the high funded coins during ICO that's why it's popular and it's only one of the options you can choose from, just don't mind it if does not pass on your taste, lol. (I knew about the history of the DAO but that is off topic anymore)
Anyway, with the variety of altcoins, I guess that's what we should be looking at, it gives us a convenience that with one account we have almost all the most progressive altcoins.

Thats not my way, I will always search for some reviews before I try something especially if it is related to bitcoin. I do not want to risk my money on something that I do not know it well, so valid reviews will help some people like me before deciding to try the service.

VPN is only good if you think someone is watching your activity and logging your IP addresses otherwise it is useless and an unnecessary step. and if someone is logging your IP addresses they are also logging your transactions so there is no point in hiding your IP because they will find you through the transactions on the blockchain. that is of course if you are not using anon coins such as Monero.

This should be of little concern and should not be the responsibility of a wallet to secure the DAO project. The objective is to secure the coin with them. If you consider this, then you have a lot wallet not to work with.

I think Vericoin is also another cryptocurrency that was involved with its own problems. I think a hacker got access to a majority of VRC by hacking an exchange and the team behind it did a controversial hard fork which the community didnt agree with. From then on everyone kept away from it.

That's how it works, the DAO was good at first but it became a failure due to hack, it's not good to put in the welcome page as it shows a negative impression but the users, it should be something attractive.

Should be promoting XMR, as many wallets don't have support for XMR like Bit.ac does.

2FA shoud be implemented for log in. This feature is like a "must" with those type of sites. I think it's easy to implement within the site, for any dev. Started to promote now to take part of the affiliate program. Wish me good luck  :D

Yeah, I agree that 2fa should be implemented on the login itself and other transaction or action inside the account.  I have tried to enable the 2fa and test if it will trigger a 2fa during log in but instead it go straight to the account.  I have not tried to do anything yet (withdrawal, transfers,) so I cannot say that 2fa is needed when having a transaction but probably it is where 2fa is enabled. 

I like the email notification and verification when the account is being accesed from different computer.

For quite long time they doesn't implemented the 2fa yet and i think it will add more good color in this site since people can be secured by using that feature and totally this one should be implemented since their are numerous event of wallet hacking and many people got balance stolen so devs should take this consideration so that they will came to the conclusion that 2FA would be helpfull for their clients. Im pretty sure this will be a more secured wallet if dev will choose to work for it.

Bit.ac is a cool idea and there is a android wallet "WHICH IS TOTALLY AWESOME" but it crashes on opening it I'm using android 7.0 on a LG V20.

yeah, it is a known problem but at the same time it is not a common problem to see it crash. hopefully the developers figure out the bug and fix it soon.

The thing is, unlike Android phone, laptop is not that convenient.

Safety should be considered in wallet type selection. Android os is still not assuring. If the wallet is working towards safety and system is vulnerable, so will be most of the app software on the OS.

It's safety over convenience, for now I am only using a my laptop to access my account and I don't feel worried about my account even without 2FA because I don't hold a considerable amount of bitcoin. However, by the time 2FA will be upgraded to the system, I will certainly update my account for better security.

There were rumors of some viruses existing for Android but in a few cases that I read about myself these were quickly eradicated and rooted out primarily because they could do nothing in the protected environment of the Linux user space (which is what under the hood of Android, just in case). Now compare that to a host of all possible combinations of viruses, trojans, keyloggers and whatnot existing for Windows. In short, can you name even a single virus for Android that would be as devastating as the majority of viruses known for the Windows family of operating systems?

If I were in your shoes I would remove Novacoin, Clams, Vertcoin, Vericoin, Peercoin, Namecoin, Dogecoin and of course the DAO. Who uses these coins anyway and it would be good to streamline your wallet offerings. The leaner it is the better and it will also look cleaner when listed on the site.

but in the end it all comes down to the user and how protected he is and how much he himself tries to protect himself. even on windows which is known to be full of bugs, security holes and has lots of viruses, a person can stay safe. for example I have been using windows for as long as windows has existed and I have never been infected by a single virus.
I already have a hot wallet on my desktop and I am safe! granted my cold storage is air tight Linux system though. but I am just saying people have to be wise themselves.

Windows is mostly closed source software (apart from some insignificant and irrelevant components), and we don't know what it can be sending and receiving from the network beyond what we expect it to be sending and receiving. And Microsoft had already been caught with doing something to that tune in the past. We can't know that it won't revolt against us when it receives some signal from the network

Honestly I see no problem having these coins, that you suggested to be removed in their site.  If you already created an account in their site, it is not the same with other exchanges where wallet are already available, you have to set them up one by one.  So if you do not have those coins, then I think  you do not need to set them up thus making your account still look cleaner the way you wanted it to be.

Actually if there will be no problem not removing coins that has been listed already although they are not that popular now. What is important is all wallets are working and it's up to Bit.AC how they would keep up their designed to make it more attractive to the users. It's kinda good if bit.ac could just hold the existence of specific coins even if it's just near to an end, but, the thing is probably those coins which have no more value is not necessarily needed for majority of crypto users. The android app works just fine for me. Each and every app has some issues, even what'sapp crashes sometimes and so do many other apps. It's normal, see as far I know android app charges a lifetime fee and ios app charges year on year. Plus there are many regulations one needs to comply, that's why there is no ios app. Hopefully in near future if demand grows from ios users a app could be a reality. Over all the app is good, and with coinbase.com transactions fee going up this is recommended.

Sometimes I also need Windows for a number of tasks. I just run it a virtual machine and fire it when I need it. If something goes awry with it (which is often the case with Windows), I just delete it and restore it from a clean back-up. You may want to do the same

They should have Android on PC lol I know android is based off a linux kernal.I seen somewhere awhile back I think it was a year ago or so on some website but can no longer find it google search doesn't find anything anymore about installing Android on a pc.I use windows simply because Im used to it being a creature of certain habit like I am.I have tried to use Linux but found it very confusing at the very least.I like to game too and well at the time nothing worked with linux Of course thats probably changed by now.There are so many distrubitions of the OS I dont know which one to even use or where to begin.So that being said What distro.Would one suggest that is use to windoze already?

I see your point but your example is not such a good one. and I know about running windows in a virtual machine but it slows down the system running two OS at the same time and I can not run heavy applications on it. and besides as I said it is not impossible to stay safe on windows.

Its not about how it looks. Its about having the coins with the most volume and coins that have a future in the world of cryptocurrencies. Will you still want to have a DAO coin to keep which is now useless? Exchanges delist coins from time to time because it would be useless having them available. The same steps should be made by Bit.ac. Updated coins might also help get more users in.

I have a question for you

Will you automatically create new wallets along the existing ones (I refer to Bitcoin wallets, of course) and credit them with the same balances after the Bitcoin split comes about (if it does come about, of course)? I'm mostly using Coinbase myself, and, as folks say, after the Ethereum split, this web wallet just seized the new coins, and I don't want to lose new coins if it ever comes to that. I start using bit.ac from last couple of days and I had a great experience with insists me to write here. The site especially mobile version (app) is really user interactive. Glad to see you make an update for the android wallet,  just installed it on my phone and registered a new account. Surprisingly,  it is not stable as you said.  I cant login to my new account,  only login in less than 2 seconds then logged out automatically all the time.  Anyway have you tried it before releasing the new updates?
Just FYI,  my phone is an old samsung 6inches phone with 4.4.4 android version.

Just tried it with both of my phones which are 6.0 and 5.0 version and everything is fine. Haven't noticed further bugs which I could assume that the app is now already improved and fixed many bugs which has been suggested by the community.
If I recall that there are major updates between 4.4.4 to 5.0 for android, using different algorithm I suppose, so, it's kinda a usual thing that something abnormal may occur to the older version of android if the developers were testing with newest version.

Tried the Android app now and all I can say it's perfect, after some minor issues the developers come up with an impressive one.
Now, I'm still waiting for there actions if it's possible to upgrade security like 2FA in both my desktop wallet and Android wallet.

I do not find any problem with the Android version of Bit.AC wallet.  I downloaded it today, installed it registered and received the confirmation email with password on my spam folder ( I wonder why it goes to spam folder) logged in  and its all fine.  Mine is a bit  older version of Android too, Lenovo A536 and it is working fine.

Android have dofferent versions and if one programm works on one of this versions it doesn't meen that it will work stable in another. I also suppose that the problem may be in your smartphone. But first try to update your Android.

How to determined if it's fine in the device that having a below 3.0 Android version? Try to install it manually using the APK file of the app and see how it goes. There are lowered android version which have a decent specs that can run a certain app that doesn't meet their minimum Android version.

1. Try visiting site with another browser.
2. Restart your router so that you can get new IP address.

I have been using Bit.ac wallet app from last 2 weeks or so. It is easy to use with nice interface. However, I experienced 2 lacks in app-
1. Visitors can't see exchange rates. So one need to login before comparing rates with other exchanges.
2. Only fix rates are provided for exchanges. One cannot ascertain random amounts. So for example I need to exchange 0.05 BTC to Ethereum, I need to have calculator with me for comparing.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it again but still, I cant login to my BIT.AC wallet account as the application sends me back to login page anytime after I click the login button.

Try it on different phone maybe your android version doesn't supports new version of wallet and if the error still will occur eventhough you've try to apply those things well might better if you give a ticket on their support so that they will be aware of some certain flaws in their new released version so that they can enhance their service and make things right.

Just found that when sending ETH out of bit.ac wallet we have to pay fix 0.01 ETH in fees which is way higher than what you have to pay when using Jaxx wallet which is also multi currency wallet. I think Bit.ac team have to enable custom fee for ETH transactions. Sending ETH is as expensive as sending BTC.  >:(

Yeah I agree kindly consider amacar2 request about ETH transaction it is quite expensive in ratio to the ETH price.  It would be good if Bit.Ac can offer lower fee than their competitor.  If users learned about the lower fee Bitc.Ac offer then I believe they will get interested in using your service.

Well I have like the mobile app of bit.ac which is currently present for android users currently. Awaiting now that app soon be launched for the IOS phones too as many user who use IOS are awaiting for it.

Seriously the fees are issue? I see it depends on the currency you are dealing. For bitcoin, I see it as fair and no problem with it at all as it was also present in some of the exchanges. Mind telling how much fees you got there? Just give an example or screenshot so that we can see here the "issue" thing.

Looks like your internet failed you since wallets need to sync to the mobile application since just as you've said, you didn't create your address through the app instead you create it in a browser. So synchronization must be done and it looks like your internet was slow so it makes that from which you can reload or relog to fix it.

This is also happen to me mate, i notice that my internet connection have a problem it getting slow that is why the image was not running correctly. That is not a bug you should need to refresh it or try to restart your internet modem because when i do that it will run smoothly again.!

Its definitely your Internet that is at fault at here. You created in a Google browser and then try to do through mobile app. Well when I tried to do it, it's was very simple and hassle free and so was it for my friends. I feel you should refresh your phone, clear your cache and retry the app. I am sure it will work perfectly fine for you. Very attractive sitr. The user interface is pretty amazing as compared to other services onlne. The website do nit get stuck at all and can help me stay live all the time. Usually exchangers are heavy sites with load on server but bit.ac has made it easy to surf. Same goes for android app as well. I enjoy both the ways to surf it. Thanks a lot.

The interface has always been nice and even better than most I have seen which is not new to the admin but where I have issues is in the registration on the site is something that is difficult to do with the email for verification taking forever to deliver. That's what admin should look into.

Which email provider you are using? I have never experienced any delay on receiving email from bit.ac in my gmail account. Try to use reputed email providers like gmail rather than some new one that pops out everyday.

Yes second that from the first time I saw and till today I am amazed that it's so easy and friendly to use. Normally online wallets have been getting lots of flax for various reasons but this has stood out for all. It's convenient to use for all, doesn't lag and very promptly updates itself. This is actually soon going to be no 1 wallet on the market. I am so happy that I saw it and immediately started using it, especially with Bitcoin soaring you need a trusted wallet.

Yes, BIT.AC is safe and legit destination to store and exchange cryptocurrencies. It has all features that a web wallet need to have. It is good place to keep major coins.

Ac is a wallet which means far more security and features. Hi, I haven't had any issues with logging in and have also had a couple of responses from customer support. However I tried to send some eth from my bit.ac wallet to my ledger wallet this time yesterday but it's still pending. Customer support have just said sometimes the eth network takes a while to pick the transaction up - could this be the case? I have tried sending a small amount of DASH to another wallet to see if that works and that got confirmed in about 10 minutes.

Yes there are problems with the 2 step verification.  I received all the codes at once yesterday evening.  None worked because they probably timed out after a while.
I can accept that there are some problems - can always happen - but no response from Bit.Ac is REALLY annoying!

I can still log in fine, I've managed to withdraw all my coins apart from eth which has been pending for over a day. I think there's a good chance we've been scammed :'( I can't really think of another reason for the lack of a communication? But it seems that Etherscan (http://Etherscan) is still playing with a lot  of 0-ETH  transactions so maybe Etherium is  still working on things.

It's been well over 24 hours now. This time yesterday i had some hope but now i'm back to thinking its a scam? I just can't work out why they'd come back online yesterday and then allow people to withdraw their bitcoins? Also you would of thought if they were scamming us theyd do a better job of covering up their trail

From what I have found: ALL these Exchanges are using the coins in their accounts to trade -- they steal the coins when prices are building up steam and  then sell them at a profit. When prices come down again they buy back  the coins to put them back into the wallets. Obviously THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS -- BUT THEY DON'T CARE - because the huge influx of new customers will more than just  replace the fuming few they lose.
If I'm right then there is nothing else to do but wait for the prices to come down enough to activate the  "pending transactions."

Hey pushups44  -- ALL these Exchanges are doing the SAME  thing. The only people who find out about it are those who try and take coins out while their Wallet looks good on-line but is in fact temporarily empty. Then they freeze the account until they can replace the coins.

Do not trust this company. They have been signing emails up without consent. I found a welcome email in my gmail spam, after seeing that bit.ac looked fairly legit, I went ahead and tried the login details and they worked.

Likely they aquired a database of email addresses and are now signing them all up so it appears as if they have users... Most likely illegal considering they are a UK registered company.

Lol...I was planing downloading the multi wallet until I read reviews on Google store. What I got isn't in anyway encouraging, just like here too. I think I will stay back and watch from the sidelines.

I have to say that I do own an account since last June, it worked pretty OK. I'm trying to log in for one month now with no luck. Several unreplied mails to customer service and a PM to the rep here. Hi Everyone,
Today I decided to buy some Ripple. I created a new XRP wallet on my BIT.AC account and I have sent a pretty good amount to the newly created XRP address. But the money never arrived!

In fact they arrived, I was able to see the correct balance using an external account explorer. But it shows Balance = 0 in my bit.ac wallet. And also there are no XRP transactions in the history. I wrote a message to the customer support, I also PMed the user bitac - still no any reaction.

I can guess there is missynchronisation between the wallet and the real account - but how it can ever happen? It is hard to believe that this service is working with such bugs. I am really concerned about my money safety.

Unfortunately , I decided to use this wallet without checking the reviews on the forum, I used it before and it worked just fine.

After I provided them with the information requested, and 3x more PMs later; I have received no reply from them.

I then decided to investigate this company online, and found out that BIT.AC Limited has been Struck off/Dissolved by the UK Companies House on 11/07/2017. You can see this for yourself in the web address below.

Where are you? There are a lot of people that have attempted to make transactions and they have been pending for 72+ hours now. What is going on here?

Come on guys don't overreact now! They only asked for 48hrs of patience so they can rebalance their storage. It seems that they found also a way to expand the timeline. I believed that time is a universal unit of measure commonly shared and perceived in the same way by all rationally thinking creatures, but nope the definition of 48hrs is totally different for bit.ac. Did you find a way to expand the time/space continuum? Did you manage to jump back and forth timelines?

Really now though, I try to find something more than the word "ridiculous" to describe this situation but nope, nothing comes up in mind.

Great thanks for sharing this information with me, which proves what I suspected for a long time.

I found my wallet address in the Blockchain URL you sent me and managed to confirm that BIT.AC have pretty much emptied the majority (if not all) of the funds in my wallet 2 days after they blocked access to my wallet, which at the time was around 1.1 BTC.

Do you know if that is a way of getting it back?

It has been 25 days since they blocked access to my wallet.

The cryptocurrency space is not regulated which allows these type of crooks to literally deprive their customers from their funds.

No wonder the UK companies regulator have struck them off their legal space, but unfortunately, they continue to operate (illegally that is), thus continuing to do the same to many other honest investors like the rest of us.

A totally despicable act, if they have truly gone and stolen everyone's funds. How can anyone does this and live with themselves? I don't understand it.

All I know, which I found out today, is that my wallet was emptied 3 days after I made a large deposit into it.

All the messages I sent via the BIT.AC support page were never answered.

I've received 1 reply on twitter asking me to use the support page, and a PM reply on this portal requesting more information, at least 10 days after they've drained my account.

What I know now at a great lost, is that I shouldn't have put "most of my eggs in the same basket", and have been literally robbed as a result.

What amazes me however, is that you can still open new accounts (wallets) with BIT.AC, and that respectable cryptocurrency companies such as DASH continue to promote this service to this day, when many honest users such as many of us keep being robbed and lied to on a daily basis...

The cryptocurrency community should come up with an effective way of not just naming & shaming this type of unscrupulous operations but also to shut them down for good to prevent others of being robbed and lied to the way I have been...

I doubt that they will loose any sleep over this as they didn't had to work hard to generate the funds stolen from their customers wallets...to them must feel like taking candy from a baby, and unfortunately, they took over 2,000 USD from me.

If you have really been stolen over 500,000 dollars (which is like 200 bitcoins in today's prices), why are you asking for some extra 10 bitcoins? If you actually had "contacts" as you claim and weren't in fact looking to steal more from the victims of this (likely) scam, you would have paid 15 bitcoins yourself without much ado and hesitation. Just in case, if you want to say that you don't have 10 bitcoins, I guess your hackers should agree to take them from the bitcoins returned (otherwise, they are not worth the money)

I trasnferred my ETH to coinbase but the transaction is still pending from days. etherscan status for both send and receive wallet shows nothing new. My ETH is screwed up? what can i do to try to get it bck? i sent the support messages but for no use.  ???  :-\

The issues with your site are ongoing with no sign of resolutions. My funds are still locked up with all transactions showing 'pending' for the last 10 days.
To make matters worse nobody seems to be receiving replies to messages sent through the site or through social media. The last post here suggested all would be well on the 7th August (possibly Friday the 5th) but nothing has changed.

I would appreciate personal contact but I am sure a post allying fears would be appreciated by your followers.

Potentially such a great site but really being let down by poor management.

No update on the twitter for 3 days. No posts in the forums since August 2nd. Surely you have a responsibility to let your users know what is happening? Currently, I have no choice but to assume it is a scam and accept the loss of a fairly significant amount of funds that were invested on another behalf. Now I have to explain the disappearing money. I have faith in Bitcoin, but some of the shady operations that exist around its periphery appear to be snakes and wolves.

The fact of the matter is that we have been ROBBED by BIT.AC.

I have given up recovering the combined funds of 1.1 BTC I had in my wallet the last time I was able to access it on 1st June 2017.

It is a shame that the fascinating cryptocurrency space is infiltrated by these types of crooks who have no problems in stealing their honest customers hard earned money.

All we can do I suppose is to warn others about this wallet in order to prevent them being robbed of their funds just like we were.
