Altcoins:
Dash seemed the only one experiencing an increase in price among altcoins, price is under a pretty strong control and holds the possibility to go wild. 5-Day MA strategy is still recommended for further operations and stop-losing level must be strictly set.

Don't know about the number of users, but the government seems to have some interest in crypto.
There are several draft bills. Not about severe regulation, but for legalization. Still, it is to soon to talk about completing the process.

Here in my country the acceptance of Bitcoin is more of investment in Bitcoin and altcoins because many of the want to make profit from their investment but what expecting to happen here is for shop's owners to accepting Bitcoin and crypto currency as a mode of payment for goods and services as it happened in some other countries of the world and in doing so more people and institutions will get to know more about Bitcoin and crypto currency in general.

There aren`t any news about bitcoin in my country,and bitcoin isn`t very popular amongst the normal people.
The majority of the people here in my town see bitcoin as a "currency for the geeks",which is guite funny. :)

Here in my country our government is currently in the process of regulating Bitcoin including other cryptocurrencies and that is a great news because our government and central bank believes that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin can help speed up transactions from local and overseas remittances and can also solve other problems. They are also in process of licensing new local bitcoin exchanges. I don't know how popular Bitcoin here in the Philippines because it is not quite mentioned in the local news but I know a lot of people (friends and relatives) that are investing and trading cryptocurrencies.

The good news about Bitcoin and crypto currency in general here in my country is that more people have come to realise there investment potential in Bitcoin and crypto currency in general and they have in recent time started trading crypto currency investing huge some of money into crypto currency particular buying and holding, mining business for those who could afford the cost of electricity.

Bitcoins rising price has started many discussion in my country. Its sudden spike in current week surprised many. I am from a developing country. Many people don’t know about bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. Those who are related with financial markets know bitcoin better. We have bitcoin exchanges, these exchanges are promoting bitcoin trades and investments through their websites. Otherwise rest all my countrymen are happy with fiat cash, debit and credit cards. Government or Central bank yet not decided any policy about bitcoin currency. They are warning their citizens not to use or invest in any cryptocurrency. So overall picture is not that hopeful.

No good news so far, there's a lot of more urgent issue so they don't really care about bitcoin. The latest news i can think is when they banned bitcoin as a payment options about 1 month ago. I'm still waiting until the government decided to legalize bitcoin so people can start using it as a currency.

The bitcoin enthusiasts are still have at low percentage even though there's a few people who put their interests here despite of our large population. People here in my country don't see yet the beauty of crypto currency plus the people who think bitcoin is a scam especially when they saw it on one segment in TV claiming that bitcoin is a big scam. Instead of helping the community to spread and raise awareness they mislead the public for what's true and this really saddened me.

In my country people are getting crazy about the bitcoin because of one thing. The first is its price and in my local currency the prices for this is in 7 digits now and that is just really unbelievable. I mean holding just one coin is like having 7 figures of income in hand and thats crazy guys. It shivering me even when I’m typing it. Many of my friends are now struggling to get one full bitcoin and they sold the coins when it was too cheap earlier in 2017. This was not very good approach and even in my case I’m just having couple of thousand dollars. So you see there are lot of opportunity in my country with bitcoin. Just holding it can make us very very rich in here and people are taking time to understand it. With my experience I can surely tell that people are not interested in other currencies that is alt coins. It is not there type and they just believe in the bitcoin thats all.

The interest for Bitcoin in my home country has been escalating ever since we became a part of the bandwagon years ago. Right now, there are already media mentions and although some of those in media are still giving some cautious look at Bitcoin I believe that even a not-so-good publicity is still a publicity. The Central Bank here is giving Bitcoin the leeway it needs and even approved two more Bitcoin exchanges to operate. Though SEC is right now looking at issuance of ICO as possibly to be under the security laws, I am so sure that things are getting better here. And our tax collection agency has not yet intervened possibly because they find it hard to trace and supervise online transactions. We all welcome and
prepared for possible regulations though in exchange for making Bitcoin truly legal here.

This is the story across world. Mostly people who are involved in bitcoin related stuff have made some money and ensured that they grow in their lives. Also in my country unemployed people are now becoming self dependent to some extent as they are working on projects related to cypto currencies and investing in it.

As far as I am concerned, Users are increasing daily in my country and it keeps getting interesting. I cannot say yet if the government is really doing as much as they can regarding cryptocurrency in general, but I have been hearing some rumors about so many meetings and conferences going on within CBN, which is centered on blockchain adoption and how it can be of benefit to the country.
I guess stuffs like this takes time, but it is a gradual thing and we will get to see the adoption growing wide. For the level of activity though, I can say I am impressed. I have lot of exchanges I can convert to fiat directly like LUNO and even some P2P exchanges like remitano and it is pretty fast doing an exchange, either buying or selling. I feel that is good news enough! There is still a lot of room for improvement though, but the awareness is growing everyday.

At the moment, bitcoin is a sensitive topic. I even found this news about bitcoin when I was trying to read the headlines earlier this day. The article says that bitcoin is really risky and people behind are mostly scam.

The government in my country is still legalizing the use of Bitcoin. No moves as it is banned or something but rather regulating it. Most people who uses Bitcoin are track down, we cannot withdraw money larger than $1000 as it will need our verification. We need to send pictures and validated ID's to be able to transact more than $1k. It's ok with us as long as they allow us in engaging in cryptocurrencies, maybe it's also a big help for them as we are paying taxes legally.

I don't know what you mean by the term good news. In my country bitcoin is still not legalized. The government pretends that it does not exist. For me it is very good news. I don't want government involvement in our bitcoin. Since I use the bitcoin the government has its own life in my own life. To my delight we don't overlap.

I think the good news that the person asks is about the number of people who are joining or earning bitcoin and the people who accepted bitcoin as one of the electronic currency in the world or even in the specific country they are living.

Bitcoin is so popular in my country now to the extends that radio station's now air program on bitcoin and the government has not taken any action against bitcoin. some banks in my country now educate they customers about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Also bitcoin has help to reduce unemployment most youths now after graduation go full time into bitcoin trading and that has reduced they total dependence on government to provides jobs for them after graduation.

Just today I saw the article in the local newspapers how the number of bitcoin usesr is increasing and that the reason fro that is the price that has reached 10000$. This is kind of progress because usualy there no articles at all published about bitcoin, except in some specialized magazines. But in general te article wasn't too positive, it was more aimed as a warning to people that bitcoin is risky and not supported by any authority, so no, not some spectacular good news from my country.

Here in our country just like in your country it is now becoming the talk of the town. A lot of media were now covering what bitcoin is or cryptocurrencies. Why a lot of people here are getting hooked by digital currencies as well as a lot of people also complaining because they were scammed and they use btc as their instrument to scam people.

Bitcoin is legalized by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and accepted in banks anywhere in the Philippines as well as remittance centers. But sadly, it was announced as a scam in one of our TV shows.

Yeah it's the same in the US. In the US it's a love and a distrust type of relationship. Most Americans have been brain washed by the News stations and are buying into the whole "Bitcoin is bad , Bitcoin's for drug dealers and pornographers" which is the same stupid narrative that they used to say about the Internet when it first came out, but no one here seems to remember or even care. 

The smart people in the US are the ones who are getting rich from Bitcoin, the smart ones just so happen to be the one's who distrust Government which owns all the news stations which controls the narrative. News sources like CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, etc. are constantly creating fake new's stories with fake names, and fake skirmishes around the country and the world to fool the American people into eventually bowing down before the state, sooner or later you're going to need an ID card just to walk in to a grocery store and buy food! And It's slowly getting worse.

When it comes to buying Bitcoin, the government acts like a silent killer, it will allow you to buy it , but if you don't sign a paper that tells them that you own it then they'll take it from you!

And guess what?

The document that you're supposed to sign doesn't even exist!!!

I do not know whether to consider it good news or not. Bitcoin in my country is not popular at all. It is not even know by the majority of people. Added to that, our government did not mention this cryptocurrency. Therefore, people are using it in a secret way.

In other words, people can invest and mine bitcoin freely but secretly because the government might interfere because it might think it is dangerous for the economy.

The bitcoin might be banned in my country soon because my country looks opposing the crytpo currencies but still not decided,so we are free to mine and trade our bitcoins but I hope bitcoin will not be banned in my country.

I don't think that it is a sensitive topic rather than an interesting topic. Yes it's true that bitcoin is really risky due to its volatility but look at its potential growth and bitcoin survive until now and keeps dominating in the market.

no, even in my country strictly prohibit the use of bitcoin for the reason its bitcoin is invalid and not in tangible form, it is very silly once other developed countries like china and america just support bitcoin but in my country precisely prohibit bitcoin.

Here in the Philippines I don't here a lot of "good news" about it as all I here from our Central Bank are warnings about how many scams are related on Bitcoin payment. So I guess it is a bit of a good news for us users as the government is not preventing us to use Bitcoin. Yes there are a lot of good news about bitcoin in my country, as a 3rd world country who is facing a lot of underdevelopment bitcoin has been embraced with a lot of enthusiasm and even banks in my country now acknowledge the fact that bitcoin is the revolution that has taken place in the financial system. And the government in my country has not view bitcoin as a threat to it economy rather they see bitcoin as a new developmental tool for the youths to be self reliance.

Bitcoin is getting widely known about in my country and people are getting more and more interested in it despite the fact that they just can't invest into it because our currency is pretty hurt by the inflation rates since 1$ is equivalent to 2.6 units of my local currency so 1 bitcoin is worth nearly 38k  , which is more than an engineer's salary for a year !

Bitcoin now in our country is very well known and popular by being high price now in the crypto market cap, many people here do invested its because of the said bitcoin price.
Beside from that here our country a newly announced from media reporter that bitcoin here was recognized and regulated by our sentral bank that was on august 21 with this year if not wrong. That was a great achievement here in our country made by bitcoin and get attrack more people to invest.

Here in the Netherlands there is hardly any news about bitcoin in the local news and media, unless you specificly search for it. Most of it's people don't know or even care about it. The goverment doesn't put too much thought into it sdince they don't know how to tax them unless you exchange it into real money then they will tax that gained money when you tell them or they find out about it. No news is always good news I say.

Here in our country, the Central Bank is already recognizing bitcoin and they don't oppose to it. So we have the freedom to use bitcoin and earn bitcoin as well. Though they don't recommend it to many people but at least they never did things to oppose the cryptocurrency. BTC is quite popular here in our country especially during these latest series of price surge. Before, I have friends and even relatives who have heard btc but not really into it but because of the staggering price btc have as of the moment they are all in haste to get their hands on some coins without fully understanding it. Yes there is very good news about bitcoin from my country actually our country economy is not good and bitcoin play a very big role in our economy as far as I know around sixty present people have join bitcoin and still more people are joining bitcoin so the government realized that they want to make bitcoin legal in my country and there is a possibility that next year in January they will officially announce that bitcoin is legal now.

I had just heard the bank ( the head of all the banks in my country) talk about Bitcoin and actually initiating its use throughout the country. But the problem is that , it was full of ideation and they did not even bother about initiating it. Later on everything faded away and now I don't think there is any other news of Bitcoin except for its drastic increase in prices.

Good news: more and more people are becoming aware of the cryptocurrency. Bad news: it's being used as a payment for MLM groups which would suddenly leave a bitter taste to those who will be fooled by the scam service. The Central Bank is also producing several advertisements on the telly to warn people about investing on cryptos and ICOs. Public awareness sure is present already that's for sure.

BTC related opinions in our country were divided, some starting to accept and the others think its just a bogus or scam. no mate. i always heard many good news online everyday about bitcoin on any different country and also on our country as well. your not aware with it maybe because your not always online everyday and your not the type of guy that always browse the web and social medias to see whats happening on the world. well thats bad to hear if your country does not making any good news because they arent just intersted on bitcoin or maybe your just living on a poorer and small country that people doesnt have much accces to the internet to heard  and recognized these bitcoin trend? because it does also matter on how popular the bitcoin is on your country.

In my country bitcoin is still illegal although Many people are still investing in bitcoin even some story accepted bitcoin is payment method and 2 months ago a university had accepted for their student use bitcoin pay tuition fee. The spread of bitcoin is too large to government of my country have to consider to accept bitcoin is a legal payment method in next year 2018. I think bitcoin will soon become payment method in the world when many corporations like Amazon, MacDonald also accepted it

I think its more on a not so good news for me, or i really dont know if can call it a news. But as what i read in local pages, they are giving warnings in investing in bitcoins. Its not like they are trying to stop us in investing but they are just asking for some precautions in doing so. They are just alarmed in the sudden increase of bitcoin (its  Good news for the holders right?). Maybe they are just having their opinion or own prediction that bitcoin might crash the following year or in some point they are just having the doubt if bitcoin gain much more popularity, it might have a big effect the economy. I really do hope that your country will start to see the opportunities and benefits bitcoin provides to the economic perspective. It makes the market liquid and it may provide people jobs due to its nature. In the Philippines, I have read that they will host the next bitcoin conference here in Manila and the fact that they will host such a huge event implies to me that our BSP (Central Bank) is beginning to see its exchanges legal. I do know that our BSP legalizes the exchange of bitcoin as no laws have been passed to ban it. In our country, there is a lot of exposure happening about bitcoin because the media is constantly tackling about it. Of course there are positive and negative feedbacks about it but the important part is that more people are investing on it. Volume is getting bigger as well as demand so the price is higher as well. The older generation a don't understand it and see it as just a criminal thing, many even believing it is illegal to even own it.

I have heard good news, that bitcoin prices next year will always rise even higher, because of the many people who invest in bitcoin.

Still in development stage in my country because only 30-50% knows bitcoin in my country, seen in this month better its development from last year.

So it is worth developing for the bitcoin progress in my country. .

Perhaps with the presence of additional services, features to recognize and benefit from bitcoin itself.

It can be seen that bitcoin can be well used then this is really helpful, and the bitcoin user is increasing for my country.

The good news in my country is there have been many people who know and invest in bitcoin. But for our goverment bitcoin still remain illegal. Centra bank regulation banned using bitcoin for buy and sell.

As far as i know more and more people are becoming involved in using bitcoin, so much that government become aware of it, some are engaging in investing into bitcoin, but still other are skeptical in it, they were doubtful and warn those investor not to invest easily but to study it carefully so that they will not be scam.

In our country as such nothing is confirmed yet whether they would be legalizing it. But the steps so far indicates that government is thinking in a positive way and trying to check if they can find  along term solution to it. Not really, but one thing I’m really happy about is that the government of my country doesn’t disturb people that trades and invests on Bitcoin, or even exchange with it, everything works pretty fine. There are even offline exchangers and they are also not being disturbed by the government. So I believe that’s quite a good news, but that still doesn’t change the fact that people living in my country has no interest in it.

Bitcoin is already known in my country wich is the Philippines, we also have here a wallet that exclusively functional here in Philippines, which is coins.ph and I'm using it since i started to bitcoin. Actually there are some restaurants here that accepts bitcoin for a payment, and also some famous universities here are accepting bitcoin too for the tuition fees.

In my country bitcoin is banned from trading and exchanging, the state has a bad view about bitcoin and other coin, which makes me very sorry. While other countries are trying to get along with bitcoin to figure out how to manage and get along with it. People in my country are finding it hard to see Bitcoin as a good thing, they are not even interested in it and shows no interest, though some of them has started to accept it. Well my country loves Bitcoin and people are learning a lot about it now, finally as we've been in the dark for the whole time until 2017 basically. Given that we're a developed nation that says a lot because developing nations most likely don't have nearly the exposure to cryptocurrencies as us. I think that's why we're seeing a drop in Bitcoin price recently, as the whole world still isn't prepared to use them.

I really find that news very funny because I wonder how concerned they really are about us risking for investment in bitcoin when they are the ones benefiting the most from corrupting people's money. Our government maintains a ban on the exchange and use of crypto while others are increasingly open to cryptocurrency. One day I have watched the news and there are these two people who used bitcoin to scam. They have gathered huge amount od money from many people who they have scammed,the good thing is they got arrested but the damage has been done. Well the truth is, no good news so far. Only negative news is spreading in our country. Bitcoin in our contry is used to scam other people. They even collected about $15m-18m in this scam. So sad to hear this thing. I am just hoping good news will be heard to promote bitcoin in our country. If this bad news will continue, it will really affect bitcoin popularity, and most of my countrymen will believe bitcoin is just a scam and no one will support it. Only good thing thing i heard about bitcoin is our government is already accepted bitcoin but somehow  they also give warnings and cautions on bitcoins.
