Post by: Ini35 on March 09, 2018, 09:25:00 AM What i can deduce generally from what is happening to the dropping of prices of coins and altcoins is that, just of late, some FUD are just bring propagated and this in a way affects the markets. The FUD causes a lot of panic, most especially to the weak hands in cryptocurrency. The whales actually make use of these opportunities to make more purchase, as the prices drop. They later then sell high. So FUD is one of the major factors i have noticed. An example of such is the news going round as regards the banning of some exchanges due to some regulations..

Some people said it was the celebration of Chinese new year celebration while another group said we are witnessing all red days because of the hacking on one of the exchange which necessitate panic selling and as Bitcoin is affected all the other altcoin was also affected.

I think this is usual news and this has happened many times. Many countries are under change and they need to make regulations to save the countries economy. Crypto currency can be disturbing as it is unregulated and people might use it in wrong way. Such news is always taken as fud and I think this is why our crypt market is weak in many sense. The Mt. Gox withdrawal issue of the 40k BTC was the major cause of the downfall on top of the cryptocurrency regulation where SEC requires exchanges to register with agencies. Reports say that $1.7 billion worth of BTCs remained in Mt. Gox might be sold in the next few months, and it might affect the price. Some sources say that they are just covering up when it comes to Binance Issues I don't know if its true or not but rest assured those funds are being withdrawn which do result into sudden dumping of price and theres still lots of bitcoin left to be withdrawn which I do even expect for more deeper low prices which is indeed a good chance on getting cheap bitcoins and ready for the bull run.The Mt. Right now, scam coins and ICOs are rampant, and those who invest in them with no due diligence deserve what's coming to them.
Other than that, BTC had a huge upward surge in late December, so it's normal the smart money will want to take profit, and seeing how easily the market can be manipulated, they'll get their coins back for cheaper, rinse and repeat. All in all, this is just normal market cycles, It's amplified but still normal. Title: Re: RED color of all... The FUD causes a lot of panic, most especially to the weak hands in cryptocurrency. The whales actually make use of these opportunities to make more purchase, as the prices drop. They later then sell high. So FUD is one of the major factors i have noticed. An example of such is the news going round as regards the banning of some exchanges due to some regulations.. These are some general news but there may be other factors as well due to which market is red but anyway in future large investment is expected from renowned corporation due to which prices will surge and red sign will disappear. This has been the case all the time. When the market is in red, we always look for big reasons, reasons that would satisfy our nervous minds. It is because we actually want assurance. For me, this red market is not something to think about too much. I have been here in the crypto space for some time and this is very normal, with or without big news. I just look at the long term in times like this.

And it's sad to see that this volatility is as a result of news outlets or possible sanctions. So people run away and cash in. The crypto community in its own self can set its own regulations to withstand outside pressure. Once "investors" see that the crytpo community has gotten its own act together then they would be worried about possible sanctions from governments, and they too will have confidence in the space. You describe the cryptoworld like Mars today because of its reddish color and that's normal because digital currencies are volatile in nature. You can see it in cool green color today and see it as bloody red tomorrow. Few reasons why this happens is because of corrections made in bitcoin, whales dumping their holdings, news and events, and people who are panic selling their bitcoin holdings. They don’t understand that cryptocurrency are volatile and moves easily up and down. In technical aspect the movement is cause by support and resistance line. They move downward when the price reach at the highest point when people think is expensive and move the other way around when people think it is already cheap. On fundamental aspect; multiple bad news bug down the stability of crypto. That's what you call manipulation, its really fraudulent act but since we are decentralized and free market we can't do anything about it. And if you think that there are manipulations, you can either ride with them, or just exit the market and come back later. However, those who are swayed can't control their emotions and would sell at a heartbeat and later regret their decision to do so. So the only advise I can give is not to panic and used your common sense and try to see what is going on the market before making such decision that obviously you will regret.
