I am into buy and hold because for the longest time i had been here i  already used to it to the flow of the market we may loose some now but definitely will earn more in the future let us just ne positive.

I think your friend is a person who is easily carried away by the current, when other people get a lot of benefits from bitcoin, at the same time they roll around to buy it without thinking about what risks it will face in the future. It's not really more on psychological control but more of a mental and emotional control over one's tokens. Never sell when the price is low or never buy when the price is high. Never let your emotions take control over you and let it dictate how you should invest.
