i like your attitude but "health is wealth" . To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
so try to go for jog at-least  for good health :)

this is really scary . I think you are totally freak to your fitness . I like to ride bikes in highways where bike runs at top speed but not on mountains it seems me scary to me . I have one question punching bags help to you to burn calories but how you can make you fit by riding on a bike ?   ???

when I am fit, it's usually because I'm eating right and walking a lot.  I view food as merely fuel to keep going, and not as the thing I most desire throughout the day.  This is a battle I go back and forth with, sadly on the losing end right now :(

Yard work. Also stuff like washing the car, or any other work around the house. When I think about the fact that I'm exercising, it makes the work more fun, and I'm more motivated to work hard.

I have been practicing Volleyball each week, swimming each morning and dancing semi professional for a very long time, and I loved it. But now I did calm down as I hurt myself greatly and couldn't get back to sports instantly. Other circumstances got me to slow it down even more. Now there is only a bit of time left for it.

Drink kale shakes every morning, avoid white breads, avoid soda, avoid junk food, eat 4-5 small meals a day that are jam packed with nutrients and healthy proteins. Eat alot of different colored veggies and fruits. Try to avoid cow milk and drink soy milk instead.

Running (about 20-30 miles a week) is my baseline form of fitness. It's not for everyone, but I love it. I also climb A LOT (like three to four times a week, a mix between the gym and outdoors) and next winter i want to start snowboarding.

My walk to work...
is my favorite because when I leave my back yard about 9:30 PM five days a week, I see bats, rabbits, skunks and people of all ages walking, jogging, or biking as I cross through the high school parking lot and to the university campus where I work on nightshift to pay for my tuition, one course at a time. One of my recent, most favorite encounters on my way home was seeing a beautiful Golden Retriever running, followed by three guys through the high school property and onto the university track :)

I mostly ride my bike 2-3 times a week and between that i use my crosstrainer sometimes.
But as some others already said to stay really fit you should also avoid all that dead junkfood filled with sugar and superfine flour.
Just eat fresh and sometimes raw (many fruits/vegetables) and avoid that Convenience Foodcrap which always is low quality and full of chemicals/additives/gmo. Fresh is always tastier and cheaper and if you dont have to count every cent i additionally would recommend to buy only organic/natural/untreated foods like on farmers markets.

Make your daily (or almost daily) workout a routine. Once you make something a routine, It is very easy to keep doing it even if you feel lazy or tired. My workout routine is to do calisthenics every 2 days, and run for 15 min on the days between that. For calisthenics I do 8 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 8 dips and repeat that 8 times each, with 20 sec rest between each exercise. I don't care about looking big like people who lift weights, I just want to be healthy, have more functional strength for everyday life and look more lean.

Health depends on 3 factor basically (which I heard from somewhere :)) - its a tripod - EAT, SLEEP, WORKOUT. If any of this is not sufficciently given to body, the tripod will break. I try to follow as much as I can, and at 44 I am having no bad health issues.

And that will make you not to lose wight...

Well, you can't really not spend energy if you're alive: keeping warm, breathing, fundamental cellular processes, etc, constantly require energy to keep on going, so some loss of weight will always occur, I suppose.

Acid raises your vibrational frequency, which results in a better functioning body.  When I take acid, I lose weight, gain muscle and cleanse my system all within the trip.  It is what you believe though.

I lost near 50 pounds back in 2012 over 6 months - not in a skinny manner either, I got fit for the first time of my life.

This is what I try to do. My friends are constantly drinking juices, sodas and coffee. I have one friend who drinks Pepsi for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have never seen her drink anything else. The amount of work she is putting her kidneys through is insanity. I really try to be pro-active in drinking water daily, i.e. carrying a water bottle and filling it up at water fountains at school. Water is so underrated.

I'm fit and I'm fat.

I bike (sometimes 100+ miles in a trip), long distance kayak, climb trees and take long walks.

I cook delicious (and mostly healthy foods) and I overeat to the point of not being able to take it. I'm starting to eat less so I can lose some weight. If I didn't eat like a family of four I wouldn't be fat, so I've started doing just that.

Overeating like this is a bad habit. Not properly clipped in the first 20 pounds gained it can lead to a world of trouble. What caused me to gain weight was a change in exercise routine without a change in eating habits.

I became much less active while consuming similar (if not higher) amounts of food. I used to dive and wrestle and be even more outdoorsy (swimming against the current etc.). This stopped (plus some medication that was wrong for me) and I went from 140-150 to 200.

Now I'm starting the arduous journey back to fitness.

I take pictures every Sunday.

In 6 months or so I may even share them when I reach my personal goals.

Just watching your cal intake doesn't really do anything for you..... :S..

Are you ensuring you are getting enought fats, protines and vitamines.. and the right fats?  Trans fat is useless.

Having the correct calorie intake is the only thing that matters if you want to lose/gain weight.

Of course getting enough protein, vitamins etc is vital to being healthy, but it doesn't really help you lose weight.

There are many way for you keep your fit.Accrding me,  I think you can notice some point. Firstly, you should do exercises regular . The second, you should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment and usually have breakfast. You should eat less meat, more and more vegetable, especially you should drink a lot of water, about 1,5l to 2l per day. Besides, you should go to bed early, not stay at late, and at least 6 hours per day. And finally, you shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure and stress. That is many way to keep your fit, you can do it.

There's really no point in having breakfast. It will only trigger your digestion so you feel more hungry later on. I don't eat breakfast myself, and I can easily go a whole day(or more) without getting hungry. As the number of meals you eat everyday doesn't really matter as far as you get enough energy, I feel that skipping breakfast is the easiest way to keep you calorie intake under control.

And no, you shouldn't eat less protein. It's better if you cut down a little on the carbs and fat.

I do 3-4 workouts per week using a maximum 30-60 seconds between sets depending on the exercise.  I use a stopwatch to keep pace.  I perform 5-6 exercises each workout for a total of 25-30 sets.  I alternate between legs/lower back/abs on 'leg day' and work out chest/back/biceps/triceps on "upper body day."  I use a combination of body weight exercises and resistance bands to increase my strength-to-body weight ratio.  I can perform 100 consecutive push-ups and about 33 consecutive pull-ups.

I eat 3-5 meals per day and additionally supplement with a multivitamin and multi-mineral, whey protein, and creatine.  Combined with the workouts, this basically allows me to eat whatever the hell I want and maintain a body fat percentile between 6-8%.  I'm actually just about to sit down and order 24 buffalo wings with copious amounts of ranch.

By the way, the last poster who said breakfast is unnecessary is giving horrible advice.  Skipping breakfast is a great way to send your body into a catabolic state where it will consume its own muscle for energy.  Basically, this will kill your metabolism and make the few calories you do eat more likely to be stored as fat.  if you want to get in shape, you should be looking to add calories to allow yourself to work out harder.  You could say there's no such thing as over-eating, just under-training.

It's sometimes great to skip breakfast if it's early in the morning. I'll drink my pre workout booster and go then to the gym. Sometimes I eat a banana to have something in my stomach. As addition I drink some BCAAs to protect my muscles ;)

Ill temporarily 'skip' breakfast only if I'm starting out my day with some cardio.  My body depletes its glycogen reserves while I sleep, so cardio first thing in the morning means my body will draw from fat reserves instead.  But, I always eat afterwards.  Breakfast for me is usually ~50g whey protein and ~30-50g complex carbohydrates with a multivitamin and mineral.  Not eating after a workout is one of the worst things you can do. The best time to eat is within ~15-60 minutes post-workout since nutrients are digested at a much faster rate during that window.

I don't work out shoulders right now due to a shoulder injury a few years ago on incline bench press with no spotter.  I find that working out my chest, back, and especially legs helps contribute to my shoulder growth.

The thing you just described is one of the most known myths of all in this subject. Studies have proven it to be false endless times. It's common knowledge to people more educated in fitness/nutrition that "intermittent fasting" is not dangerous, and might even give some health benefits.

And what you just stated is something that people who read and then misunderstand and report things they've never experienced say.  What statement did I specifically make that made you respond accordingly? I never said anything about "intermittent fasting" even though you placed the term in quotations as though I actually said that, and I never said "dangerous."

We're talking about staying fit, and there is no part about fasting that contributes any sort of benefit to that statement unless you fall into the small minority of people that are overweight specifically because they eat too many calories and live a completely sedentary lifestyle.   In reality, most people are obese because they have obliterated their metabolism to the point where they remain obese even eating a meager 1000-1500 calories per day.

Why do you think that many obese people actually eat far fewer calories than their skinny counterparts?  I've known many overweight people, and even have some in my family, that eat fewer than 1,500 calories per day.  When you fast, and especially if you significantly cut calories from your diet over a significant period of time, your body goes into hibernation mode where, in the absence of a healthy level of caloric intake, it says to itself, "Oh, shit!" and attempts to store as much fat as is possible from the calories that you do consume.  '

Here are some indisputable facts:
1) More calories equates to a higher metabolism.  Period.
2) Exercise requires that you increase your caloric intake to compensate for the breakdown in muscle tissue, and also due to increased metabolism resulting from an increase in mitochondrial density.
3) Excess glycogen is depleted when you sleep.
4) The body prefers to utilize glycogen from carbohydrates as energy first, fat as energy second, and muscle as energy third.
5) When you fast, your metabolism decreases.  Period.

Go ahead and skip breakfast and keep telling the rest of us who will run circles around you how it's helping you.  You already depleted the best source of energy reserves while you sleep, and then you deprive your body further by not eating breakfast.  I eat ~3,500 calories per day and weigh around 160 lbs. at 6% bodyfat.  But please, keep telling me what I don't know from my 15 years of experience  ::)

Sorry, intermittent fasting was basically what I was talking about myself in previous posts.

I don't necessarily think you are wrong in what you are saying. I'm just trying too say that it doesn't matter too much how often you eat during the day, just as long as you consume enough calories.

No, it does matter.  Think about it.  Let's say we have two identical people whose only differences are the number of meals they eat, and when they eat them.

Let's say identical person A consumes 2,000 calories once per day, and identical person B consumes 2,000 calories spread out over five, 400-calorie meals.

If person A consumes his 2,000 calories at breakfast, over time his body will react to this schedule.  His body will know not to expect those 2,000 calories again for another 24 hours.  So, to adapt, the body's metabolism slows to conserve those 2,000 calories.  If his metabolism didn't slow down, those 2,000 calories would be utilized too quickly.  As a result, person A will be more lethargic throughout the day, and will be more likely to store those calories as fat for future use rather than using them right away.

In contrast, person B, who consumes his meals three hours apart, will notice his body adapt to this schedule, too.  But, instead of slowing his metabolism, this type of meal schedule increases it.  His body knows that he is only taking in 400 calories per meal, but also knows that it won't be long before he eats again.  Accordingly, his body utilizes this energy more readily; there is simply no need to store those calories when more are on the way.

What you are saying absolutely makes alot of sense. It's just that most, if not all reliable studies might disagree with it.

Do you recall where you came across these studies?  I'm genuinely curious to see them.  Am I correct in guessing that the methodology used consisted of simply controlling for as many variables as possible between two random groups, assigning each group to an eating schedule, and comparing the results?

From experience (15 years as a hobbyist bodybuilder), I find that frequency and intensity of exercise exacerbates the effects of an eating schedule, and this is common with pretty much anyone who trains intensely on a regular basis.  For 15 years, I've worked out ~3-4 times per week, every week, without fail.  The only exceptions came during a few periods when I couldn't work out due to injury.  When I wasn't working out frequently, it didn't matter as much how often I ate throughout the day, and I could get by with only 2-3 meals and be fine with it.  However, when I'm on my normal training schedule, I find it near impossible to *not* eat at least 4-5 meals per day.  If I don't, I get hungry *very* quickly, and after about 5-6 hours without a meal I literally can feel my body turning catabolic.  It gets very mentally and physically uncomfortable.  Actually, this is the one complaint I do have about a frequent meal schedule, for if a food crisis ever did erupt, having an extremely fast metabolism would be insanely impractical.

Edit: And, relating back to "intermittent fasting" which, contrary to your assertion, I never even intended to address and therefore do not care to "make further comments on this stuff," the topic is about staying fit.  So, if I were to comment on it (lol), I'd say that intermittent fasting might affect conditioned athletes more than non-athletes.  But, to say intermittent fasting contributes to fitness is unfounded.

workout is necessary to stay healthy and fit....it's better to have trainer or coach in-case you are unable to make it on your own....besides exercise and all that diet is very important.... your diet needs to be balanced...here are some important tips to stay fit

1 Eliminate your sleep debt (sleeping hours should be 4 to 5)
2 Drink more milk (make your body to consume more calcium)
3 Eat more fruit and veg (u better prefer fruits and veg instead of meat)
4 Try new activities(indulge yourself in extracurricular activities)
5 Have a hearty breakfast (don't start your day with half empty stomach)
6 Let Your body sweat ( Do any kinda physical effort if not exercising)

Personally, My college is around 3 KM's away from my house, Sometimes I go the whole way running when I've time, If I don't, I take the subway which takes me to 1 KM away from it (still counted as sport)

I do random number of push up's @ random times, For example, I stood up to drink water and noticed my water bottle is empty, While filling the water bottle, I do like 5 push ups, I'm solving some equations and can't figure out the answer, I would do random number of push ups while thinking of an answer.

I drink milk at least once daily and I avoid all kinds of unhealthy food.

I do 20 hours of rowing fitness a week.

This includes 30 minute ergs, 2k ergs, rowing sessions (on water), jogs, gym sessions (weights, squats, lunges, bench press/pull, core)

I suggest jogging or walking everyday could eventually get you fit.
Keep an eye on your diet, you should be eating something following these guidelines:

45% to 65% of calories eaten should come from carbohydrates.
20% to 35% of calories eaten should come from fat.
10% to 35% of calories eaten should come from protein

You need carbohydrates and fat for energy. Protein is for your muscle growth etc.

I really don't want to spend a fortune on trainers and gym memberships. What I do is I simply buy (sometimes they're free) VR fitness apps that I can do anywhere, anytime. I can do boxing one day and a virtual cardio tour the next. Some action packed games will even keep me on my feet as I move to fight enemies. It's so fun, that it sometimes doesn't feel like a workout.

Jogging in the morning 4 to 5 times a week and eating only what my stomach accepts - goal is to not make my stomach feel uncomfortable - disciplined eating.

Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  ::)

I love taking care of myself and I exercise with an application that I download on my cell phone. But I don't take care of myself in my diet, I love to eat, because I'm one of those people who eat a lot and don't get fat. But sometimes for not eating well, my health is affected. So I am trying to improve my diet to feel better, continue training to gain strength and tone my body. 8) 8)

The secret on how to keep myself fit is to do my workout everyday. If you exercise everyday for 30 mins you will be on a great physical form.

You can download an app called healthifyme from appstore and it's a great app to keep yourself fit as it shows you all exercises you can do and how much calories you burn in a day and those. An excellent app if you don't go to gym yet. I have started to use it.

Many people do not have the time to exercise 1 hr daily.
Eating healthy is also difficult if you are working a lot of hours and you can't have meals during the day. Sleeping well is very important for keeping your body on a good form.

I accept as true with you we'd like enough sleep to remain fit. repeatedly the body becomes worse when sleeping less. And mentally many suffer from mood disorders. That's why it's good for all folks to possess a daily gym also as a nutritious meal.

I highly believe that the most important thing is to have a proper routine.  ;)

If you have fixed times when you exercise, eat, wake up an so on, not will it help you to preserve mental power to more important decisions, but will also help you to do all of those things rather than find an excuse to skip it.

I have been working from home for years, and the only way I can efficiently exercise and prevent overeating is sticking to my routine.

Just some ideas:
  • Know what and how much you will eat in advance (have a plan or prepare food for next day)
  • Reguraly exercise (it does not even have to be very extensive, but if you stick to some activities every day, you will be amazed by the results)
  • Always exercise at the same time (find what works for you and stick to it. I even have alarm clock st to go on 11.30 AM which means I am going to stop working and do some exercising)

These surely helped me a lot, so maybe it will do the same for you!

You do not have to kill yourself from running a lot of kilometers or lift heavy dumbells etc., but you should have some sort of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. If you're looking to shed a few pounds fast, do a higher-level intensity workout For example, go on a walk at a brisk pace for an hour. Or, you can jog and set certain intervals to sprint during that hour. Make sure you're not in severe pain during your workout. You can also you a workout app to help you know the right workout and how to do it well, just take is step by step until you're able to do more.

If you live in a high building, then you can walk up the stairs. Every day I go through 250 floors at a time. But it’s easy for me, because the muscles get used to such a load.
Or you can do burpee. Sometimes I do instead of walking up the stairs (250 burpee without stops, but it also only seems difficult, in fact, it is easier than it seems).

I do not have or I am not hiring any personal coach to make myself fit and healthy. It is just me that set limits to myself. Like for example not eating too much oily foods, always take my vitamin, long walk each day is a good exercise, eat fruits because I am not a fan of vegetables and of course keep myself clean to avoid getting the virus.

if you're just starting out then walking for 30 mins is a good start. I would avoid the treadmill and just go out to a garden or the take to the streets. in fact, even down the line, walking is still a really good workout. You can scale up the intensity and briskness or add in a jogging and running in spurts to increasing the frequency of your job or run. Nothing beats a good walk.
I think it's important to not get bored of what you're doing, so you could also mix in some weight training or body weight exercises, get a chin up bar. Switching things up is something I've been trying to do and it also gives you the opportunity to work out different muscle groups.

To keep your body healthy and fit you need to change your diet as well as your eating habits food supplies often cause harm to the body. More than half of the calories in the diet should come from carbohydrates we also get minerals vitamins and fiber from fruits and vegetables. We should eat these 5 times a day for example breakfast may contain a glass of juice or an apple or a slice of watermelon. Adequate amount of various vegetables at other times arrange for daily exercise with him much more helpful to keep the body fit.

I placed my body fit on high priority and do lots of exercise to keep my body strong, flexible and healthy. I don’t go to the gym often considering the nature of my job. Yeah! But I do lots of home exercise daily especially in the morning. I skip, squats, pushups and use my treadmill to keep fit every morning before any other activities. Yeah in exercising and keeping healthy body I take lots of water at least 3.4 liters of water every day.

Exercise helps the body system to function very well, keeps all organs healthy and helps the brain to work better. I will have to advise everyone of us to take our daily exercise serious because as people who are into Cryptocurrency we need to keep our mind sharp and healthy body. Because like the saying goes “Health is wealth” so we should all be conscious of our health and exercise more.

I can't also take it to have a trainer but I'm sure it will help someone like me if there's one person that guides me with my routine.

Just like you, I started to jog not actually jog but only to walk for an hour. What's hard to maintain is the daily routine, there are no other people that cheer me up to do it daily but instead, I have to depend on myself and motivate alone.

Maybe my New Year resolution should be to get up off my lazy ass & do something.

I'm an overweight guy and after all of those months of being stuck at home. I didn't do anything to make myself healthy and fit.

But I've discovered that myself became fit this time, although I haven't lost a lot of weight but swimming makes me feel well. I'm not a good swimmer and still learning at my old age but it's helping me cope up and making me tired a lot which means that it's working for me.

You should be continuing doing this and not stop it , as in lockdown time as well I also put on weight but then have started now to go daily and also cycling for some time. This helps me remain refresh, keeps me fit and feeling much better as well. Most important is that we should remain fit which just keep us going.

I usually ride my bicycle to work to stay fit, but now with the New lockdown and home office again there are not so many situations to use it. Also the weather is pretty crap during winter which makes it even harder to stay fit. I wish the gyms would open up again.

There is a proverb 'Health is wealth'. A fit body is a gift of God. If anyone have billions of dollars in bank and if he is not well then that money is valueless. So being fit is very necessary for live. I have wake up very early in the morning. Go for some exercise. I often go to pool for swimming. Its very effective for being fit. I always try to take fresh food. I also try to sleep early night. That's how I always try to be fit.
Thank you.

Swimming seems to be fun way to have long exercises without the body easily getting tired, unlike other ways of exercising.

My favorites kind of exercise these days are exercises that involve solving problems via physical hardwork, which helps keep the body fit at thesame time.  In my opinion, it's better to spend that energy efficiently on exercising the body while solving other problems at thesame time  rather than just exercising the body.

I don't know why but I suddenly started going to the gym and keep a healthy diet. I wanted to change some lifestyle habits for a long time but every time I delayed that. This time I'm determined and do my best. I've already lost 25 lbs and I am really happy.

I wish I could go back to the gym. Unfortunately they are still closed in my country. A long term plan should definitely involve some kind of sports for staying fit. But now with the lockdown still ongoing the best thing I found for myself is to just go for a walk. Walking atleast for 30 minutes a day can make a huge difference.

Yes, it's fun and very tiring. That's why you will feel that you're losing some fats in your body.

You get to enjoy and swim without noticing that your body is reacting and making yourself do it with a benefit to become fit. Any workout that works for you, you should continue it.

All of us have different solutions and technique for which our body requires and prefers, and definitely to shed some pounds, we need to do some physical activity.

I do exercises every morning and run in the park. Thanks to the warm winter, you can now afford it

Very important for everyone to take out time from their busy schedule to do atleast 5 days a week some exercise, run, swim, cycling etc anything which ever you like it in order to maintain your body fit and also helps you to refresh yourself. If not possible in early morning then anytime during the evening will also be the next best option.

Don't be nervous about small fluctuations in weight. Remember that weight fluctuations of 0.45-1.35 kg every week or even every day are quite normal. Don't obsessively weigh daily; this mentality is likely to be counterproductive. Because body weight fluctuates, we recommend that you only weigh yourself once a week.

One is to have breakfast. People who don’t eat breakfast tend to get fat
The second is to be full at noon. If you don’t have enough food at noon, you will be hungry at night.
The third is to try to eat as little as possible at night! And for dinner, do not eat meat, sweets, and fried foods. Just drink some light noodle soup and rice soup instead of salty soup.

Ways to maintain weight:
1. Prepare a weight scale at home to develop the habit of weighing regularly;

3. Prepare food for yourself and your family according to the usual dietary pattern, and achieve a scientific diet;

Replenish adequate water
It is important to keep the body after weight loss is successful. It is important to supplement enough water every day to accelerate the body's metabolism. The body's metabolism is slow in the state of water shortage, which can easily make people gain weight. Generally, everyone can maintain their body needs by drinking about 8 glasses of water a day.

Do not stop training, maintain a certain exercise frequency, and after losing weight, do not give up exercise. Exercise can maintain a high metabolic level of the body, but also strengthen the body, maintain the flexibility and strength level of the body, strengthen physical fitness, and effectively resist aging.

To achieve such an effect in weight loss, it is nothing more than diet control, combined with corresponding exercise to achieve the effect of weight loss. After success, we still have to adhere to this process, but the intensity can be reduced. If we insist on 500 calories per day before losing weight Energy consumption can be calculated in the aerobic operation. After we exercise to lose weight, we can appropriately reduce the frequency and control it to 200~300 per day. This can play a role in maintaining body shape, and the diet is also the same So, when you lose weight, you may just eat a little salad or some other supplementary foods a day. After you lose weight, you can't overeating and control your diet intake.

I do basic hard exercises like squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, bench presses (and others). But most of all, I love endurance training (when you are ready to spit out your lungs, your heart beats so that the neighbors can hear it, and the body refuses to work further, but you still force to do 10 more reps, and 10 more and more ... ) and, most importantly, willpower! For example, try doing 500 burpees without rest, or walking 100 floors up the stairs with 30 kg on your back.

Eating less is not correct, eating right food in right quantity which suits your body functionality is more important. And then to remain fit you need to do some physical exercise which could be anything like playing some sport, doing zumba or enjoying the dance, working out in gym etc which will help you remain active and fit.

Among the more popular weight loss methods mentioned above, the apple weight loss method, the vegetable and fruit method, etc. fall into this category. Low calories will make you suffer, but the calorie intake must meet the body's metabolic needs.

30 mins for 4 days? that is only 2 hours a week , I think that is enough to make your body fit Unless you are not eating much  :D

Eat a healthy diet, eat less greasy and sweet foods, and exercise for more than ten minutes a day. The most important thing is to persist.

Enjoy breakfast, grasp the golden detox period of breakfast time, can promote metabolism.
Drinking a glass of water before meals can effectively control appetite and food intake.
Eat less processed foods, which will add some additives, which will make our body consume a lot of sugar without knowing it. Taking a walk after dinner or lying down will cause fat accumulation. ;D ;D

I vent my anger/disappointment/sadness timely and never restrain my emotion, esp, these negative. fitness means more mentally than physically. I once had an uncle who committed suicide in his youth, endless remorse left to his family and himself just because he couldn't bear the bad emotion within himself :-[

1. Control the total calorie intake
You can eat meat, bread, etc., as long as the total calories are not exceeded.
2. Try a light fast
Choose 1-2 days a week for the ketogenic diet, which is what we call light fasting.

Eat less, eat more meals, exercise more, and don’t have a personal trainer, because you’re usually busy with work, but you will continue to exercise. Do exercise for half an hour a day, don’t eat greasy things, don’t eat supper, just stick to it.

The trick to staying in shape is to eat less and more meals, then eat the right foods, avoid high-calorie foods, and maintain a certain intensity of exercise.

Keep eating three meals a day. After all, food is the source of energy for the body, so breakfast must be maintained with good nutrition, moderate Chinese meals, and dinners need to be eaten less.

There are many ways to lose weight. When choosing weight loss methods, physical weight loss and diet reduction should be the main focus. It should not be based on oral medications. Common ways to lose weight are: ① preventive weight loss; ② exercise weight loss; ③ behavioral weight loss; ④ mechanical weight loss; ⑤ sauna weight loss; ⑥ cast weight loss; ⑦ paraffin weight loss; ⑧ surgery weight loss; ⑨ massage weight loss; ⑩ electronic weight loss. Among them, drugs for weight loss are not universal. Drug weight loss is a method of weight loss that is finally adopted after poor results based on the above physical and chemical weight loss. There are appetite suppression method and metabolism promotion method for drug weight loss. There are many side effects of medication for weight loss and should be avoided as much as possible. ;D ;D

This is a good approach to eating, if you eat more smaller meals you won't feel hungry that much and run in the risk of over eating. For me the best thing now that winter is over is to don't use the car anymore, best to just walk or take the bike.

My opinion is that we should eat nutritious foods and most importantly keep our minds from stress. A fit body is a body that is able to control the level of depression well.

In order to keep fit I will do sport 2-3 hours everyday such as swimming(I love swimming)
Ofcourse. That's one of my favorite ways to exercise. Been long I exercise
via swimming though.
One of the ways I keep fit isnt through the typical exercise that focus more self. I think if you do enough house chores or other physical activities that solve problems around you, you could reap thesame benefits (and even better) of typical exercise.
I think it's better to exercise the body while solving problems. You kind of use your energy more efficiently in this manner... And that benefits both the body/you and others.

I run every morning, which makes me energetic. In addition, I also skip rope, which can burn my fat and keep me in good shape. Every Sunday I go back to the gym. At that time, there will be a cycling lesson, and I will have a cycling lesson. I didn't hire a personal trainer, and I mainly rely on my own efforts.

Skipping rope, skipping rope is a good way to lose weight, but exercise requires stretching, exercise must be persisted, otherwise it will be invalid.

Although everyone has their own way to stay fit, but usually not far from the diet. And also exercise that is routinely done, it is indeed an important
thing to do so that the body stays fit. It's not easy to keep our bodies fit, because people's lifestyles today are not healthy. Because people are too
busy, they forget to take care of themselves by eating healthy food and also do not have time to exercise. Whereas healthy food and exercise are
important factors that we must run in life if we want to keep ourselves fit.

I eat almost everything. If you will do regular exercises and count calories you won't have problems with excess weight.
Do not forget to consume vitamins to get a healthy life. With all of that, you will fit and do not have to be afraid of sickness, although the sick can come to everyone without notice. Having a positive mind will also help you fit because all diseases can become bigger if we think about the worst thing that can happen to us.

Not only the calories but also the sugar/carbohydrates .. maybe you are young now and does not considering such but when you grow old all of this will turns out and surely you will be shocked by the effect so best to limit your eating habits from younger years.

not for all, specially when you are in senior ages , this is not commendable instead walking is the best solution for every ages.

I gained some weight during the last corona lockdown and need more exercise now to get back on shape. My first step is to try and avoid the car as much as possible. Every task in the city I will either do by bike or by walking. Second step is to go jogging atleast one time per week and to go swimming. And the last step is to start playing football or tennis more regularly again.

I don't have a personal coach. It drives me crazy that he just makes a fool of me on things I know, and argues against what I know.

I don't understand why people ignore and simplify things and facts. In my research, I always come across a conflict of interest. interests should not take precedence over reality.

God has created man at such physique until he keeps his body in working. He is physically fit. But when he thinks that now he should take a rest, retire and avoid working. He suffers from different kinds of diseases like blood pressure, heart problems, gastric problems, etc. Human is created to work in all ages. He should take excise for his fitness. He should adopt some sports that he likes to play. Because sports keep a man healthy, wealthy, fit, happy, and avoid him from fatigue and boredom.

Easy to say hard to do.

For people who are busy with their daily lives, I know that it's no excuse to have a balanced diet but sometimes tiredness is pushing us to eat some more.

And when it's about exercising, we'll have a lot of excuse.
