I am not so fit but I am healthy so healthy life is always fit for me show the way to be healthy is so simple eat healthy food live your life happily nothing will not give you so much fitness more than happiness.
Never forget Exercise because even how healthy you ate but your Muscles are not making some sweating ?still you will not be totally healthy.

Sports at home is the best thing for me. I do not like to train in the gym with a trainer because I haven’t found my own person with whom I will have similar views on the quality and shape of the body, so I’m my own trainer and nutritionist.

I like to play basketball & football but over the last few years I haven’t managed to play as much as I used to.

I'm little fat now, but before that i was running every single day. This was keeping me fit, good looking and healthy. 
I'm an overweight guy and after all of those months of being stuck at home. I didn't do anything to make myself healthy and fit.

But I've discovered that myself became fit this time, although I haven't lost a lot of weight but swimming makes me feel well. I'm not a good swimmer and still learning at my old age but it's helping me cope up and making me tired a lot which means that it's working for me.

You should be continuing doing this and not stop it , as in lockdown time as well I also put on weight but then have started now to go daily and also cycling for some time. This helps me remain refresh, keeps me fit and feeling much better as well. Most important is that we should remain fit which just keep us going.

enough sleep in proper time in which at night and not in morning,Eating healthy foods specially fruits and veggies ,Having exercise daily even small amount of time and also not taking any vices ,not getting with people that lives with alcohol,cigars and drugs.

This what i think will keep me safer and Healthy.

I usually ride my bicycle to work to stay fit, but now with the New lockdown and home office again there are not so many situations to use it. Also the weather is pretty crap during winter which makes it even harder to stay fit. I wish the gyms would open up again.

There is a proverb 'Health is wealth'. A fit body is a gift of God. If anyone have billions of dollars in bank and if he is not well then that money is valueless. So being fit is very necessary for live. I have wake up very early in the morning. Go for some exercise. I often go to pool for swimming. Its very effective for being fit. I always try to take fresh food. I also try to sleep early night. That's how I always try to be fit.

I do my workouts myself. I like bodyweight exercises, push ups, pull ups, some cardio is all i do to stay fit.

I also try eating less sugar and cook more stuff myself.

Swimming seems to be fun way to have long exercises without the body easily getting tired, unlike other ways of exercising.

My favorites kind of exercise these days are exercises that involve solving problems via physical hardwork, which helps keep the body fit at thesame time.  In my opinion, it's better to spend that energy efficiently on exercising the body while solving other problems at thesame time  rather than just exercising the body.

I don't know why but I suddenly started going to the gym and keep a healthy diet. I wanted to change some lifestyle habits for a long time but every time I delayed that. This time I'm determined and do my best. I've already lost 25 lbs and I am really happy.

I wish I could go back to the gym. Unfortunately they are still closed in my country. A long term plan should definitely involve some kind of sports for staying fit. But now with the lockdown still ongoing the best thing I found for myself is to just go for a walk. Walking atleast for 30 minutes a day can make a huge difference.

Yes, it's fun and very tiring. That's why you will feel that you're losing some fats in your body.

You get to enjoy and swim without noticing that your body is reacting and making yourself do it with a benefit to become fit. Any workout that works for you, you should continue it.

All of us have different solutions and technique for which our body requires and prefers, and definitely to shed some pounds, we need to do some physical activity.

I do exercises every morning and run in the park. Thanks to the warm winter, you can now afford it

Very important for everyone to take out time from their busy schedule to do atleast 5 days a week some exercise, run, swim, cycling etc anything which ever you like it in order to maintain your body fit and also helps you to refresh yourself. If not possible in early morning then anytime during the evening will also be the next best option.

I don't have a personal coach. I like cycling with friends to make me happy, my mind is calm, my body weight is normal, my body is healthy, and I rarely get sick.
