1  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hydroponica's rep thread on: October 15, 2013, 07:40:44 PM
Well, I had assumed that if I posted it on my loan page, then the people who actual gave me the loan, would receive an email notification that there was a comment posted, and then they would email me. Thank you so much for opening it to the public, and making it more complicated then it had to be. Think maybe its time to mind your own business for a while.

What more complicated?  You pay off the loan via BTCJam like you agreed to when 20 people lent you coins.  You're paying 12% on your loans and you don't want to pay the measly BTCJam fee?

Last I checked, I haven't borrowed anything from you. If those 20 people are fine with me paying them back this way, then who the fuck are you? And the 33% they are charging me per month, for late fees, is hardly what I would call measley. Roll Eyes

New post from Hydroponica.

Quote
I am super pissed, with BTC-Jam. This website is a total scam. First payment was due, a week after I activated the loan, and the late fees charged, are borderline extortion. I have created the email address HydroOwes@gmail.com. Send me a BTC address, and your BTC-Jam username, I will crosscheck it here, to get the ammount of your investment and I will get everyone paid back, starting from largest ammount, to smallest ammount, but I am done with BTC-Jam, and they will NOT be collecting any more fees from me. And ffs, if you have started contacting my employer, stop. It's been just over 30 days. It is not even legal to contact someone's employer, to collect debt, unless you have a judgement, and a signed court order to do so. No fraud has taken place. I've fallen behind on a loan. It was not obtained under false pretenses, and all the information used to obtain the loan, was mine, and 100% accurate. That is not illegal, by any stretch of the imagination. I will not be posting here anymore. Any further questions, can be directed to the above email address.

Why have you been deleting your messages here on this forum? There are backups on the Google Cache.  Not sure how long they will stay there so I have made the screenshots - I'll remove this link and point to the screenshots when needed.  Everyone remember reading these messages?

If you have the coins, send them to a trusted escrow ASAP and let the escrow do the disbursements.

Right now are you are doing is sending coins to whoever emails you first.  I'm actually Tulkas - can you send the bitcoins to the link in my sig?   Wink

You guys are such sheep lol
You know, most alt coins, are created by a small group of people. They release a new coin, insta mine the shit out of it, dump it on Cryptsy, rinse, repeat.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pool][Profit-Switch][Optional Auto-Exchange per Coin][Vardiff] ~ Hashcows on: September 28, 2013, 10:59:11 PM
So here is a little comparison between middlecoin vs hashcows..

Middlecoin BTC per MH/day through the last 12 days
.02013 BTC TOTAL // 0.0167 per day avg

Hashcows BTC per MH/day through the last 12 days
.02354 BTC TOTAL // 0.0196 per day avg

That is a difference is approximately 16% over the 12 day period from my estimates..

16% is quite a sizeable difference, over a 12 days period. That's ~40% a month, or %480 over the course of a year. Math is awesome!!!

Most effective watercooling setups, use a dual, push-pull fan configuration for the radiator. Passive cooling, and over-clocking, are not a viable combination, imo

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Next cryptocurrency candidates for CoinEX on: September 24, 2013, 02:47:09 PM
GIL is in trouble. It's being removed from Cryptsy, for reasons unclear to me, to the dismay of its supporters. If CoinEx could host a pool, and allow it to be traded on the exchange, you would be saving GIL, and, adding a number of people, to your customer base.
Thank you for your consideration
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GIL, fun and fast. Now accepted at Coingas!! Difficulty Fix! Upgrade ASAP! on: September 24, 2013, 02:41:13 PM
My suggestion, is if you want to help save GIL, get on the CoinEx thread, and show support to have them host a pool, and trade it on their exchange.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=291647.new#new

Developer support, means very little, apparently. GIL needs strong community support, to stay alive

20  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Assault weapon bans on: September 23, 2013, 04:45:41 PM
I guess, being Canadian, where Automatic Rifles are already illegal, and handguns, highly regulated, I don't see the issue with banning them. Obviously, you aren't going to be hunting deer, with a fucking M16, and unless your home is undersiege by some forien power, an M16 for home defense, doesn't make much sense either...
