It's like they're campaigning specifically to BADecker.  Mind bogglingly dumb liars.

I am convinced now that dumBAss is a Chinese agent pretending to be from Texas.

I always imagine him wishing he could be a Russian agent from his mothers house in one of those areas in the south where they eat squirrels and drink moonshine that was made in a neighbors bathtub.

Just to show you who is winning, where is the war being fought? Mother Russia isn't being threatened at all. It's the Ukraine that is in turmoil.

You jokers still don't get it, do you.

Hey remember the discussion was about the evidence in Trumps criminal trial.

First you acted as if you were very following the details of the trial very closely.

That's the point. You are not following it. Did you read the transcripts that I posted?

You jokers still don't get it, do you.

And went on to make a bunch of claims like this:

Just to show that you haven't been following it, the paper trail was simply standard, general payments made to the attorney firm by Trump. If the attorney firm did something bad with the funds, that's their problem, not Trumps.

Cohen might have used the loan funds for anything.

My question is this:  What made you claim those things?  Did you make them up, or are you repeating what you heard somewhere else?

If you didn't make them up yourself, will you consider thinking twice before repeating whatever the source says in the future?

If you did make them up, shame on you.
4  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Publicly held Trump trials - ongoing on: May 19, 2024, 10:48:23 PM
You jokers still don't get it, do you. Even if money went to Stormy, this doesn't necessarily mean that it was hush money for a Trump affair with her... or anything of the sort. It might simply have been a request for her to NOT do the thing that she is doing. Or he might be covering for someone else. Or maybe it was payment for a job that she did for Trump a different way.

Money switches hands all the time. Until it is proven that it was to pay her off for an affair, we simply don't know what it was for.

Remember, in the past she said that she did NOT have an affair with Trump. You can't trust what she is saying.

All you jokers are really trying to do is keep a murdering presidential team in office. I don't know why you would do that, but it sure looks like you enjoy warmonger worldwide killing, and wrecking the US economy at the same time... something that Trump did just the opposite of while in office.

Can you begin to provide justification for your actions? You should be supporting Trump to bring about world peace, because as it stands, now, he's the only one who can.

Cool

Cool story.  But not a good excuse to make things up to defend him like this one example of mannny:
Cohen might have used the loan funds for anything.

When it comes down to it, "I like Trump/I hate Biden" iis really at the heart of any Trumptards argument about why Trump, the billionaire scam artist that inherited a bunch of money and his business and then proceeded to fuck over pretty much everyone he came in contact with for the next 50 years, is now the victim because it looks like he might only get away with most of the crimes, not all.

You really are clueless about reality.  I'm not going to waste my time on refuting every one of your ignorant claims, but I'll explain one example:
Cohen might have used the loan funds for anything.[/b]

The paper trail shows that on October 26, 2016 - minutes after speaking with Trump, Michael Cohen opened a bank account in the name of the LLC he had just created a few days earlier and funded it with a $131,000 using a home equity line of credit on his home.  The funds became available that same day at 4 pm.

LOAN FUNDS GO DIRECTLY INTO NEW LLC BANK ACCOUNT

The next day, October 27, 2016 at 10:01 am, Cohen submitted the paperwork required to wire $130,000 to Keith Davidson and Stormy Daniels attorney-client trust.

LOAN FUNDS GO DIRECTLY FROM NEW LLC BANK ACCOUNT TO STORMY DANIELS

You know how to find the transcripts, and I've already given you a link to the documents.  If you were interested in the truth, you would have already figured it out.

Cohen might have used the loan funds for anything.

^^FALSE

7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Publicly held Trump trials - ongoing on: May 19, 2024, 05:42:56 PM

Just to show that you haven't been following it, the paper trail was simply standard, general payments made to the attorney firm by Trump. If the attorney firm did something bad with the funds, that's their problem, not Trumps.

No, it wasn't standard and Cohen didn't even have a firm - these were personal payments to reimburse the loan he took out on his house.  Obviously you will never admit you're wrong or believe something that makes your favorite politician look like a criminal but paper trail shows that:

Michael Cohen took out a loan on his house for $130,000 and created a shell company to pay Stormy Daniels.

In order to compensate Cohen for the payment, he had to be repaid double so that he could pay taxes as if it were earned income.  In addition to the 130k, Trump also owed him $50k for rigging some polls using a company called Red Finch (you were right, some polls are lies). So he was owed ($130k + $50k) X 2 = $360k.  $180k to reimburse the payments he made, $180k to pay income tax to make it look like income.  He was also paid a $60k "bonus" for his actual work.  So the final total was $420k, and they agreed to pay him $35k monthly for 1 year. ($35k * 12 = $420k).

Here's the Trump org ceo doing the math (he's currently in Rikers island for perjury during Trumps last criminal trial, he also served time for fraud before that - Trump surrounded himself with criminals)  The bonus is noted as $50k, but ended up being changed to $60k later.

Here's one of the 12 checks Trump signed over the next year to make it look like Cohen was working for him, even though he was not:

All the holes have been filled in.  Trump micromanaged his company, not even the CEO was authorized to make a payment for more than $10k without Trumps blessing.  And there's no reason to double a reimbursement for taxes, unless you want to make it look like earned income.
Document Dump: https://assets.bwbx.io/documents/users/iqjWHBFdfxIU/rchcAZNAFo_U/v0

There is no reasonable scenario where all this happened without Trumps explicit approval.  And if prosecutors had case as strong as this one against Hillary, and there were no technicalities that caused a mistrial or reversal on appeals, she'd be a convicted felon today - and rightfully so.

Squirm away.

It's like, the harder they push against Trump, the stronger he gets. A bunch of voters who don't really care, but simply want to be on the winning side, are moving over to Trump.

Trump CRUSHES Biden Among Independent Voters By Over 10 Points In New Polls, Trump WINNING - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k617odL49Qg.

Cool

I thought you thought the polls and pollsters lie...
Hillary might be winning in the polls, but the polls and pollsters lie.

Trump is winning the popular vote by a big margin, even though the polls don't show it. But it doesn't matter.
Did being wrong about the popular vote convince you that you were wrong about the polls?
lol jk  I know you'll just pretend to never be wrong when it comes to your favorite politicians.

And yeah, these trials are really helping Trump swing things hard....looks like a total blow out (prob no reason to even vote if you have something better do)

As for Donald Trump...  I can't believe that Sleepy Joe Biden is actually going to debate him.

Pretty sure you're supposed to call him Crooked Joe or Slow Joe or something other than sleepy Joe since Trump has pretty much been falling asleep every day of his criminal trial.

By the way, I'm surprised you never decided to start up a collection from other btctalk members to "help" Steve Bannon "build the wall".  Seemed right up your alley.

LOL, Lol. Everybody in the world is a 'victim' of selective non-prosecution. Especially in the US, anybody can prosecute anybody for ANYTHING, any time, any place, in any way. Doesn't guarantee they will have success. Doesn't guarantee it won't backfire on them. But they can do it... at least the start of it.

Reminds me of when I completely disprove some idiotic claim you made and you respond with "AnYoNe CaN mAke ChArts aNd GrAphS!!!!"

Stormy Daniels is so self contradicting in her testimony, that nobody can believe her any longer. This shows how the crooked courts are set against Trump.

Bill Maher PROVES Stormy Daniels LIED In Court In Unearthed Video, Even HE Sees Trump Case IS FRAUD - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D83COifRTs0.

Bill Maher makes some good points.

Quote
“So, tell me, how can the fixer who delivers the hush money be guilty of election interference but the candidate who orders it, pays it, conceals it, not be?” Maher asked, arguing that Trump is clearly guilty of the same crimes to which Michael Cohen pleaded guilty in 2018.

“Trump whines he’s the victim of ‘selective prosecution,’ the truth is he’s the beneficiary of selective non-prosecution,” Maher said, arguing that Trump should have been charged with breaking campaign finance laws, instead of duking it out in state court on charges of falsifying business records.

The same thing happened with Trump’s classified documents case, Maher argued. “By bending over backwards to be fair to the Republican, the Democrat got fucked,” he said.

Garland waited six months to send the FBI to Mar-a-Lago to follow up on Trump’s classified documents case, Maher said, and took 20 months to assign a special prosecutor to investigate.

At the same time the AG leapt to assign a Trump-appointed special counsel to investigate Joe Biden, who was fully exonerated, but smeared with an report alleging the president was “senile, feeble, confused, shell-of-a-former-man, who poops his pants and can’t remember his kids’ names.”

Maher warned that it was happening again with Trump’s election inference case, which has advanced at a glacial pace under Garland’s watch.

4 months after the 8048/JAZ license holder Antillephone N.V. forwarded my compensation demand to the Stake alleged "Legal Department" and the Stake managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V., they still have not answered!

How on earth can you run a provably rigged in-house Black Jack system and ignore the request by your license issuer?

Is it because Stake is managed by two RuneScape players and a chat moderator?  Cheesy

That's because your complaint is literally just nonsense.

You've crying on this forum about being cheated for 17 months now without convincing anyone of anything other than that you're a loser that sucks at math and therefore blackjack.

Gradually the Trump trials are falling apart....

Except the one where a jury found him liable for sexual assault and ordered him to pay the woman he raped with either his finger or penis (she's not sure which) $5 million.

Or the libel case he lost for lying about the woman he raped with either his finger or penis and was ordered to pay $80 million.

Or the one where The Trump Organization was found guilty of felony fraud.

Or the criminal trial going on right now where he has no actual defense and the prosecutions case is so strong that his only hope to not be a convicted felon in a matter of weeks is jury nullification or a technicality.

But yeah, it looks like all he has to do is win a close presidential election to confirm he's above the law and avoid being held accountable for the other 80 felonies he's been charged with.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Stormy Daniels Blows It on the Witness Stand, Makes Scripted Jokes in Courtroom on: May 08, 2024, 07:42:27 PM
This whole ordeal stank from the start. I actually think all this court drama & litigation is going to end up working in Trump’s favour. He’s going to look like the under-dog, somebody who has been picked on, vilified & bullied but rises to beat it all & win the Presidency.

He has a shot at not being a convicted felon a few weeks from now.  But not because he's innocent.  No reasonable person that has followed the trial in detail so far has any reasonable doubt that he is guilty of the crimes he was indicted for.

There are still two possibilities that would allow him to declare victory though.  If he is able to turn the trial into a big enough circus, he might get the judge or one of the prosecutors to make a mistake causing a mistrial or reversal on appeals based on a technicality.  Or, there's always the possibility that a conspiratard snuck into the jury with the intention not voting to convict regardless of the facts of the case.

Make no mistake though, he 100% committed fraud to help his chances in the 2020 election and if any Democrat did the same thing and prosecutors had similarly strong evidence, the two trumptards above this post would actually be on the right side of things rooting for justice to be served.
15  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Publicly held Trump trials - ongoing on: May 07, 2024, 02:46:18 AM
^^^ Trump shouldn't be immune from having the facts presented. He shouldn't be any more immune than the prosecution is from their crimes. In these cases against Trump, the cases should be thrown out because of prosecution criminal activity in the cases. And, not only that. The prosecution should prosecuted for their blatant attempts to withhold evidence and a whole host of illegal activity that they are doing.

In all cases where material is presented to the court, there needs to be a chain of signatures and affidavits by EVERYBODY who handles or moves the material... signatures on affidavits explaining what they did with the materials and where they moved them. If the chain is broken, it means that the materials could have been tampered with in the breaking of the chain of handlers. These cases against Trump need to be thrown out.

"Stunning On Multiple Levels": DOJ Admits To Evidence Tampering In Trump Classified Docs Case

lol "admits evidence tampering"  Sites like freedomphoenix are tampering with your brain.

The prosecutors gave the defense a batch of evidence with some of the documents out of order.

Imagine how desperate Trump and the media must be to have to use this as a defense.

Update of substance:  They found pictures of the classified documents that Trump took to Florida after he lost the election and then lied to the government about his personal valets (and co defendent) phone.  Imagine that.

Update of substance 2: Trump was held in contempt for the 10th time today for attacking witnesses and the jury in his criminal trial in NYC for committing fraud to help win the 2016 election.

Trump is desperately seeking to get sent to prison for contempt. He would then be able to play the victim to max volume.

If I were the judge, I would advise him on a progressive regime of sanctions. First one, 10.000, second one 100.000, thrid one 1Million, fourth one 10 million.... My guess is that he would probably get as far as the fourth one, he still has to pay the NY fines and has many options to end up paying for tax fraud, beyond going to prison or not (probably not). It is much better to punish the bank account and much more difficult to appear as a victim if you are warned of the consequences in advance. Also, money is here and now, other punishments can be possibly challenged or overturned.

NY State law caps the fine at $1,000 per violation.  So the only two options are $1k fine or lock him up.

What's worse, allowing Trump to attack the jury and witnesses, or allowing the circus that will ensue with locking up a former president for a few nights distract from the actual proceeding.

Consider this, it won't be possible to prevent the jury from learning that Trump was thrown in jail.  But the contempt charges shouldn't be considered in deciding his guilt - which is why all the gag order related motions happen when the jury isn't in the room.  Jury bias from the contempt jailing could very well end up being Trumps strongest and only non-frivolous argument to make in appeals if he's convicted.

Dear Tableplay,

As previously specified, Jackbit Casino generally upholds a no KYC policy, with exceptions made in cases where a risk-based approach is deemed necessary. The detection of a 51 IP address match for your account is generally unusual for a regular player, therefore, it was flagged for investigation. Afterwards, you provided personal identification documents to complete the verification process, However, it is important to note that the withdrawal in question was requested before the completion of the verification, specifically on December 23, 2023, at 08:35:19. Verification procedures were completed on the same day at 10:31, and the following withdrawal was successfully processed at 15:17:05.
Regarding your concerns about the "Doxxing" of your username, please be assured that Jackbit Casino maintains strict confidentiality protocols and does not disclose any private information of our users. It is worth noting that the username in question is visible to all users on BitcoinTalk.

Sincerely,

It's dishonest to kyc players while advertising this:

Even if you don't kyc most players.
Even if you only kyc when you think a player might have figured out a way to exploit your games or promotions.

It's really not complicated - if you want to be a no kyc casino, don't kyc your players and make sure you don't offer any promotions or games that can be exploited.

If you're concerned about being exploited by players and want to kyc to gather evidence so you can freeze player accounts, then make sure players aren't signing up thinking you're a no kyc casino.

You get to make all the rules - quit trying to have it both ways.

Subject:
Negative Trust Flag Inquiry Regarding our KYC Policy

Dear TwitchySeal,

We are getting back to address the trust flag you raised concerning our KYC policy, to provide you with clear and comprehensive information.

The screenshot provided appears to be from an affiliate page rather than directly from Jackbit Casino. On our official website, we do not prominently display any information asserting a strict no-verification policy.

Why are your affiliates advertising your site as a no kyc/anonymous casino?  And it's not just one affiliate, it's many.

We remain committed to transparency and providing accurate information regarding our operational policies.

How much money have you seized and from how many accounts as a result of your KYC process?

I'll be impressed if you give a direct, honest answer to these questions.

You don't seem very committed "to transparency and providing accurate information".  Quite the opposite.

Pick a random time and watch for 10 minutes.  He's fine.

If Trump is a loser, who would you suggest for the Presidency? Look at Biden.

Biden would be fine, yes.  Or anyone in his cabinet, other than a handful of crazies pretty much anyone in the House or Senate.  I'd probably vote for 99% of non incarcerated Americans that would be eligible to run if it were between them and Trump.  That's around 100 million people.

I'd probably have to vote for Trump if he were running against you though.
20  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Publicly held Trump trials - ongoing on: April 23, 2024, 12:08:12 AM
If Trump is a loser, who would you suggest for the Presidency?

For you - no one. Trump is the second coming of Jesus. Make sure to give all your life savings to him because he's very rich and doesn't need your money.

You can easily see that the only reason why there are any Trump trials is that the opposition is so unpopular, that the only way they have a chance of winning among Americans is if they lie and cheat. Consider that they themselves, and thousands or millions of other Americans have done the same kinds of things that Trump has been accused of... and often much worse. But nobody else is facing the kinds of accusations that Trump is.

Millions of Americans have cheated on their spouses with porn stars and illegally paid $130k to said porn stars? And stored stolen top secret documents in their bathrooms? Seems unlikely. And if that were true it still wouldn't make it not a crime. If a guy in the trailer next door kills his wife, it doesn't make it right for you to kill yours - that's some free legal advice for you.

Time to wake up and realize that you are on the side of death and destruction when you are against Trump. If Trump loses, and Biden-Team-like people win, they will overtake and destroy everything, even you. How blind are you that you are in favor of your own destruction?

Well, the evil Biden people had nearly 4 years to destroy me and failed miserably, so you're probably full shit on that one just like on everything else. Good to see that some things never change on this shithole of a forum.

You misunderstand about the whole thing. The only reason why the evil Biden people failed to destroy you is because it takes a long time for anybody to destroy the good that Trump did in his first term. But there are a whole bunch of other people around the world that Trump didn't have enough time to protect from the Biden Team and the Deep State.

You should really be praying to your lucky stars - or whatever you pray to - that Trump gets in, in 2024. If he does, you just might have a chance to go on living before the Biden Team takes you and bunch of the rest of us out.

Cool

Hey whatever happened to this conspiracy theory?

I think that when Trump endorsed Operation Warp Speed, he already had a good idea about two things. And this was the reason he didn't fight as hard as he could have to stop the steal and get the Presidency back. What 2 things?
1. That the vaccines would probably be killers.
2. The Dems would be inclined to be vaxxed the most.

All Trump has to do is sit by and wait for the Dems to become immobilized before 2024. They will either be dead, or so sick that they won't even think about voting. And Trump will win by an easy landslide... way more than before, percentage-wise, while just sitting arouind and waiting for it to happen.

This is the way it is happening. Statistics show lots of dead already. Who were they? Dems who sat in the basement along with Brandon, and took the jabs, faithfully, and even lovingly. They will mostly be gone by 2024.
