5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TOKEN SALE] A2DAO - PROJECT'S ACCELERATOR & INVESTMENT PLATFORM FOR PEOPLE on: February 18, 2021, 11:52:12 AM
Dear friends!
Our public sale has drawn significant interest so far. 300+ people have registered for the sale.
We have 50 spots open to purchase 5000 ATD at $500 (in ETH) and achieve Tier 2 status at A2DAO.
We are currently oversubscribed by 6x!

We want the sale to be fair and don't want a waste on our users' gas fees. To support that, we have implemented the following mechanism:

- 10 users with the most referrals will receive a guaranteed spot in the sale and receive a link to the sale 10 minutes before other participants
- 40 spots will be chosen randomly in a fair and verifiable way.
- Each winner will receive a personal link to purchase ATD through the A2DAO Bot on Telegram and will have 30 minutes to send the transaction
- After that, if we have some leftover tokens on the sale contract, we will randomly choose the next set of users to fill the gap

Introducing A2DAO

Crypto startups need fundraising and early adopters. A2DAO aims to connect startups with smart capital while simultaneously helping to cultivate a passionate community for each individual project.
Our team of experts will assist projects in marketing, development, tokenomics, and other critical areas of growth.

A2DAO has emerged as a disruptive force in the fundraising space thanks to our influential community of DeFi evangelists. We’ve reshaped the old fundraising model by distributing allocation
to our community members rather than only to close-knit VCs and institutions. Since 2017, we have helped raise more than $10m to over one hundred projects and boast a
community of 1000 smart investors and crypto experts from all over the world. Our network is our backbone and we place a high value on each active DAO participant.

Important Information

Token Sale

ATD Tier Mechanics

Conclusion

A2DAO connects top tier blockchain projects with smart money investors, while simultaneously growing a robust community of crypto enthusiasts. Community members can vote on various issues of A2DAO, such as project selection for the accelerator program or important points of network development. In addition to voting rights, community members are guaranteed allocation to projects based on their tier level, which is determined through ATH token holdings. Lastly, A2DAO strives to help dissolve the barrier of entry for the flood of new retail investors entering the space by providing high-level expertise and knowledge on the market and underlying blockchain technology.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: February 15, 2021, 09:00:16 PM
In now days too much Altcoin Project are Launching one by one and all of them claim that invest in his project because we will be successful in upcoming days but in the end they run away and make a scam. They don't woory about people fund and stole them.
So how we can trust on altcoin to give us profit after investment. Because most of them become Scam and Scam. All of them has one Aim how to stole too much fund .
So how we make altcoin investment safe ?
There is no specific formula for how to choose and trust projects. As a rule, most people follow the advice of influential people.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in TRC20 tokens on: February 15, 2021, 08:52:38 PM
Everyone knows that many have invested in ERC20 tokens from the Ethereum platform, but do you intend to invest in TRC20 tokens from the TRON platform, if "YES" what token did you buy and please include the reason as well.
To be honest, I do not invest in these tokens, but only use them to withdraw funds because there are zero commissions. But the Ethereum network is not very profitable at the moment.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should i invest to this project ? on: February 15, 2021, 08:45:34 PM
Hi , I have never invested for a project , i need to invest for a project and i have an idea to invest on this project - https://curioinvest.com/car/4
But i need your opinions about this project ? Is it a Scam project ?
Will it be Profitable for me ?

It is very strange that such questions are asked here, on the forum) As a rule, you should rely only on yourself when choosing an investment. (I didn't even follow your link, because no matter what project was accepted, you, not the forum people, still have to make the decision)
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 mistakes to avoid when investing in Crypto on: February 15, 2021, 07:57:28 PM
If you are a newbie in crypto world you are bound to make some mistakes but this thread is for you on how to avoind making those mistakes

1. You dont want to skip the learning part- You need to have an idea of what youre going to even if it is to make a research about it. You have read about an asset before you invest in it to know exactly what they are building.

2. You want to avoid using the wrong crypto exchanges. This is one thing you want to avoid because it can make you lose all your assets. You need to research about the exchange before even registering. Some exchanges have fake volumes and are not transparent enough.

3. You dont want to rely on a single coin- Diversification is very important when it comes to investment. You dont want to put all your eggs in one basket.

4. You want to avoid the fear of missing out (FOMO)- When you see everyone buying a trending coin you dont jump in, it might too good to be true

5. You dont want to forget the basic security. Keeping your private keys safe is very important. As a newbie you should understand how important private keys are. Also 2 factor authenticator shold be added to all your exchanges
Your advice is certainly important, but nevertheless, even old people who are fond of cryptocurrency for more than one year neglect such simple rules. I think the forum should have more topics related to the safe purchase of cryptocurrency and security support in general.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel, Looking at the Bullrun market? on: February 15, 2021, 06:26:24 PM
Are you sad to see the current market situation? YES to ME  Cry
1. Seeing insane eth gas costs, Unable to trade small amounts of tokens due to expensive shipping costs.
2. Seeing the increase in the price of BTC reaching the new ATH, I can't do much because I don't have any BTC investments or other coin investments whose prices have gone up.

Oh my GOD .. my life is very sad. I hope BTC and ETH prices drop dramatically, amen  Grin
Yes, it is very sad to watch after 1 year of a break and rest from cryptocurrencies as the prices of literally any assets grow. It is a pity that for all the time I did not buy any 1 Bitcoin.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still buying XRP? on: February 15, 2021, 06:23:56 PM
Just yesterday, a friend of mine called me and said that he wants to buy XRP tokens in anticipation of a trial with the SEC. Allegedly, after the court decision, the price will only grow. I do not know about others, but I personally will not buy these tokens for any price.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Richest people getting ready for economic crash on: February 14, 2021, 06:09:12 PM
Richest people getting ready for economic crash.
Can I ask where you got this information from? Elon Musk bought bitcoin and now everyone thinks that the rich are preparing for an economic collapse. If you claim such a thing, please provide at least some proof of your words.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Rich have too much on: February 14, 2021, 06:04:54 PM
This is not a good law.

I know that you are just talking about it so you could help those that really need it. The flaw in your proposition is that most of the poor people are not even trying to make a way so that they could be successful one day. If you will just give the poor the money of the rich people, don't you think that it is just unfair and people would just rely on that help?
From birth, all people have different talents and opportunities. But nevertheless, I agree with you in the aspect that many people do not try to change something around them. But on the other side of the scale, the rich also behave very scrupulously towards all people (not just the poor) According to statistics, 99% of all the wealth of our planet is in the hands of 1% of the rich. Don't you think that's too unfair?
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Weare in bubble on top of bubble on: February 14, 2021, 05:57:42 PM

But when we talk about the bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies then I do think we are in the golden Era since we have seen them increasing day by day not only in price but also in adoption thus this is making the people accept them more. Therefore I do think the traditional economy is on the verge of collapse whereas the crypto system might just be the thing that we will need to save us from it.
A paradigm shift is indeed being observed. The era of uncontrolled money printing is probably coming to an end.But if we take into account the lessons of history, we can conclude that turning points in all spheres of life tend to occur very cruelly.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19, Lockdown and repercussions on: February 14, 2021, 05:26:57 PM
~
I do not dissuade anyone from vaccinations, but I know how statistics are drawn in my country.
Most people in Russia die not because of epidemics, but because of poverty. They have no money for treatment.

I have friends from Russia, and they have told me about this. It is really sad. People dying because of poverty, despite the fact that Russia is the largest producer of crude oil and natural gas in the world. And it's not just the oil and gas. Until the disintegration of the USSR, they were the world leaders in space and medical technology. The universities and medical schools were among the best in the world. Here in India, a lot of people have fond memories of the USSR. Some of our best doctors and engineers were educated in the Soviet universities.

During 2009-14, the crude oil price was above $100 per barrel and Russia was producing anywhere from 10 million to 11 million barrels per day. That is $1 billion worth of crude oil per day!!! Works out to $365 billion per year. Where did all these money went? On top of that Gazprom exports around 200 billion cubic meters of natural gas every year to Europe, and during 2009-14, the prices averaged $400 per thousand cubic meter. On top of that, they were the top producers of several other commodities including coal, steel, nickel, aluminum, gold.etc.

Even if we take the average revenue per year at $500 billion, it works out to around $12,500 per family per year. The average salary here in India is around 8% of that amount.
I don't understand why you should only count the profit from oil. Why does no one think about the costs that Russia incurs? The best programmers and the best people live in Russia and I am proud of it. In India, in your opinion, the average monthly income is about $ 1000? I think this figure is too high.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Weare in bubble on top of bubble on: February 14, 2021, 05:08:42 PM
If we look at Coinmarketcap, we will see an increase in the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market. I do not think that people who are ready to give their cash to buy cryptocurrency see it only as a bubble. Yes, many cryptocurrencies do not have any value under them, but still the top cryptocurrencies already have real applications in various fields.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will replace oil and Gold on: February 14, 2021, 05:04:31 PM

Oil is done so They replace bitcoin instead of oil.
I still use gasoline for my car instead of bitcoin. It seems to me that you are overestimating the situation.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: February 14, 2021, 04:24:39 PM
I ask this because of the corona virus where people are too scared to hold money.

The issue is that we value btc against the usd and other fiat currencies. If fiat currencies were no longer how would bitcoin be valued...inflation etc? Can't get my head around how it would work.
It would be quite logical to assume that with the disappearance of fiat currencies, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies would have a huge demand. But it would also lead to huge unrest on a global scale. Still, do not forget about those people who know absolutely nothing about cryptocurrencies. They would have suffered the most.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19, Lockdown and repercussions on: February 14, 2021, 04:18:12 PM
Hello from Greece,
I'd like to discuss any repercussions that stem from Covid-19 response measures (Or lockdown depending on where you are), either Economical, Psychological or anything else you can think of.

We've been in lockdown since the early days of November, only retail has been reopened and even that isn't open in every region due to a rise of cases in them. Moreover, the recent surge of cases throughout the whole country might be leading to a 3rd lockdown (like it is much different from now). Definitely, the economic repercussions are huge throughout the world, since most countries have taken extreme measures in order to suppress the pandemic. However, the combination of financial depression and quarantine, could lead to clinical depression in a respectable percentage of the population.

Seeing it from my point of view, being in home, almost 24/7, while the supermarket or to the pharmacy being the only way out is depressing and driving me nuts. We can also go out for exercise/walking. I'm living in a region that is characterized as "Red zone", everything closes at 5.30 p.m, while we cannot leave the house after 6pm. My only escape is going out cycling every once in a while.

I'd like to discuss the financial and the mental repercussions of the pandemic plus, how do you cope with the Lockdown yourself?
In my country, at the moment, you can do almost absolutely everything. Some even had their salaries increased. The only thing that depresses me is wearing insulation masks. I really want to forget about them and never use them again in my life. If we talk about the world of crypto, as you can see since March 2020, the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market is only growing and does not stop. I am sure that this depressing situation only played into the hands of the cryptocurrency market.
