Just wanted to add that Wagerr wallet and mainnet is looking awesome and sophisticated. Great to have privacy tech and SwifTX instant transfer speeds there.
Question is how many types of nodes will there be? Is it just regular POS staking nodes and Masternodes or are there also Oracles (separately from masternodes)? Are oracles and masternodes same thing?

Hello together, My wallet stopped syncing.... Currently 2 days behind. Scanning block 5531. I have 0 active connections to the wagerr network. How to solve this sync issue ? Do I need to add any addnodes to the conf-file ? I had this too. There is a new version to download and it fixed it for me. You want Wagerr Core - 💰 Vegas 💰 - v1.4.34.1

WTF why all the Java bullshit? Java? who the fuck uses that awful bloated corporate bullshit?
Take your shitty coders away and put a decent crew in charge, Java is a dead language used by turnips
Java is a popular language and so far it has been serving it's purpose for Semux very well. Extremely fast performance(tested 5000tx/block). No complaints from us in the Semux community. Of course there will be no complaints for you at Semux, you are tied into using it. Java is a fucking disaster to use, its massively bloated, its slower than more appropriate languages, it is a shitty choice by any real software engineering metric. Just write a "hello world" program.. look at the fucking awful source, look at the compile time, look at the libraries and bloat. Its shit! By using it you are marking yourselves as dull minded corporated dorks trapped in an obsolete paradigm. Awful choice. and it makes to project look slow and stupid too Java is actually a very good choice and is often used for financial and trading applications because it's generally considered safer than C and C++. Additionally from what I can tell the developers plan to leverage some sort of java sandboxing to create their VM and smart contract language based on Java. This will make their language familiar and easier to adopt for many developers already using Java or Java-like languages. Winning idea. In terms of scaling if you know what you're doing Java scales just as good as C++. So far Semux wallet is lighter than many C++ wallet I've used. I've been on these forums a while and bottom line is that Semux source code is clean and elegant. These are highly capable developers and will drive their crypto to top 10.

Interesting idea. How does it compare to Evernym?

Don't really see the point. You are not solving any core blockchain problems and there's no reason to use your system for telecoms when you could just use an existing blockchain like ETH.

40% airdrop is very generous! It's speed up adoption a lot though. Please provide instructions/any info how to join and when it will start...
Yes, please do. If you read properly the Airdrop has been done already to bring 40M coins in circulation (40% of 100M mx) so there won't be another airdrop on Nuls. Nuls trades currently on Binance around 42k sat which is relatively low considering the potential of the modular blockchain approach compared to competition with billions of mcap but with a more complex approach to market adaptation. Good to see that Nuls finally has the ANN set-up! I read, but I cannot believe what I see. Why wasn't the airdrop announced here prior to happening? Yeah, finally got an ANN... Kinda a closed doors unfair airdrop eh?

How to get in on airdrop? Just a stooooopid referral program?
Really this is not very cool. Nobody wants adverts. Nobody wants to be sold. Seems like very traditional thinking, rather than cutting edge crypto.
Could you possibly get any more people on your teams? Honestly one anon dev could probably get more done than all of your teams. Maybe yours will hold a lot of meetings and have a lot of discussions, but I doubt they will really be innovative or get anything done.
Your project sounds like a bunch of marketing hype, advertising and bureaucracy to me.
Sorry to be so brutal, but crypto was about "changing the world", but your project smells like the "world reaching its ugly face into the crypto space".

Question for developers. Is there a way to avoid putting your delegate private key on a VPS? Delegate will one day be worth $100K USD+ and it seems quite scary to actually upload the private key onto a VPS. It would be helpful if there was a way to lease your delegate pubkey to another keypair residing on the VPS. This way if VPS is hacked or VPS operator steals your private key the delegate owner can just unlease the delegate or move it to another pubkey.

Like the idea of "cross chain consensus" how to join the airdrop?
|
|
|
This does not sound good. We want crypto that is trustless and decentralized. Gold adds no value.

Better get semux or wagerr
