UPDATE:  

I received the list of Tracking Numbers for the order# up to #323.

Items promised to ship by January 21st were shipped ON TIME.  Many of them received it already and a chunk of them shucked in India due to the mechanical problems with the UPS flight.  Currently I'm getting some up to 50 e-mails from the same customers every few minutes asking the status.  It's slowing me down waaaaaaaayy to much to answer e-mail and PM and Skype.


Manufacture is shipping out the items as promised and as I listed on Page 1 in the descriptions, tracking number will take time before I can get them.  

I'm issuing out the tracking numbers from January 21st shipping date.

Requirements for a Refund

Must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the item.

Every item will be sold as no refund, however, in a situation where Bitmain deemed appropriate, Bitmain will issue the RMA.

Bitmain will refund your method of payment or replace your item after Bitmain receives the original item.

If there’s an error on Bitmain's part related to your order, Bitmain will issue a refund or credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges.

No refund will be issued in a case where the merchandise was delayed, held, seized or confiscated by the customs.

It is the customer's responsibility to have the proper import license, Registered VAT# and pays duty tax where applicable and any other documentations required to complete the commercial import into your country, if you are importing merchandise for resell/redistribution.

Many countries now days offer per-clearance program to the Chinese Exporters before the merchandise leaves China, it is the customer's responsibility to meet necessary requirements to import the merchandise into customer's country.  Items rejected by the respective country's customs due to the customer not having the proper VAT Registration or tax/duty deferment/exemption, legal business registration or exceeded the customer's personal exemptions are not eligible for refund.

If the items were held in China during the per-clearance process, Bitmain may issue the partial refund minus the shipping fee, customs brokerage fee and depreciated value since the time of the purchase but after the items were returned to Bitmain in original resell-able condition.  Bitmain reserves the right to refuse refund in any customs related incidents.

If the bitcoin miner products were to be returned to China, Bitmain will offer an option to have your returned or rejected bitcoin miners hosted in the data center for a fee.

I would love to re-battle this in public to give everyone the clear picture, however, my business model is anonymity for the customers and honest business practice via personal service.  Communications between my customers and me are ever remain confidential.

My Group Buy Policy is, there will be no refund on items held or delayed by the customs, however, if the items are returned and delivered back to the sender, case by case, the refund or the hosting option is provided.

I will dispatch legally purchased item to the customers as requested at their own risk, but when there was something bad happen to the item, the best I can help you is to try to get it back to the manufacture, in an attempt to obtain full compensation when that is not normally offered by the manufactures in the regular channel purchase.  

If the refund was not available due to the customer's fault, I offer hosting option so that you do not lose out the whole things, but that is offered to everyone as me trying to be treated as I would like to be treated.

I will do everything I can to be in between you and the manufactures to obtain the refund/compensation by taking extra miles to assist you in the difficult situations, however, I will not take threats of trashing the business threads in exchange of refund.  At that point, I will simply advise you that the refund option was not in the original sales term and I may stop assisting you in any further process as I don't run business in that manner.

Business common practice I know of is that manufactures will issue the agreed refund when they actually received the item back in the reasonable condition.  It's so hard to convince the manufacture to issue a full refund when the item was not even returned to them.

When I'm notified of the incident, as always, I will take a prompt action to resolve your issues, however, once the customs are involved, it will be a long road ahead of us.  (2-4 weeks of wait)

I requested Bitmain to issue the refund using my group buy leverage, even though the item was not returned.

P.S.  Bitmaintech.com and Sushi-Review.com list the Promised Shipping Date on the Item Description Page.  (+-1 or 2)  Usually ships before the promised date,but once in a blue moon, there cold be a day of delay or lost order.  Tracking Number wise, I always list on my group buy that due to the logistic reasons, it takes a few days after it was shipped.  

Also, the listed shipping date is Local China Time (UTC +8) and could be different from your time zone.  So when you are in UTC -10 area, you could be a day behind on your calender but it's a day ahead in China.  You may made the payment on January 11th, but in China that payment was on January 12th time stamp.

Also, please understand weekend is weekend in China as well!!!  Please DO NOT expect shipping a few hours after your payment.  Please look up your expected shipping date on the item description page!  Bitmain and my group buy only sells in-stock items.  At least in my group buy, I can NOT ship the miner to you the same day you make the payment.  It is a group buy!!!  We receive better discount and services by purchasing in bulk on the set day shipping.  Bitmaintech.com and Sushi-Review.com are 2 different entities.  One is the manufacture and other (sushi-review.com) is the group buy purchase to take advantage of the large buying power!
