Poolserver J test seems to be doing well. If you want to give it a shot, try pool.simplecoin.us:8999
And psj back offline to setup for all the pools.
And back online for all pools: 8999 - pplns 8998 - prop 8995 - smpps

looking for some help Not sure what I am doing wrong, I have setup plenty of pools before, this is my first time using simplecoin as a front end - I am sure it is something stupid that I missed I have simple coin in the www root of the web server but the pages arent loading 500 error in IE firefox just shows a blank page http://24.14.210.199/I am racking my brains here, anyone have any ideas what I did wrong? I'm not sure, but I'm guessing you either have missing dependencies or a configuration error. I would turn on site errors and php errors until you have everything up and running. Also check your site logs, they should lead you in the right direction.

Just fixed a tiny bug in the pool proxy that could cause a rare connection dropout. You may temporarily see some LP failures as a result, but they will return to normal shortly (some clients MIGHT need a restart).
Also fixed an IPv6 dns routing issue.

I've decided to close the simplecoin.us forums. They were rarely used, and seemed like more of a security risk than a feature. I've pointed the site forum link here.
Thanks! (More site updates incoming!)

Thanks to Compusa's sale today, got a 1600W PSU on the way to replace the one that blew! Time to get my hashrate back up! (UPDATE:) Just got 3x 5870s too! http://1saleaday.com/145 shipped!

Anyone else getting the following? this is the 2nd day in a row i'v seen this.
No more backup pools left. Using primary and starting over.
Never seen a message like that.... Oh... and I'm finally getting around to some features I've been meaning to implement. Some new web backend improvements have already been implemented.

Sorry for my absence. My dev machine psu blew and took a chunk of hardware with it. Thankfully the servers have been running without a hitch.

is there anywhere you can see the smpps buffer?
Not yet, but I'll work on getting one up.

It's a known issue that LTC & TBX miners often show inactive. The hashrate is often less than the timeout for inactive miners. As long as your share count increases, all is good

website and pool is down prob from the scheduled maintenance Yep, came right back up too
|
|
|
Prop pool is down? pushpool hung up. I restarted the service. Also, There will be a probable outage tomorrow. The hosting company is doing network maintenance. This maintenance should better protect against DDOS and increase the network routing

|

SMPPS is down right now . and back up!
|
|
|
so does SMPPS have some secret lucky charm that the rest of the pools don't know about? if so can we make some for the other pools? Me... although I mine in pplns just as much. Just been lucky in smpps.

|
|
whats up with the pool?
Server Maintenance (with the hosting company), should be back up soon. 30 minutes was the projection.

question about the license
any change that id done on the code needs to be make public and under same license true ?
That's the spirit of it. In theory, if anyone asks, the code must be made public if you change any existing files or include the code from existing files. Although, only I think only 1 site is sharing their code base. BurningToad was kind enough to share his code as well upon request as well.

you weren't on IRC, but I've added ltc support to simplecoin.us

LTC Prop Pool Open for testing
|
|
|
Guess what?
LTC support will be available shortly!
UPDATE: Pool is open to testing!

Lol! I didn't know computers still did the whole 1900's thing anymore. What, no BTC flying out of the BitCoin ATM? Y2K!!!! lol, yeah...... php time() doesn't like being dropped into strings..... it's fixed for future blocks. That said, LTC support is incoming. Any preference to pool type? PPLNS or Prop?
