Od ostalih uvjeta bitno je idzvojiti da je potrebno napisati minimalno 25 postova te od toga barem10 mora biti u gambling sekciji te se se brojati maksimalno 5 postova napisanih u lokalnim boardovima. Puno iskreno ovisi i o profilu kandidata, prije ćemo uzeti Hero člana s 30 dobrih postova u Gamblingu nego Legendary člana s 7000 merita koji piše većinu postova u Meti ili trading discussionu.
Naš proces je jednostavan - i Trofo i ja odvojeno pregledamo kandidate i recimo od 50 prijava pozelenimo max 5 ljudi za 2 otvorene pozicije. Češće imamo situacije u kojima imamo 3-4 ista zelena nego one u kojima imamo različite. Nakon toga se lako dogovorimo za dalje.
Obojica smo aktivni u gamblingu i već zapravo znamo koga pikiramo - a definitivno u odabir ulazi i nekakva 'vjernost' kandidata kampanji.
Imamo stvarno ok uvjete i ne smeta nam ako se netko prijavljuje u kampanje koje su dosta više plaćene, ali ako netko skače okolo za 10$ razlike, popušiti će mjesto ako imamo sličnog kandidata koji to ne radi.

Nisam baš pretjerano detaljno pratio ali mislim da su ovaj tjedan prestale s radom 3 mixer kampanje. Otvorili smo pozicije sada ali vjerojatno nećemo popunuti sva mjesta prije Nove Godine. Recimo da sam ja u mixer kampanji vjerojatno bi već sada počeo tražiti novi deal. Iz prve ruke znam da se s većinom menadžera da dogovoriti i transfer unaprijed. The match between PSG and Nantes just ended and PSG managed to win Nantes by 2-1 as they almost draw the match but Randal Kolo Muani 83rd minutes strike saw PSG defeating Nantes. PSG won but their wasn't really much pressure in this match as PSG needs to do better in their performance because little teams that they can easily win are the ones they are struggling to win instead which is very bad considering the experienced squad that PSG have and to be finding it difficult to win teams that are less competitive.
It was a close match between PSG and Nantes,not many chances so in the match but PSG took the win somehow in the second half . Nantes was playing okay and could have gotten a draw but just couldnt handle a presure from PSG. This ended up a big win for PSG now they are ahead 6 points. |

After watching the defeat of Bayern Munich, we saw the defeat of another Bundesliga giant, Dortmund. Dortmund lost 3-2 against Leipzig. The Dortmund team failed to win the home match as well.
One of the reasons for Dortmund's defeat was Mats Hummels' red card. Hummels left the field after receiving a red card just 15 minutes into the match. It is very difficult to perform well with 10 players against a big team like Leipzig and Dortmund conceded the first goal of the match in the 32nd minute due to a mistake by defender Bensebaini. And even then it became more and more difficult for Dortmund to win this match. In the end the match ended 3-2.
I think that is the main reason Dortmund lost today,such a stupid move by one of the most experienced players on the field. You just cannot make such a big mistake so early in the game. It was a one way street after that. They managed to score but we all knew Leipzig was gonna take the win here |

Only the Liverpool match managed to guess perfectly, but the other 5 matches were wrong, unlucky this week so many surprises from small teams especially Manchester United who were battered by Bournemouth at Old Trafford. In the Manchester United vs Bournemouth match there were no correct guesses, all wrong on Superbru.  Same got the correct result on Liverpool and that boosted me pretty well making my lead of 9.5 points over the second and third player. But other results was so close to getting a perfect score and ended up getting 0 from them all. Hoping now that Aston Villa wins that would help me a lot. |

It is really embarrassing for Bournemouth to keep a 3-0 clean shit against manchester united. Its really embarrassing and a big slap to the face of the red devil fans. I never expected such result, Manchester united defensive line was so scattered. Another thing i noticed was that there was misunderstandings within the players, harry maguire really didnt perform well today. Eric teng hang needs to up his game and belt up, else i see his job at stake. Anyways congrats to Bournemouth on this win. It really came as a surprise.
This Manchester United team is so bad that it is just a pain to watch them. I think everyone in the world lost their money on Man Utd. They should be just avoided until serious changes are made for this team. Ten hag,Maguire,Onana all need to go fast so this club can make some results. |

Bayern Munich had one of the worst performances against Frankfurt today. It's already almost the end of the game and today's match could be Bayern Munich's first loss in the Bundesliga against Frankfurt. Frankfurt's home team has performed exceptionally well, Bayern Munich are not able to dominate the game in today's match. Despite having a great star like Harry Kane, Bayern Munich have to lose to the opposition today. I am really surprised by the result of today's match, a strong team like bayan munich is losing to a team like frankfurt. Today Bayan Munich may have taken Frankfurt as a normal team, which is why the 5-1 goal difference is certain to lose today. Betting odds omg   Frankfurt just destroyed the champions today with 5 goals and i cannot remember when they receive 5 goals. They werent even close since start of the match to make a comeback. I was expecting a goal from Liverpool after they were level through Salah, and we have goal from the Elliott which bring Liverpool to the top of the league table now things are looking very interesting as after few hours we have another exciting match which will decide who is going to stay at the top for next few weeks now just few minutes remaining and Liverpool is in good control of the game.
Red card is having his impact in this game as Crystal Palace were leading, but now they are trailing and going to have another poor result which will keep them at below in league table for some more time.
Of course that's why it's called the game of football, that anything can happen. Liverpool where able to prove that experience and consistency plays a key role in this game. Crystal palace couldn't hold on to their grip after scoring one goal, Though after that Jordan Ayew Red card, it really affected crystal palace performance. Liverpool on the other hand had to capitalize on that one man down weakness on palace to unleash their firepower. It was really an interesting game, though Liverpool would have scored more goals. I think the result of this match would have been different if Crystal Palace had not received a red card. Liverpool did dominate the game but they struggled to create opportunities. The situation started to change after the red card because automatically this will definitely affect the mentality of the Crystal Palace players, while on the other hand, this is an advantage for Liverpool. The game was pretty much decided by that red card. Crystal palace held off Liverpool the entire game but when they received the red card everything just went Liverpools way. Liverpool again with a big comeback to win three points and this is how the title is being won when winning this games. |

Al Hilal are currently the strongest team in the Saudi Pro League, they're at the very top of the table and actually the potential winners of the Saudi Pro League based of their brilliant performance since the beginning of this season, after winning their arch rivals Al Nassr, they've continued to maintain their winning streak and about today, they've shown their class by winning Al-Tai at their home ground to a 1-2 victory, thanks to goals Al-Dawsari and Mitrovic that helped them seal the 3 points.
Also their arch rivals Al Nassr also showed their class against a visiting team Al-Riyadh by beating them 4-1, they've really made their fans proud today, and the most interesting part of it is that, their skipper C Ronaldo scored the opening goal to add to his goal streaks, however Al Nassr have to maintain consistency if they want to catch up with the league leaders else they'll keep widening the gap that separates both teams.
Ronaldo in or out, Al-Nassr can be winning SPL matches. Al Hilal is the strongest, no argument about that statement, it's a facts this season. Al Nassr and other top clubs can only try but they won't succeed because Al Hilal have built a solid foundation and there players are united and play together as if they already know what to do on the matches and following strictly what their coach tells them from the dressing room. Al Hilal might not have the high ranking of stars other clubs are in possession but they're strong and don't welcome defeats as a results, instead they will settle for draw tie. With Ronaldo al Nassr is a lot better and it was shown in this game with an easy win for Al Nassr. The difference is still 7 points and Al Nassr can still keeo fighting in the league. The fixture build up over the festive period really separates the contenders from the pretenders doesn’t it. So many games in such a short space of time, very little recovery time, the injuries build up. It’s cold, gets dark early. I always think this upcoming period shows who will fight for the title and who won’t.
We move to the next round of fixtures. Liverpool go away to Crystal Palace, Aston Villa host leaders Arsenal and out of form Man City go to Luton. It’s going to be a weekend full of drama.

This upcoming fixtures are really difficult and i think that it will be hard to predict. I really think that its gonna be a problem for everyone and who ends up this week on top is really good. Because this can make a difference and i dont think that this matches are easily. Liverpool has a hard match but can win and must win for first place. |
