HI OP, it looks like you have to update this topic because ever since Messi moved to Inter Miami, the world's eyes seem to be on MLS, I'm also still awkward with this league but it seems like this is one of the leagues that must get attention especially Messi is willing to sacrifice big money offers the big deal is just unique to be in inter miami Grin

For me this league isnt that intresting even if Messi was there because there league is like the NBA only without the best players in the world. They got Messi but still its just a money league, you cannot get relegated or anything and most of the teams go into the playoffs so even if you are the best team in the league all regular season dosent mean you will win the title.

Kevin De Bruyne will make the most impact for Manchester City in the match between Manchester City and Inter Milan. The Belgian star can make the difference at any time in the final match. Erling Haaland is good at scoring goals but Kevin De Bruyne is equally good at scoring and creating goals, his short shots from outside the D box towards the goal post are a terror for opposition goalkeepers. Every time Inter Milan take corners and fouls, Inter Milan will put themselves in danger because corner kicks and free kicks will be taken by Kevin De Bruyne and his free kicks and corner kicks will hopefully not lead to good results for Inter Milan. Of course, Inter Milan will have to plan separately for Kevin De Bruyne.

Yeah, Kevin De Bruyne would be very instrumental(as usual) and would probably contribute a great deal to the success of Manchester City against Inter Milan. I like watching him on the field of play, giving accurate passes and dangerous through balls that leads to good attempts at scoring goals. If he's not creating a chance that would lead to a goal, he's scoring one himself. Inter Milan would definitely have to be weary of him and they probably know this. So I guess while trying to block Haaland from trying to score, they would have to try and stop De Bruyne from making any dangerous moves.

Haaland is a superb striker and finisher, no doubt and he should be tightly marked. But I think De Bruyne is the one they would to need to stop from making moves that would break through the midfield and into the opponents half, scoring goals in most cases.
You know all the attention of the inter Milan defender would be focused the main man which is Harland but they would be forgetting that Kevin debyrune is actually the real play maker of the squad and if they can cut him out from making those fantastic passes then the Manchester city team as whole would be destabilize.

The real problem for inter will be the midfield of Man City. Haaland without the midfield is useless because he wont be able to get the ball. In all important matches lately Haaland is in the second plan. The key for Inter should be to close the midfield of Man City and maybe thats the way they can actually do something in this final.

For Inter Miami, Messi became a jackpot, which they got for free. Messi hoped to the last that he would be able to return to Barcelona, but according to him, no one could guarantee that everything would be fine under the terms of the contract, since Barcelona still had financial problems. In Inter Miami, he got a contract for 3 years with a payment of 50 million a year, not bad at all.
Actually Messi really wants to return to Barcelona, the financial problems that are currently befalling Barcelona have prevented them from bringing Messi back to Camp Nou. Not being able to get Messi back was a failure for Barcelona, but on the other hand Barcelona still have luck because Ilkay Gundogan has agreed to join Barcelona. Gundogan and Barcelona have even verbally agreed to a three-year contract, according to reports from Mundo Deportivo Barcelona will announce Gundogan transfer after the Champions League final.
I really think Messi shouldn't have made a move to Inter miami, and should have moved to Premier league instead to make history in the premier league as well.Christiano Ronaldo has played in almost the three major leagues in Europe, Bundesliga,English premier league and Lalliga which he made history in almost all those leagues.Messi is a star we all know, and his coming to premier league would have been a massive boost to EPL.Neverthess, let's wait to see the kind of record he will create at his new club.

Well Messi is probobly full of playing football and just wants to have fun a little and earn a lot more money in the last years of his football career. After he won the world cup he dosent have to win anything so there isnt anymore motivation for him to play at the top quality level as before.

Well, well, well. I finally tune in to see the famed Alcaraz form that I've missed out on for a while, but instead I'm treated to a Djokovic special. The kid's really good at covering immense distances, have to say, and he probably could take the second set but the comeback from Djoko, to make sure this set goes the distance, man.

Alcaraz managed to show an unbelievable performance against Tsitsipas especially in the first 2 sets. However if he becomes complacent as he was after the middle of the 3rd set, Djokovic wouldn't forgive this and he would send Alcaraz back home.

Djokovic can still have a psychological superiority to his opponent somehow even in times his opponent is better than him. Therefore unlike the betting odds the person I expect to see in the finale is Djokovic.

Yeah I'm seeing that psychology in play a little I think, wavering a little and quite lucky that the Serb made a few errors now to give some wiggle room. Worth watching!

Well the second set was insane and several rallies in the first as well. These guys played the best tennis in RG so far, but I thought that Alcaraz can keep up with Djokovic for longer and even outcompete him with his fitness, but it was actually Alcaraz who suffered physical problems. I have to say that Djokovic is a beast. He played with all his experience and made a lot of smarter moves. But Alcaraz' speed is inhuman. Too bad this didn't go the full distance with players staying at their best.

Alcaraz got injured in the third set and wasnt able to give his max until the very end and Djokovic took that advantage with his experience and destroyed Alcaraz in third and fourth set with same result of 6-1. Djokovic is too close to being the best in history. 23 grand slam title is around the corner.

Alcaraz v Djokovic, I have a small wager on Alcaraz with not bad odds 1.47

I have a wager on Djokovic, can't tell why, but @2.95 cannot miss it
Alcaraz is in better form, but as we have seen against Tsitsipas he could have lose third set in tie-break, and Djokovic would probably use that chance, with maybe different outcome

will be interesting to see what will happen, but I would clearly not sign-off Djokovic in this duel

regarding Ruud and Zverev, if Zverev hadn't last season injury, I would go instantly with him, but as of this moment, similar chances to pass for both

I got 2.80 odd on Djokovic and i think they are really thinking that Djokovic will lose. The bookies gave a huge odd on this i took advantage of it and hopefully it will pay off. So far Djokovic playing really good and leading 4-1 in the first set and a break more then Alcaraz.
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: June 08, 2023, 11:57:29 PM
Ronaldo arrival has changed the Saudi Arabian league to become famous and even he was able to make a significant difference to the interest of spectators around the world in the matches they play. With a fairly healthy finances, it is unmitigated that several other well-known players have started to be brought in by other teams, as was done by the Al Ittihad team who managed to get Benzema and Kante which will make their squad stronger next season. The arrival of these two players will make the Saudi Arabian league famous again and attract a large number of spectators to watch match after match next season.
It is true. Since Ronaldo joined Al Nassr, people around the world begin to watch SPL (Saudi Pro League) matches and it gradually becomes more popular. More media reported the matches and the issues related to ESP competition. Considering this fact, I assume Saudi already succeed to bring the revolution (big improvement) in their league. Now, they will be more successful after Benzema joined Al Ittihad as well. I think there will be more top players who will follow Ronaldo because they are interested in the change of SPL. Recently, there are rumors that Kante, Ramos, Busquets, and many other star players to join SPL, too.

Ronaldo attracted a lot people to watch this league. For me still it dosent have any meaning because they dont play the europian champions league and now this is turning into old MLS. The league is just a retirement home for old players and legends. People come to watch them but for how long this hype will last is the question

I see many As Roma fans blaming Mourinho because of the bad performance he had this season and because he lost the game against Sevilla in the Europa League while in fact Mourinho had a good performance and we can't blame him for anything. The only thing they can blame Mourinho for is the place of As Roma in the league where they got 6th pale of the table.

That is just stupid. Mourinho gaved them a first european title in the history of the club then another final the next year and they cant blame a coach that might be the best one in their history. They lost the final pretty unlucky and it could have gone both ways in the end
648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 08, 2023, 08:05:35 PM
Yeah, i just feel so disappointed with his decision. He was picking the worst club in MLS. I don't even expect with the come of messi in intermiami will be able to change everything. Intermiami is now placing at the bottom of MLS.
It's a bit make sense if he was moving to the nashvilla or cincinnati but intermiami. What the heck was wrong with him. Im feeling curious what's his main motivation to pick it.

I can imagine that Lionel Messi couldn't care less if he joined a top club from the MLS or a club that is usually at the bottom of the table, because everyone knows that the only reason why he is going to the US now is that he can earn an ridiculous high amount of money now even in comparison to his salary so far. I am pretty sure that Messi does not care if Inter Miami can fight for the title or not because for him that MLS title means nothing anyway because he has won all the really important trophies in the world of football already like the Champions League and also the world cup. He is there to make some huge bank and that's it. I am not a friend of such transfers, but it is what it is.

Messi is smart, ignoring Europe and Saudi Arabia money bag would worth it more in the future, what some people don't understand is the future benefits Messi will Get from Inter Miami, having a stake in a little club he will revive with his hands is something any courageous player will do, either in relegation or not, there is an assurance that Messi will get them out of the Relegarion and go further among his other teams.

One of the co-owner of Inter Miami is David Beckham and he left PSG to become one of the owner of the Inter Miami, Messi is following the same path and have gotten a stake in the club with some other benefits, I'm very confident that his presence and good midfilders supports will revive that club and the success of that club will become his own success, the world will know for sure the existence of Inter Miami as similar to how Ronaldo help Al-Nasir to get fame in other part of the world.

Well Messi i think will get much more stuff from this deal then from the saudi arabia deal. He will get a lot of revenue stream income from apple and other stuff. Also when he finishes his contract he will be able to make his own team or buy a team in the mls if he wants too

I haven't seen Inter parking the bus against a team for a long time. They have been used to playing with 3 defenders and an offense-oriented game at the same time.
Inter Milan aren't really an attacking team, of course they have their own way of approaching games and getting goals, but they are not the kind of team that holds possession and attacks constantly, they do not have the necessary quality in their squad to do that. Having said that, there's no doubt that Inter would park the bus against City, even most of the best clubs in the world would do that, when you come up against City you have to respect them and accept the fact that they would control most aspects of the game, Inter have to do one thing, defend and wait to hurt City on the counter.

I agree with you Inter Milan may not be well know for a team that like parking bus but playing against one of the best and most informed team in the world right now which is Manchester City, they will do nothing but reduce in attack and focus more on the defense else they will have themselves to blame because City will run them down. I think Manchester City will have total control of the midfield, possession and ball control but Inter Milan will capitalize on getting a goal through a counter attack then park the bus because City will focus on attack so if they fail to defend after launching an attack that will be a good opportunity for Inter Milan to penetrate them a score.
Let's not just write off Inter Milan just yet, shall we? Sure, Man City are in some fiery form, but this is football, and anything can happen on any given day! This ain't your typical superhero movie where the good guys always win. No, sir! This is the beautiful game where the underdogs can rise!

Remember how teams like Bayern Munich and Real Madrid held their own against City? It wasn't by focusing on the center forward alone, but by spreading their defensive net wide. Inter Milan can do the same, focus on their game and not just on Haaland! Perhaps a spray approach, where every City player is accounted for, could turn the tables!

Moreover, let's not forget the mind games. Man City, once they score, strut around the field like they own it. If Inter can land the first punch, get that opening goal, who knows how City would respond?

Inter can try and defend and they probobly will but City always finds a way this season and if they just score one goal and take a lead early it will be game over for Inter. Everybody is expecting an easy win for City but still this is the final and if Inter can survive until have time they might have a chance to win this. If inter somehow scores and takes the lead i think o most for sure they will park the bus after that.

I'm sorry to hear that Fiorentina is facing disappointment in the final match. Losing a final can be disheartening, especially after showing promise throughout the game. It can be particularly frustrating when a late goal puts the outcome out of reach.losing in a final doesn't diminish the team's efforts and achievements leading up to that point. Hopefully, Fiorentina will have more opportunities in the future to compete and potentially claim victory in a final.

West Ham were declared ECL champions in the Eden Arena, with fans and players ecstatic after defeating Fiorentina 2-1. It was a challenging contest, with both teams giving their best effort. Hammers manager David Moyes is always demonstrating his support for his players, which is a great motivation for his squad to win the game. Benhrama opens the scoring with a magnificent penalty, while Bowen scores the game-winning goal after 90 minutes. Fiorentina did their hardest and came out in force, but they were unable to match the English side's performance. We reached the last section that the best club wins.

Really an amazing match between these two teams. Without goals in the first half but second half was really hot and we seen attacks until the very last minute. This final didnt dissapoint and West Ham won a europian trophy amd we seen how much it meant for them. With this win they are in the europe league next season.

so far so good, nothing much to see, pretty boring match, and goalless
expected more fire, especially from West Ham, but maybe they are saving it for second half

still have trust in Rice and Bowen that they will have West Ham lifting the trophy, and make Moyes happy

I expected a lot more goals here there is a lot of chances but no goals so far and that is bad so far. But still in the second half there are a lot of attacks but still goalless. Small offside when Fiorentina scored the goal and it would have opened the match. Jovic scored but was unlucky
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 06, 2023, 10:41:23 PM

Kante is about to sign for one of the Saudi Arabian teams interested in him. His salary could reach 100m euros according to the source. I don't feel like Chelsea will try to extend his contract. If they had such intention I think they would have started the talks with him already. That lasting injury period must have affected Chelsea's opinion about him negatively.

How interesting these Saudi teams are! It is like they have unlimited oil money. They don't care about how old these players are at all for example. They just want to see these solid players in their teams to present a good show to their supporters as well. This is really unfair in this sport in my opinion. Because if you don't have oil money then you are in no position to be able to compete with these teams financially.

Its really wierd how badly Saudi Arabia wants their league to become so popular. They are wasting too many millions on many players and dont care how much they the players ask. If Kante gets a contract from Chelsea he would probobly stay but if no top clubs offer him a deal he will probobly go to saudi arabia.

Watching Alcaraz v Tsitsipas atm. Well, what can I say: Carlitos has entered some sort of god mode today. Opening set taken easily 6:2. If you haven't made your bet on this match, place it now!  Cool

Alcaraz destroyed Tsitsipas in straight sets and this was just a one way street. Alcaraz really looks good and has one of the biggest chances to win this title . Cant wait to see him battle Djokovic in the semi final and i think it wont be easy for Alcaraz at all due to how big the experience of Djokovic is. Djokovic also has a perfect chance to get that 23rd grand slam title.

What a battle in the bottom of the table. Nantes needs a win and a loss from Auxerre and that is happening. The only thing now that can save Auxerre is that Nantes dosent win the match and they are in the lead 1-0 while Auxerre needs a miracle to turn around from 0-2.

It seems that seyboth wild journey in the French open has come to an end the only impressive performance he showed was against medvedev when he beat him despite being a heavy underdog but today against nishioka he lost unexpectedly, nishioka will face etcheverry next he has a good chance making it to the quarter final.

This is a problem with lower ranked players on atp tour. Once they win a big match against a big player from top 5 or top 10 they think they have done a big thing. But then they lose against an opponent that is on the same level as them or worst. In womens tennis its different . But still i think we can expect more from him in the future.
657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: June 03, 2023, 05:49:53 PM
@Sithara007 who said that Ancelotti is taking up the Brazil job because he’s already planning for Real Madrid’s upcoming season hence he won’t be coaching the Brazil team anytime soon. Furthermore I feel that Brazil will put in a improved performance because Fred, Anthony, Casemiro all are playing in the same team and hopefully Neymar too will also join them soon at Manchester United which will further improve their chemistry.

Well.. I don't know. Brazil has constantly underperformed for the last few years.. I am not just talking about the FIFA World Cup, but also other tournaments such as the Copa America. Individually they have the best football players in the world. But when 11 of them are in the field, the chemistry between them doesn't always works out well. And these same players perform exceptionally well when they play in different European leagues. And regarding Neymar, I heard that he rejected a very lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia, in order to move to Manchester United.

Let's compare only the results of Brazil and Croatia at the last 2 world cups. At both world cups, Brazil is the first favorite for the title of world champion, but they did not even manage to reach the semi-finals. On the other hand, Croatia won medals, silver and bronze at both world cups, how can this be rationally explained?
We all know the value of Brazil's players and the value of Croatia's players. Are the Brazilian players overrated or are the Croatian players greatly underestimated?
In any case, for a national team to become a world champion, it is obvious that the great individual quality of football players is not enough if the team is not ready for great results.

Brazil underestimate all of their opponents thinking that they are the best and they prove that in the group faze but when it come to knockout faze they lose the big matches. Croatia goes on their teamwork and with every round they skip thats a big achievement for them. Will see them at next world cup where they will be because a lot od players wont play for them
658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: June 03, 2023, 03:08:16 PM
The last games of the league are a formality and PSG are champions.
Rennes will face Brest away.Rennes need to win this game because Monaco are right behind them.Monaco will host toulouse at home.Monaco have a better chance of winning but nothing will change if Rennes win too.
Lille also need to win away at troyes because rennes and monaco are right behind them.

Last round of the league i think we will see many goals on all of the matches but the most on the PSG one. I think we will see at least two in first and four in total. Monaco also needs to pray that Lille or Rennes drop points so they can reach europe. But Toulouse won the cup so i think that they wont give up so quick

8 minutes to go until kick off. Man City are huge favourites but anything can happen on a pitch as we all know. Man Utd need to stay in the game as long as possible, be frustrating, play ugly, Simeone’s Atleti style. Expecting a really good game, let’s go!

They didnt last 30 seconds and its already 1-0 for Man City in this final. Gundogan already scored for City and looks like this will be one of those easy wins for City. But still only few minutes have passed so anything can happen
660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2022/2023 on: June 03, 2023, 12:05:00 PM
The FA Cup, final match will be played today in the match where both the teams are in great form. It will be a tough fight to win today's match, the team that can attack well in the final will be the champion. Manchester United is a strong team but not performing very well at the moment. But Manchester City attack well enough to win every one of their matches and in most of the matches they win brilliantly.
Not sure which casino you use, but the odds is really bad, in sportsbet.io the odds for Manchester City to win is @1.61, this would make huge bettors earn more profit by placing their bet in sportsbet.io.

It's funny how you can say Manchester United are in their great form, there are three good players in Manchester United e.g. Antony, Martial and Martinez. Manchester United mostly scored 1-2 goals, it's not a fantastic winning. Manchester City is better in attacking form because they mostly scored 3-4 goals.

This mean, in any perspective Manchester City is better than Manchester United, the only one hope from Manchester United is luck and the referee favor in their side lol.

I agree Man City is in a much better form then Man Utd coming into this final. Plus the quality and gameplay of Man City is much better and i think this will be an easy win for Man City in this final. The odds are very big on Man City and we need to take advantage of this.
