Bonjour c'est quoi la durée pour une transaction pour être confirmé? ça fait deux heures que j’envoie du btc avec des frais 5x supérieur à ce qu'il faut et aucune confirmation 0 j'ai du envoyé 5euros avec 5euros de frais rien n'est arrivé... ça ne vas plus le faire si il faut attendre 5jours pour qu'une transaction soit validé d'ici les années à venir si cela ne s'améliore pas les gens n'iront plus utilisé ce système c'est certain

Ce sera toujours plus rapide qu'ailleurs. Avec des frais "normaux-faibles" j'ai rarement attendu plus de deux heures. Si tu as a vraiment payé 5 euros de frais je trouve ça assez incompréhensible que ça prenne si long. Ce serait du jamais vu ou presque car tu dois avoir une priorité super haute sur ta transaction... |

Well it is not about the short term with cloud mining, if anything it is about the long term.
Still being very debatable whether it will actually make profit..
Yeah comparing some numbers to each other would be nice. Although it seems our numbers are quite in line with each other.
It is not a question of short or long term. It's just you CAN'T make money with Genesis Mining. They will suspend your contract before you can make any return on your investment. (I'm not talking about others cloudmining companies - but most of them are the same) i have got ROI with genesis mining and its need almost 9 month and now, i only mining doge and the coins is send in my wallet everyday, i only get small doge but its fine. all in all, for new people which want to play with cloud mining, be careful and be wise before you spend your mining in cloud mining because the times to get ROI is too long and i don't think that we can be patience for waiting too long.
Prove it ; because it's impossible to get ROI with them. Prove how much you paid and how much they did pay you back. |

IT will be interesting to watch this progression also as i have a good bit of capacity at GM.
however i am in the 4%+ affiliate range and work with a group of affiliates to always get the maximum discount.
if you buy in quantity (5Th/s+) and get a good referral you can get as low as $130 per TH/s buys.....
the S9s on the market run $150-$170 per Th/s before PSU+ Electricity and man hours.
SO the only scenario i can see losing here is if GM goes under....especially if you have a means to invest from a corporate expense situation.
So i will be following this. (just my 2cents)
Dear Newbie, you're forgetting to mention that the "maintenance fee" is ~$0.12 per kWh and if you plug it into any Bitcoin calculator you have 400+ days to "ROI" if diff stays constant, and you would barely get half of your "investment" back if diff goes up at 2% on average. SO... you may want to visit an eye doctor if you can't see that "scenario". Real hardware at least has a resale value. Of course...I see S3's selling for $30 all over the place...so lets equal out the "maintenance fee" with electricity. for someone new to BTC who wants to understand the working and movement etc....while not getting entangled in hardware that's a pain in the ass to use and keep mining. I think this is a great entry level investment. again, outside of them disappearing the risk is pretty much the same in all of crypto......people can think for themselves....but disgruntled users who invested $30 and expect a return just to bash on a forum seems a bit unfair. of course i will now go in search of people who have lost a SUBSTANTIAL amount of BTC and are not paid trolls. This means a lot to me, recently I started to collect litecoins from couple faucets. Its going slowly and I already have couple litecoins, for some time I plan to have much more. Members here thinks that litecoin is underestimated, and that price can go up, thats why I started to collect litecoins also. I`m optimistic about this coin, litecoin is here to stay I think, first coin behind bitcoin. Yeah it's underestimated. I even think it's time to buy some litecoin. In two and a half year there'll be the halving and price will rocket  Buy now, sell in 2 years. That's my investment plan. |

Personnellement, je table sur une légère baisse du Bitcoin à court terme (2 ou 3 jours, par exemple), le temps que les spéculateurs se désengagent (en fait, c'est probablement fait dès les premières heures d'application de la mesure pour la majorité des spéculateurs, je part du principe qu'il peut il y avoir des retardataire et des effets de bord qui se prolongent un peu). Passé cette période, je vois un marché régulièrement haussier pour Bitcoin, avec une progression qui va elle même s'amplifier au fur et à mesure que les investisseurs vont pouvoir constater la baisse de volatilité de Bitcoin :-).

We will not see bitcoin in 200$ price ever again in my opinion unless there will be major happening that will happen in it. Soon enough we will see the new floor price and it will be very stable there for months or maybe a year, who knows one day there might be yet another big exchange hacked that will cause bitcoin's price dump. If that will happen, 200$ price is very possible to see.
I agree with your point as now their are so many folowers of Bitcoins are their who are ready to invest in bitcoin if the price drops below $500 also , and about $200 right now it is highly impossible as the market is very steady and after price correction till $750 now it has bounced back and today it is moving in the range of $1000+. I think OP want to advertise his cam site as no one is giving the bitcoins to his site due to price moving high. No it's not. There has been a major hack a few months ago and bitcoin price almost didn't go down. It went down during a week or so, and then up again. We are in a up-going tendency and it won't stop so easily. In my opinion it will never again be less than 700-800$. |

Continuing with my updates here.
First let me thank all that have replied to my posts. You all make very good points and I appreciate the feedback.
It is fair to compare the investment I've made to actually holding the bitcoin and hoping the price goes up.
It is true at the time I started with GM the Bitcoin I used was purchased for $920 each. So based on what I bought on GM, that equated to 97.92 BTC.
Given that the value of the bitcoin now would be approx. $98,900 Giving me an ROI of just over 12%.
I will keep track of this as well as the days goes buy.

As far as today. Payout #8 amount for the 720Th was .27994 BTC.
This bring the total BTC mined so far to 1.60206. ROI = 1.8%
Holding the bitcoin would have obviously yielded more at this point.

Je te conseille de prendre un wallet plus léger (il y en a plein : multibit, electrom, ou un wallet en ligne) par la suite. A moins que ton ordi soit neuf et puissant c'est assez intenable de devoir tout le temps attendre l'actualisation de Bitcoin Core. |

I almost made the mistake of investing in zcash mining contracts last year. They were pre-sale mining contracts, and there was a lot of hype, even before the cryptocurrency was launched. It seems that at the moment, the time to get roi is much higher than expected.
Glad you didn't. Yeah. They are using new crypto currencies : they always sell "new" cloudmining contracts when there is "hype" around a currency. They already did it for ether, they did it as you said for Zcash. What's next I don't know but they will do it again and again unfortunately. |
