102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market will fall today, how to predict?? on: October 26, 2017, 06:03:55 PM
It's a little hard to predict if it will fall today but bitcoin will have it's correction sooner or later it's just a matter of time. Be ready to buy alts when there is blood on streets hehe.
Well, the blood has been huge on the street for some days now and we still do not know if there is going to be more blood before the next fork. There are some situations that can be predicted, most especially situations like the pre-forks, however, it is a market that is very volatile and no one really knows what is happening.

Presently, bitcoin seems pretty neutral on the chart, and we can only predict based on what we can see at the moment, which sometimes don't even tend to be right.
103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to become a TRADER on: October 26, 2017, 01:31:16 PM
its easy to become a trader but, there is a difference between a good trader and a trader,
for example a good trader analized every situation also do research and stuff like that
and on the otherside a trader just listen to others, hype lack of research will bring a trader down
with his money disappear with it
What makes one a trader is not just by the name, it is the fact that you are good at what you do. I cannot call myself a Doctor if I know I cannot even analyze health conditions and the rest.

Trading is a profession and most people always fail to note that and only when you are good at all those things you mentioned, is the best way you can do your thing daily and get good at making money. Rushing into it will only make you rush out.
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tricky Question, Sell BTC and buy Altcoin? on: October 26, 2017, 12:43:14 PM
It is not definite that the price of bitcoin will decrease after fork. According to veteran traders, the market of bitcoin is speculated to touch $7000.
However, if you are still interested to sell some amount of bitcoin and want to buy altcoins, i would like to suggest some altcoins which have long term potential.
BAT,
OMG,
Waves,
EOS.
You can choose one or all for investments, hope those coins can help you
It is apparently not definite and honestly, from my own point of view, I do not see so many people dumping their BTC for alts knowing even the November Hard Fork is coming. I foresee people dumping their BTG and using it to buy alts anyway for profit but will not  last long. We hopefully just wait and see how everything turns out.

I guess only people who are not believing into the future of bitcoins may go for dumping bitcoins for securing altcoins. But in reality no alt can secure our future Shocked
105  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Supermarket Accept Bitcoin on: October 26, 2017, 08:06:05 AM
As of now there is none despite bitcoin being legalized in our country or is it ? i really dont know if it's accepted or not cause recently the government made some rules and regulations in using it. So i thought i can use it as payment for other businesses such as for example you have said supermarket but it seems there no store that is currently accepting bitcoin in my country.
so far we have not heard anything about supermarkets that accept bitcoin payment methods, no one has dared to speculate doing anything related to supermarkets that accept bitcoin, but it seems if this is backed up and adopted into real I think there will be many bitcoin users who transact there
it will really be a bit hard before we can start seeing some supermarkets making use of bitcoin as payment method. Some are not well informed and some are scared of its volatility whereas there are services that can automatically convert it to fiat if that is what they want.

The thing is, having stuffs like this will create more awareness and will make the importance and value of bitcoin to really be exploited.
106  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Internet Marketing on: October 26, 2017, 07:29:28 AM
i am starting marketing for my product . i want to know about internet marketing.is true internet marketing = making money How to succeed in internet marketing?
Go to university for marketing, first you will be told how it's right. You will find out a lot of people who know this very well and can help you. Switch to some marketing-related sessions, and then you start working) get good knowledge and be good at earning
Sure, learning is a very good thing and no knowledge is lost. However, it is not really necessary to have to go to the university to get your hands on being a good marketer. The essence of learning is to make you better and since you can easily get some of the resources online to improve your knowledge and marketing know-how, then you will be as good and even more practical than someone from the university.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam or real ico on: October 26, 2017, 06:59:01 AM
I don't think you'll really get an 'honest' answer here, too many people trying to "sell" their own product or make gains. I'd say independent research is always the best answer.
Look for something that is new and innovative, that you can see real world use for. Try to avoid the company that's repackaged the same product 50 other companies have created.
This is just a pretty brief and best statement the OP can hear from anyone. Everything balls down to the investor and you just have to make sure you are seeing an innovative product, the availability of the product and the team backing the product before making a move.

Some ICOs will promise you heaven on earth without nothing to show and those are just some ICOs to not bat an eyelid for. Even those with good team knows better than giving investors empty promises.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: October 26, 2017, 05:42:11 AM
I am now extremely picky with ICO. In the last two ICOs I joined, the coin price once listed on exchange are all lower than the ICO price. Unless you are getting on significant discount through pre-sale etc. It's not really worth taking the risk.
Most ICOs go down in price right after the ICO ends. This is partly due to people dumping their bounties and presale bonuses. Makes for a good time to buy extra though if you're in it for the long run.
The sharks are really out there and they are looking for some gullible and naive ones to test their sharp teeth on.
The ICO environment is like a big ocean and you just have to pick the safe side to swim so you don't get eaten or bitten by those sharks.

Investment requires being smart and if you aren't you will be liable to loosing most of the time unless luck is just on your side to always pick right even when you have no idea what you have dipped your hand into.
109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: October 26, 2017, 04:18:36 AM
trade is almost the same as gambling,
as long as we are able to play with patience will be more profitable for us.
and in trading in predicting markets that may fall or rise is very difficult,
I also can not do such a thing,
because basically this trade has its own formula to be able to predict it
You are right and wrong at the same time. Sure, gambling is making a decision with the hope of a good outcome and we can relate it in a way. What makes trading not the same is that you can totally limit the risk of losing if you can do your proper analysis and use them to your benefit.

If you enter trading with the approach of gambling, yeah it will go up or it will go down, buy at dips, sell at peaks, etc... you will be doing yourself more harm than good and apparently, you won't be better off than gambling anyway.

Trading is a profession that requires learning and practice and in as much as you cannot ascertain the future, you can make right predictions with your analysis.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in alts in 2018. on: October 25, 2017, 04:53:30 PM
If you truly want to put in altcoins this is the right moment as bitcoin is roaring. Altcoins will be pumped within 1 week so just do your thing now.
It is not just about putting into altcoin because they are all down, it is about putting it into the right one and be sure, you don’t have to wait some pretty good months before they recover and gain support back.
I agree with you though that it is important to make good of the present opportunity with low altcoins as that can make you some pretty good profit.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Advice on my upcoming BTG hard fork strategy. on: October 25, 2017, 02:42:48 PM
You can invest in some altcoins, but I don't agree with investing all your bitcoin, you should consider all prospects, bitcoin might go down after the fork, but some altcoins aren't guaranteed to rise up.
When making decisions such as this, this is just the perfect ways to view things as they will allow you to play safe in case things end up not turning out how you foresaw them or planned them. It is still a 'MIGHT' and we are not sure yet as bitcoin is always full of huge surprises. However, just as you have said, it will take some pretty tough months for some altcoins to get pumped back in the market, so it is important to know the kind of coin one should buy in.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN END PRICE on: October 25, 2017, 01:36:00 PM
The way bitcoin price has been increasing has been alarming lately and I can say that no other currency has the amount of power that bitcoin has, I can remember vividly sometime during January ( I mean early January) bitcoin was only struggling to reach $1k but now come October, the currency is almost nearing $6k ($5600) to be precise, now I want to ask if there is a mark in which bitcoin will stop increasing or is there  a mark it can't cross.
The froth is not going to end at least for few years.  It's going to reach minimum of $9k by the end of 2018. Hope this happens. There won't be end to BTC and other  altcoins as of now.
It is not at all, not until we get to the stage where we now start having laggards who are late to the show and only ended up meeting us where we are spending for daily needs possibly. By then, there would be more concentration on the value it creates with daily spending, decentralization than it just being a digital asset as most people see it today. But I believe it is too early to worry about the end price of bitcoins.
113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience and Holding on: October 25, 2017, 01:04:02 PM
Patience and holding are the best.

Patience and holding are the best
 to get rich.
Patience and holding are needed now Smiley

We ll have to be patienc for free money
We ll have to be patienc to hunt cheap coins (altcoins).
That is all it takes. Patience and Holding, hoping for the best to come in the next few years. We really do not know what bitcoin's value will amount to in coming years but I am sure so optimistic that it is going to be great. So, any amount that one can get now should be a target from what one would get from it in the future.

The interesting fact about bitcoin holding is how long you are able to hold is the right proportional to your profit levels. More you wait, more the profits.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long Term BTC Investment Is No More on: October 25, 2017, 12:49:54 PM
With bitcoin value increasing to new heights every day or week, is long term investment of bitcoin in alts no more? Because with the increase of value in bitcoin, all alts suffer and their value in bitcoin decreases even if they are stable enough to keep their value in dollar sustained.

So all one can earn from such long term trade is a loss in bitcoin.

So, is short term trading alts the only option or even that is too risky for now and holding could be the only option.

And for buying alts, one should use dollar instead of bitcoin.

Right. As Bitcoin is constantly increasing, altcoin can not keep up. Altcoins are constantly falling down but looking at Alts / Usd does not change much.
At the moment I'm going to buy altcoin with Bitcoin. And wait Bitcoin down. Then Alts / Btc will increase. I need to increase the amount of Bitcoin.
That is why they are Alts anyway. They cannot always have the best of time and those ones with a good project backing for them that will make them useful in the community will have a longer life at the end, while some will just end up fading off until we forget they ever even existed.

BTC on the other hand is the legacy and will always have an edge but that does not mean if one finds a good project that can really generate interest, one should not invest in them. It is the long term after all.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: October 25, 2017, 11:37:54 AM
To give up in gambling is not easy, because once you are addicted you cant control yourself as well as your emotions. Because giving up a gambling is need a long time to focus on yourself how to stop. Just think of your goodness and focus on the other activities to avoid you to gamble, and this is the way to escape gambling. Once you already addicted its difficult you to remove in yourself. Just remember how bad it feels when lose in gambling.
I think give up gambling is easy or not easy just depend on our thinking, if we do not want to give up, no one can make us give up but if we want to give up, nothing can stop us. Many people say that if we are addicted to gambling, we will not be able to control ourselves and give up gambling is a very difficult thing, even impossible, this is very silly, we have awareness in everything, we only need to think strongly that we must give up, our bodies will listen to our thoughts and actively stop gambling, if we feel the body does not listen to our thoughts, we should seek help from family and doctors, they will support us
Hundred percent agreed with your statement. It is not the matter of how and when.
If you intend to do something, go for it at spot. Like when you, luckily, decide to leave this fatal game, don’t rely on anything and just quit it. It is not heavy decision that come to you but the best choice you are going for. So deiced yourself, either it is bad or good for you, and act quickly.
That’s so rude of you if you don’t understand the situation of addicts. Addicts really want to get out of this but they have not a good control over their emotions and crave for gambling. They need external help besides a good determination and iron will of quitting this dark game. No matter how much strong determination you have of getting yourself out of this game’s grip, you need moral support for this.
I do not see how he was so rude as he was just pretty much stating the obvious. The decision is always in every addict hand and whether they want external moral support or not is dependent on them. No one can force anyone to do anything and in this world, hardly can you see anyone babysitting an adult and forcing them against their will to stop gambling.

So, it is either they know they need help and be serious to look for the help or they just keep on with the way they are living if they feel it is good for them.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: October 25, 2017, 08:25:24 AM
There are very rare occasion when I win in gambling and its an surprising moment for me to accept the reality that I have actually won something in gambling so it surely gives me excited feeling and makes me happy to know the fact that it added value to my wealth.

I used to feel the same way when I was barely winning any bet but since I joined sports betting it's been a different story because I'm able to gamble and win frequently and has made winning a normal situation and part of me so I hardly celebrate these days even though I feel excited and ecstatic.
Yes of course! No one will ever get sad or angry from winning. However, there is no point regretting when you lose since that is what gambling is all about anyway. It is either you lose or win and you cannot always win as long as you are not a wizard that has been given the gift to see the future. So, it is best to be ready for losses as much as winnings at the same time.
117  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: October 24, 2017, 05:56:05 PM
If you will invest your bitcoins in any cloud mining or doubler sites then you will surely regret as those sites will never pay you and will run away with your money in long term and in that case you will also be not having control on your funds so the best place to invest your bitcoins is in different altcoins from where you can generate regular profits depending on your skills and knowledge.
These days, no cloud mining will even give you your ROI in 12 months and that will be like a pretty waste of time and resources. There are so much better things to do to invest one bitcoin to be able to have more and it just depends on how far each person is willing to go.

So far, I still consider trading the best option but obviously, trading is not for everyone as so many people think they can just gamble their way into trading and start making huge money just like that, otherwise it is better to just hold as you have said.
118  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: October 24, 2017, 05:18:07 PM
Need some expert or real advice on how I can earn bitcoin. thanks

What a waste, 1 year in cryptocurrency but your bitcointalk account rank still newbie. If you keep posting till now your rank can be sr.member right now and with that account you can earn bitcoins in this forum. What do you do in the last year man ? My advice keep posting to get activity and increase rank your account.
It is not everyone who got to know about cryptocurrency or are currently into cryptocurrency really know about bitcointalk.

Some just search for information online and once they get it from this forum, they just move on. So, his account being a newbie after a year of knowing cryptocurrency has nothing to do with his earning. He just did not get the right information to assist him or probably did not just bother to do some research,.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin can go to $100 next year? on: October 24, 2017, 12:04:29 PM
OMG/Decred/LSK/NEO those are my bets that will go $100 next year cause most of them going to release something in Q1 of 2018
NEO and DECRED most especially.
I really have high hopes for these coins in the coming years and the chances of them hitting to that point is very possible. NEO most especially will have a huge boost once china announces their stand on ICOs and have finalized the regulation procedures. I am just watching to see how things will turn out.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Wish I never bought altcoins on: October 24, 2017, 11:32:33 AM
Don't be so upset about altcoins. Altcoins give us very good trading volatility. Ok sometimes we loose but in general we can make good profits trading altcoins.
Usually, the higher the risk, the higher the profit. As he is angry with altcoins, some are pretty happy right now because they made the right decisions at the right time. Most of the altcoins presently with the dip will give so many people a huge percentage profit once the tide is clear, it is just to find the best time to get in and best time to get out as well.
