101  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paxful or LocalBitcoins? Which one is better and why? on: February 28, 2019, 06:08:51 AM
I am using localbitcoin for very long time and never faced any issues while selling or buying bitcoin, even if there is a chance of scam the escrow will save your money but you need to take care while you becoming a merchant there (posting a trade),you need to be careful while picking up the trades because newbies may come with someone's proof to steal money from you.
102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do most of You Traders just use a Laptop for trading with??? ? on: February 27, 2019, 05:09:11 PM
How about just trading with............ Iphone or a smart phone device???  Yes/no??

I logged into Binance with my iPhone and iPad and it just does not fully work no matter what I do.
Yes,you can trade.Try to change of your browser into desktop version it might get work, but for doing trade regularly you need a big screen to apply all the indicators and analyze about the price movement on the market.I am always using my windows 10 HP laptop for entering into trades because smaller screen hurt our eyes when we see the numbers everywhere at very small size on our mobile devices.
103  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling vaping supplies. on: February 27, 2019, 04:19:35 PM
I already saw a thread here selling cigarettes so this might be the right section for you to post.

I like to know how much price for all the packages and please mention where you can be able to send those things ( like particular countries or anywhere in the world).
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ★Secret of successful crypto Trading★ on: February 27, 2019, 01:03:28 PM
Also you have to know some important strategies like Dolar cost average, to determine support and resistance level, to understand supply and demand zone, how to short and increase the amount of the token or BTC etc...
We can't increase the demand or supply unless we are a whale so we just have to surf with the flow of market. For trader the fiat value is also much important because they were doing this to make money in short term and also they need to hold their much of investment and just use portion for trading purpose to minimize the losses.

Secret of a successful trader is lies on the fall of other traders so try to make other fall if you want to win. Smiley
105  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: February 27, 2019, 07:34:52 AM
If we want to use bitcoin as a currency then we marketplaces and online marketing shops should update their systems to accept cryptocurrencies. Also, i believe crypto enthusiasts can actually champion this course by publicly spending their cryptocurrencies rather than just holding them like an asset.
But how we are going to convince the people bitcoin is actually a currency while it still have volatile nature on its price value.

First we need to spread about the bitcoin to each and every corner in the right way, don't say we can get rich quicker by buying bitcoin because it will make the scenario more worse.
106  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't stress too much due to the bear market on: February 27, 2019, 05:32:51 AM
Our condition must indeed be able to make adjustments if indeed the market conditions are not good. we must be able to make decisions when the market goes down. do not let the decision is the wrong thing, take a break for a moment to relieve your stress on the current condition
When you invested your money and it keeps falling then it is not easy thing to take a break and comeback to see how much the price valued now when we are invested something like our life savings that is why it is important to invest based on the conditions don't just come with the thinking of making quick money.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: February 26, 2019, 03:33:09 PM
If you are a gambling enthusiast and want to play longer to make yourself satisfied then try to bet minimum bet amount always which can increase the time of your games but no way to save money while gambling other than controlling your mind and say it is enough for today.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency lending business. on: February 26, 2019, 09:38:42 AM
I didn't mean you personally, of course

I meant a lender, it is a figure of speech basically. But that's the problem with online lending, i.e. your collateral should be liquid. It is not like you come to a bank for a loan and can offer real estate as a collateral. Not very liquid but that makes sense as the bank is in no hurry to get rid of it at whatever price (provided it has a price)

In other words, what can you offer as a collateral for an online loan other than your good name (read, you should already be trusted)? A ton of shitcoins? And how would that be different from just selling them?
So lending business through online may not get successful? Because it is same as selling our good and buying back with paying more price then we sell based on how long we take to repay the lend amount.

But I am not really interested at lending any money because it really sucks us,just better sell what we have then beg to someone to give some money and take this valuable good.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ICO is a good way to raise money? on: February 26, 2019, 04:51:41 AM
Hello , What do you think about ICO as a way of raising money in the next years? .Specially after all the scam projects we have seen before, like last time  the team of a project called elementh(https://icobench.com/ico/elementh) claimed that they have to quit the project since they did not have enough resources eventhough they raised about 8M USD , and after ICO no single step forward the development of product has been achieved.
They wanna return the money to investors as btc and eth after all this bull market (btc was about 10K usd ).

They collected that money in btc or eth right so after that there is huge price drop on all the crypto currencies which makes them to afraid of continuing their projects because they may end up with not enough funds for complete development process and you need to thank them that they are returning your money because most of the time it will never reach our wallets again.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency lending business. on: February 25, 2019, 06:16:19 PM
If there is a bitcoin crypto loan, I think it's very interesting for me not just people who want to know a bitcoin but also people who need money like us, not all people have more money. so joining it to meet the needs, because it really needs to earn enough for the family so it is a great help to those who need a loan, and with a cryptocurrency loan that would be helpful to everyone.
No one will lend money to you because you are poor so even if there is a crypto lending company then will have some module and procedure for the eligibility criteria and I think lending with crypto much complicated because how they will take something as collateral.
without a guarantee it would be difficult to get a loan. and at least have to be careful when borrowing from online companies, because there have been many cases where the business has become more complicated
When someone getting loan online the one who is giving the money need to be careful, that is why they were asking for valid collateral

I never understood that thing

If you are asking for collateral why would then a borrower care about taking a loan in the first place if he could just spend that collateral directly (and without paying interest at that)? So it all comes down to trust (read, no valid collateral for you) but when online you are expected not to trust anyone by default. Yeah, there is a lending section on the forum (or how it is called correctly, dunno), but I even fear to look into there (as it's likely bad for karma)
I just said to the users above who said I need to be careful while giving something as a collateral while lending that is why I mentioned they are the one who need to be afraid.

Maybe the collateral can't be liquidated immediately so user might asking for loan then repay it with interest, but this is the concept of lending when the user having nothing worthy no one will give us a loan even from bank or private lending companies. Smiley

Online made everything more convenient but it is only missing the trust building.

snip
Yeah, absolutely agree about Yahoo. Check this Yahoo's trusted feedback from Baryom Bitsler campaign owner:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=355846

Quote
We are talking about $250,000

It can be a proof that Yahoo is trusted for any amount while he is escrowing or managing the campaigns. And definitely yahoo's rwputation on this forum is more worthy than $250,000 Smiley
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic selling and postpone from trading, which one is the worse one? on: February 25, 2019, 11:40:29 AM
We can't compare one with another generally because which one is worse will be decided based on the market situation.Sometimes panic selling can save us from huge dump or it may eat our profits by taking the steps too early and other think keep postponing the trades might also make us to be in loss in this uncertain market unless you are a confident long term holder.
115  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bounty Managers on: February 25, 2019, 08:15:34 AM
But most of the managers did scam bounties as well but when they are more care about their reputation they will immediately stop managing it and let the participants know about it but there are some managers who don't care about the participants they will take the money and do management even if they had suspicious that they looks like scammers.
I agree with this. Like Yahoo62278 did in every scam he stops it immediately for tha sake of his reputation (not only yahoo62278 I'm telling but all managers) All bounty managers are very responsible  is they continue run the campaign if they know that it is a scam then thwy deserve a red tag. Actually theirs a lot of bounty managers are here but that's the why they don't included on the thread.
Absolutely Yahoo can be the best example about how responsible while managing campaigns,I heard that he even paid with own hands when the team made late payment to the escrow wallet.aTriz can be the example for how not to act while managing bounties,I think his moonlite bounty ruined his life in bitcointalk before that he is one of most wanted campaign manager.
116  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bounty Managers on: February 23, 2019, 04:30:44 PM
unless they are convincing enough money for the most experienced campaign manager and he mentied that he was approached by number of projects everyday but still he is refusing all of it.
It's not all about money for accepting new projects, besides, what matters also is transparency and legitimacy of a particular project's team. That's why he always stop any campaigns he handles that has a scam accusation or any bad accounts to protect his participants.
I would like him not to change his principles, but at the same time, I saw how many of those who were good enough managers were changing under the influence of money. At the same time, hunters should not rely on the reputation of the manager, but analyze the project themselves.
Yes it is but not relying on their reputation we can't assure if they are running a good campaigns. It's better to rely on the reputation of every bounty manager to have a successful project or when joining bounty campaigns. Analyzing and relying on trust reputation will make us away from scams.
But most of the managers did scam bounties as well but when they are more care about their reputation they will immediately stop managing it and let the participants know about it but there are some managers who don't care about the participants they will take the money and do management even if they had suspicious that they looks like scammers.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should i trade on this market ? on: February 23, 2019, 12:57:17 PM
That's true, due to the market in a continuous decline, so this is the appropriate time for trading. And I see that in the last days there is widespread pump and honestly, I don't think that this improvement will continue, Maybe this is a good opportunity for starting or restarting in the field of trading, just be patient because it is difficult to make a profit in huge next period.
Better read the OP carefully before posting your reply,he is asking about legitimacy of a site and which apparently looks scam since the 2nd post of this thread already mentioned it but still this discussion get going. Undecided
118  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the best time period in a day for Crypto trading??? on: February 22, 2019, 01:20:48 PM
24/7,it is not like stock market where you have peak time but crypto trading happening all the time and we can't be able to find which is the best because people from all over the world are doing the same thing so there is no time frame is best for doing it.But doing day trading is also risky if you don't have enough knowledge about it so make yourself learned about these thing before getting into trading.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling that stressed me out (i wanna quit) on: February 22, 2019, 11:58:42 AM
I have been gambling since 2 years ago. Playing from casino sites to another casino sites. Win lose, win lose, win lose, many sleepless nights. One time somewhere 2018 i started to bet bigger than before. I got stressed out because of the bustings. I cant stop myself from playing. I just want to stop. Up until now, im still gambling and i cant stop myself from it. What will you do if you have situatiom something like this?
Ohh god,Go and ramp yourself on wall for two times and get realize that you are hurting your mind as much as it hurts now. Cry

You want to stop right and tell yourself that you are not going to gamble anymore if you are not able to control the go for a rehabilitation centre for addiction which may give the counselling needed for overcoming this addiction but you need to stop it immediately I think.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin matured as a currency? on: February 22, 2019, 06:38:31 AM
Bitcoin has passed a long time in this field. So i believe without showing maturity bitcoin wouldn't stay a long time with so many success. So i definitely feel bitcoin is a mature currency which is using by millions of people.
Maybe it used by millions of people (hopefully) even still not used as currency by even in few hundreds so definitely we are not seeing bitcoin as a currency yet and in the time from of our economy the bitcoin was created very recently just before 10 years. Smiley

Lot of people complaining that bitcoin cannot be used as a real currency due to its instable value so the current status of bitcoin will last util the bitcoin settle for some value for years.
Yes.Bitcoin may not be called as a matured currency for now seeing the price is not yet stable because of its high volatility.I think it will only be matured once a mass adoption for bitcoin will take place. For now, bitcoin is more of a profitable investment rather than a matured currency.
Don't think as an investment too because we need to remember the moans from people who came at Dec 2017 and still regreting their decision about it,the bitcoin may give profits but its not to be considered like a traditional investment, its just investing with a hope so no money have to be invested which is in need for us.
