101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do we need to diversify? on: May 11, 2018, 12:47:44 AM
Did anybody say "to reduce risks" ?  Grin

Seriously mate, in a volatile economy you need to diversify your assets to keep them safe from crashing. Let's simplify...

You have 10 US Dollars.
If a war broke out between USA and Russia, of course, all of the world would follow but surely, EU would endure.
If USA loses, your dollars will be worth even more.
But there's a huge probability of Russia's victory and in that case, your 10 dollars can be used as toilet paper.
So, instead of risking all your money to be toilet paper, you get 5 euros for your 5 dollars. (Rounding
Now you have 5 dollars and 5 euros.
If USA wins, you will still profit from your 5 dollars, and you still have your 5 euros (which would also rise if USA won)
But if Russia wins, now you don't get to wipe your ass with all your assets, in fact, EU would win with any of the participants so your euros would bring you profit nevertheless.

TL;DR, don't put all your eggs in the same basket.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: May 08, 2018, 02:28:15 PM
Well... Depending on the project and depending on the time. Some projects are worth holding and usually I have enough in my pockets to hold. But sometimes bounty gives a big reward while the coin is shitty and some occasions I need the quick money, so I cash out.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins on: May 08, 2018, 02:10:11 PM
Best altcoins in the current market?

We should not mention any specific altcoins here because it is risky for newbies. I could say that good altcoins has a real usecase, has a good technology behind it. And has a good team.

This is generally a good suggestion. Staying silent while giving suggestions is usually best for us. But;

Best altcoins in the current market?

There are some solid projects based coin in market and investment in these coins would lead you surely towards higher ROI.Altcoins like ETH,NEO,ADA,EOS,MIOTA,DASH are very best coins.ETH is fully matured and should be hold for coming few years to get higher margin.Other mentioned Altcoins are undervalued and must be hold for coming few years to get good profitability margin.

This is also a very good suggestion. These tokens sorehammer mentioned are the most popular undervalued altcoins that will be skyrocketing in the near future (a few years)
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In Japan want to ban trading! on: May 07, 2018, 09:34:27 PM
Any logic behind it? I mean... Chinese banning cryptos was logical on their side but government is already making money from most of the illegal markets, why hinder their process in the big picture??
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will it grow ETH ? on: May 06, 2018, 11:16:16 PM
I think it will keep rising, at least until the end of the year. The table will be just similar, lets keep on making high expectations for the year and ATH... There's nothing more fun to do  Grin
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: encourage others to crypto on: May 03, 2018, 01:13:59 AM
I tend to tell the people about the ideology of cryptocurrencies try to make them understand the reason of revolt in economy. If they like the idea I try to show them where to look. They usually fail and end up losing money, coming to me like, "mate i can't pull this, can you help me" and I suggest the idea of managing his finances, ensuring that he understands all the nuances.

It usually pay off very well, I charge almost nothing to my friends, they end up earning some good amounts (even if they lose sometimes) we all win...
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining on Mobile Phone on: May 03, 2018, 01:01:21 AM
If I'm not wrong, you can mine Monero as well, I actually had mobile mining rig that would fit in a backpack, consisting of 35 phones. I would simply get my backpack, head to a cafe, plug it in and mine freely... It started not to be very efficient lately so I disassembled and sold it.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sleeper Coin on: May 01, 2018, 12:59:38 AM
Mineable coins are always better in my opinion, as there is a way to benefit from contributing to the community it pulls way more users and that userbase feels much more active.

Decentralization is the key feature of cryptocurrencies, I don't see the benefit of centralised digital systems, they are vulnerable. That's why I don't like Ripple, they show off as a decentralised system but their core is centralized.

Fee amount is really not important at all, because the highest fee is still nothing compared to fees in physical world, so the transaction should be fast and secure, not cheap. (Again, the "not cheap" option is nothing compared to cash transfer)
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best bounty reward you get? on: April 30, 2018, 11:26:17 PM
I came here to... Y'know, talk about success stories in bounty campaigns but wow, seeing all you are Juniors and such, you would be swearing hard at me if I told you that... I'll wait for a few Heroes or at least Full Members, just like a TV Show, let's hide the big prize for later ^^
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can market go down now? on: April 30, 2018, 11:14:18 PM
Hey what do you think, can scenario of January repeat? I mean can everything suddenly fall again?
Nope, I don't think it is going down again. Right now, I think it will now be steady for sometime and then a bull run will happen and then the prices will go up after that

Just like this. A bull run is on the way, this rise will calm down soon enough and a bull run should follow soon after that. The market will always be repeating itself because the mentality never changes. They pull down the prices to buy more and rise them off the rooftop to profit. Someone, most of the names we don't know, but someone is profiting really HUGE!
111  Economy / Speculation / Re: India just BANNED Bitcoin? Will BTC now crash? on: April 08, 2018, 06:01:06 PM
They haven't banned it. They brought some new regulations to how bitcoin works under their legislation. I think this will cause ntc to rise in the long run...
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to login to web wallet? on: April 06, 2018, 09:41:20 PM
Well, web wallets gotta be secure indeed, a safe way would be using a hardware wallet from a secured computer, using only known links would be safe enough, I don't see the need for Tor...
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the history repeat again? on: April 05, 2018, 04:12:15 AM
A bullish run is on the way my friends, not this month maybe but it will rise like heaven... Just as it fell like Lucifer, it will shine back with glory. KEep optimism going and hold on to your tokens with all faith.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: April 05, 2018, 04:09:05 AM
Yeah it's risky, yeah this yeah that and all the shittalk aside... You posted this on January 17th, and bticoin lost tons of value since then so... What did you do? Did you sell your house and lose half your money? What happened? Let us know!!
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: April 01, 2018, 09:27:04 PM
Of course they do fear, cryptocurrency is moving the money away from them, also taking their power too. They should fear too because cryptocurrency is a lawnmover and banks are the grass in our yard. In the future there can only be one institution like a bank a control mechanism of a giant decentralised system.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can something free be a scam? on: March 31, 2018, 10:02:02 PM
A scam doesn't have to cost you money necessarily. It may cost you your time, your privacy. Our privacies are already invaded like hell, giving out information in a blink is dangerous because we live in the information age, information is power. When you give your data to scam airdrops your data is stored to sell and as a company gains information about you, it has power over you.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: March 26, 2018, 10:53:56 PM
Of course, satying optimistic is important. Being pessimistic would cause panic in one, and one's surroundings and panic is never good in economy. It creates swings like these, which lowers credibility, reliability. But don't you worry, I'm sure this dip is just for a whale to come in the cryptocurrency market. Think it like this, let's say you're a millionaire, got some millionaire friends that are in cryptocurrency market and they are earning huge profits. You want in, ofc, like all logical man, you want to expand your wealth... So you talk with those friends, with their huge holdings, they go on with dropping the price, when the price is dipped, you get in and together you start to rise the value and increase profits.

If you ask me, this big dip is just a foreteller of a HUGE whale... Good luck everyone, hold on tight, next wave will be really high...
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you Invest in Great ICOs but Anonymous Team? on: March 25, 2018, 11:06:15 PM
It's risky business but can pay off. If they are keeping the communication going on, why not? I mean, yeah it's risky but if what they do is good, I can relate to their needs of staying anonymous...
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KYCs (Know your Client) is killing crypto on: March 24, 2018, 11:33:01 PM
I guess it is a government requirement to oblige big exchanges to have KYC. I don't think KYC is a bad thing, unless you plan to use your money on evil things. Also, in order to achieve mass adoption, regulation is a must, and KYC is one of the stages to achieve it.

Completely true. KYC keeps many scammers away, it's not killing cryptocurrency market, on the contrary it keeps away scammers and spammers. My take is that if you're not willing to share your information with us, you have something to hide... If you have something to hide in economic matters you can't be trusted.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree with Ripple? on: March 21, 2018, 04:20:26 AM
I don't agree with Ripple. Don't like its technology as it's centralized, don't like their ideology. Don't like the fact that they are getting banks into crypto world. This should be out of banks reach. But... It's a profitable token which is good for most of us, even though the fact that it violates crypto ideology...
