101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble or think it's a waste of money and time? on: November 30, 2018, 01:50:20 AM
Gambling is not a waste of time and its not even a waste of money. Every time I step inside a casino I only have one goal in mind and that is to entertain my self and not to gain profits. Gaining profits is just secondary, of course who doesn't want to win, but its not my primary reason why i gamble. If I set my mind in winning and not just to entertain, I might end up trying to recover everything that I lost and loose more in the long run.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was BTC drop caused by manipulation? on: November 30, 2018, 01:44:41 AM
Manipulation plus Panic. Combine that two and you will see a drop of price and its applicable even in the stock market or business. one goal of those price manipulators is to cause a panic, to show to the people that price is going down and its time to sell, so when they sell, those with huge bankroll can start buying again and will cause FOMO so price will start to go up again.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: November 30, 2018, 01:34:49 AM
In my own personal opinion, the things that causes person to become intensely addicted to gambling is money simply because we experience greed that we always want to win just to earn a lot of money. That is why a lot of people experienced addiction in gambling because they don't play gambling for entertainment they play just to earn money.
Greed is the main reason why gamblers becomes addicted to gambling. Its either they want to earn more or they want to recover their loses. They should learn when to stop, they need to discipline themselves. I have seen people who we're addicted to gambling who started to have a lot of money, cars and houses who eventually loss everything that they own.
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night 141: Blaydes vs Ngannou 2 Prediction and Info Thread on: November 30, 2018, 01:16:27 AM
After Ngannou's latest performance, Dana White was extremely pissed off at how both guys basically didn't throw a single punch for the duration of the fight. It must have been the most boring fight ever. Very disappointing to see Ngannou basically on shock that night, unable to get anything done.

Win draw or lose, if Ngannou isn't able to put on a good show tonight and delivers another snorefest, I think Dana White is going to fire him and give up on him being a HW prospect.
Keep in mind that they are fighters not entertainers. Their main focus or goal is to win and not to please the crowd. If they knocked out the other fighter then they get the job done. Even if I am on their shoes, why wait until the 3rd round to knock my opponent down if I can do it now. just 1 lucky punch from anyone can change the entire story of this fight so why take chances just to entertain the crowd. It's UFC not WWE.
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: November 30, 2018, 12:53:55 AM
A broadsheet news paper here in Philippines (Philippine Star) says that Senator Manny Pacquaio will use his win against Adrien Broner as a stepping stone to have a rematch with Floyd Mayweather. Even if Senator Manny Pacquaio wins this fight Floyd Mayweather is not obliged to sign a contract and fight Senator Manny Pacquaio. Floyd Mayweather will fight if someone offers a huge payout, Floyd Mayweather is not out to entertain people, he is out for the money.
106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you really need a dice bot? If yes, what feature do you wish to have? on: November 24, 2018, 12:37:49 AM
You will need bots if the dice site that you use doesnt have those auto betting feature. I've seen dice sites added this feature and it's a good one, one of them is Bitsler. If only those bots can improve our winning and help us become more disciplined in playing like make us stop when we need to stop I'll get one for myself.
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I daily earn 10% on: November 23, 2018, 02:24:06 PM
I wouldn't target for a profit for as high as 10%. You might end up waiting for the price to increase to 10% then drop suddenly and your at negative. Hitting 3% per day is not bad, even if you hit 2% per day thats still 60% in a month granting that you hit the target daily and not missing a day. You just have to be careful in choosing which coin to Buy.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: November 23, 2018, 06:07:45 AM
He has shown the same intensity as when he was young, maybe steroids? hehehe

Mayweather's camp didn't know that at young age, Pacquiao used his body to make for living because we all know how poor they are. At that age, MP already doing an adult job like construction or any physical work because he have no other choice. That's become his advantage compare to other boxers that used to trained on an aircon and well maintained gym.

Shocked My eyes went big and wide when I read that. I thought the adult job you were talking about was, you know, something else hehehe.

In any case, Manny is what you call simple. It is not any means stupid, however trash talking him will only go over his head.
That's funny! Anyway, I used to see Manny Pacquiao in our area when he jogs around as part of his training. He used to work in a bakery near by. We never thought Manny will make it big as his body is too skinny as a young fighter.

Aside from Freddie Roach I heared Manny Pacquiao hired more consultants just like his last fight with Matthysse. Consultants like former boxer and coaches.
109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night 141: Ngannou vs. Blaydes on: November 23, 2018, 05:51:52 AM
Looks like the prime days of Alistair Overeem is over is he is starting to fade looking at the odds given to him by the bookies. Before he is one of the best in the heavyweight division. its ironic that the last 2 guys who we're able to beat him are Francis Ngannou and Curtis Blaydes and they are scheduled to fight at the same card. I hope if he wins this fight with Sergey Pavlovich he gets a shot again on the title. Alistair Overeem's striking stats accordinf to UFC site is awesome at 73%. He may need to work on his ground game to stay in this field.
110  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Exchange for trade on: November 19, 2018, 09:40:10 AM
Not all exchangers offer the same list of coins. There maybe a coin that is listed in Bittrex but its not listed in Binance. An exchange site may provide you great service but that doesn't mean everyone who signed up with that exchange site will have a great time in trading. No exchange site is the same, there's always something that they offer that on that site that is being offered in another site.
111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL is not advisable! on: November 19, 2018, 09:31:28 AM
Depends on your trading style. They claim that hodl is the best way to recover your losses if ever your stuck holding an expensive coin. Example is price of BTC went down to $5,300 and you bought BTC at $6,500 its either you hold your Bitcoin until market is clear and price starts to recover. It may take a few weeks or perhaps month for price to fully recover. Day traders may shift to long hold if suddenly price of the coin he is watching dropped.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why new crypto exchanges fails to grow ? on: November 19, 2018, 09:14:04 AM
~snip~
I thought you are here to share your ideas on how new born crypto exchange can grow or maybe share reasons why crypto exchange fails based on experince but it looks like you are more on promoting your new crypto exchange Proassetz Exchange. What makes Proassetz Exchange different from existing crypto exchang and whats in it for us if we sign up with Proassetz Exchange.
113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is so positive (100% HODL) on: November 19, 2018, 08:24:11 AM
Don't wait for the bull to start running again, instead what you can do is take advantage of the volatility of all crypto assets. Most crypto assets price moves 1%- 2% . Why not take advantage of the price so instead of waiting for a few years for hodling and sell your crypto assets, you can sell it at good price when price surges between 1% - 2%.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bots, AI Bots or signals? on: November 16, 2018, 08:17:32 AM
I know 3 bots, Gunbot, Leonardo, CAT and ProfitTrailer. Among the 3 bots Gunbot is the most active around here and they even have a campaign about it (not sure if campaign is still active). Here is the link for more information about the Gunbot https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1715214.0. I am contemplating on buying a license for the Gunbot but I guess waiting a little bit longer would give me more discounts if they will run a promo this coming Black Friday November 23.
115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there a required amount before you start trading? on: November 16, 2018, 07:42:30 AM
Staring with just $100 USD may look small to others but if you are a day trader and a successful one, that $100 can turn into $181 in 30 days granting that he is successful in gaining 2% profits everyday. What more if he started wit $500. That would be $905 USD. I don't mind only 2% from my investment as long as it happnes every day.
116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your greatest trading regret? on: November 16, 2018, 06:41:00 AM
I committed a lot of mistakes and still committing mistakes until now in trading but I don't regret any of it and I just consider it as a lesson for me so that in any of my future trades I will not commit the same mistake. If there's one thing that I regret most is I subscribed to those signal groups which did not make me any profit that I can be proud of. Never again.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: November 16, 2018, 05:16:13 AM
I think it wasn't a bad day, it was a week full of hellish losses, this is normal, had the same experience before, I played, I betted, I made a lot of things with my money that I think would grow if I did this, and unfortunately, I lost 75% and only got 25%, It was a big loss, but I never lost hope, I did my best to regain everything and was able to turn things around the next month.  Wink

Never lost hope is a good mindset but it should not be applied in gambling, the more you hope to win the more money you need to spend and finally the higher chance for you to lose all your money. Dont even try regain what you have lost previously, if you do it continously then the high possibilty you'll get the opposite thing. New day should be with new gambling plan, it is OK to think about previous lost but dont bring it to your new day of gambling.

True. This kind of mindset is the reason why some people who gamble goes home with an empty pocket. Always set a target regardless if its when to stop when you already won or gained profits or when to stop when you are already lost half or more of you funds in a day. Gambling should be fun, its not fun anymore if you are stressed on how to win back your losses.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Floyd Mayweather set for New Year's Eve fight in Japan on: November 16, 2018, 03:50:20 AM
@sunsilk. It will not be a total show for all. It is a scam. Floyd had already confirmed that the fight is on under the rules of boxing and they will be in the ring for only 9 minutes.

It is only an exhibition for Japanese fans who have nothing to do on new year's eve hehehe.
Its a 3 round fight so that makes it 3 minutes in every round. Floyd's Instagram post did not clearly state if the fight is on after their team was derailed or should we say agreement was changed. After his Instagram post, nothing followed after that if the fight will push through or its canceled after all of what happened in the press conference.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this sound realistic? on: November 14, 2018, 12:45:46 PM
If you want to gamble, see it more like you are paying the casino or gambling platform to have some fun (just like you do to go watch some movies in cinema), which if you are paying for anything, you are not meant to expect it back.
If every gambler thinks this way, no one will go home with a sad face thinking that they we're robbed by the gambling site. Problem with other gambler is they made gambling their way of life, they make a living out from it, daily they go to casinos or visit gambling sites thinking they can beat the system and get profits.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: November 14, 2018, 12:23:40 PM
I don't see any reason why Broner would fight Pacquaio while he never fights or defeats any elite fighters in the boxing industry. Or if he only wants the money, or some experience, as well as Manny, is one of the fighters want to fight with his division.
But of course, everyone expects a good fight.
It looks like he was hand picked by Manny Pacquaio. Remember that Manny is a gambler too regardless if he win or lose on this fight, he still get the biggest purse. That's why choosing someone that will not make him an underdog is a sure way for him to earn more. Broner on the other hand is lucky, weather he win or lose it will look good on his resume that he once fought with an 8 division champion.
