101  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Lets remove all or most of the darkness from the world together on: March 27, 2022, 02:46:58 PM
What a precious childlike heart you have op. I wish everyone could be the same as you. Too bad though this can only be a dream and will be very difficult if not impossible to actually push into reality. Because no matter how hard we try, there will always be difficulties and human nature is to always want easier ways than the harder ones even if it means disregarding morals. Specially nowadays that life is getting more and more difficult. Heck, even I am guilty of doing some bad things in order to make some things easier for myself. Like using connections when available to skip lines or other difficult processes when getting important documents, using services etc. But regardless, I hope you keep that precious mindset and heart of yours safe from this world full of awfulness. Just because the world is bad, doesn't mean you also have to be. While not being able to completely stop myself from doing some bad things, I still try hard to do good and stick with my morals though.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there no altcoins that can replace Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2022, 01:16:50 PM
Well, as much as I'd to actually agree and push this thought as well being a huge fan of bitcoin, we just can never deby the fact that with each passing day, new things happen and many variables are created changed or rid off. Which is why none of us can really say for sure that bitcoin will stay on top forever no matter how much ut may seem like it today. Because clearly speaking, there are altcoins out there that can serve the same purpose with some better use cases. Just saying.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is going to be bad for the Indian Bitcoin community on: March 27, 2022, 12:36:24 PM
This is basically day light robbery. The people who thought of this are greedy bastards. Imagine how big 1% per transaction is on top of the high transaction fees right now. This will easily turn off people who are about to get themselves into this industry and many may just get lut of it all together. This is insane! Have they no compassion for their fellow countrymen that are striving hard to open new doors for a better life? The very leaders that the people expect to help them are the ones pinning the people down and ridding them off of the chance for a better life! This is worrisome and sickening.
104  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto ads targeted NBA? on: March 25, 2022, 03:49:52 PM
To be honest, I personally have expected this to happen and I think this isn't just me because it's easily recognisable with commo sense. The only question people like me had back then was when it would happen. I'm glad that after all this time, mass adoption is really increasing and getting faster than ever before. Just so you know, NFTs are even being used in the music industry already and yes, on sports as well being collectibles and memorabilia. I expect more of such things to happen as time pass by. Thus is the golden time to collect and collect Bitcoins along with your favourite altcoins.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is a way to getback all your lost or stolen Bitcoin ! on: March 25, 2022, 02:57:16 PM
Look op, unless the amount stolen is huge enough like the bitfinex hack that was just solved a few weeks ago or has enough number of people complaining about it to actually catch the attention of the authorities, I do not think it can be easily found. Mainly because the time and effort needed to look for the hacker is not a joke. And I highly doubt that you'd find someone or a team whom are capable enough that would actually take such a job if they are not personally involved or being paid a huge sum. And quantum computers aren't easily built, - just so you know.

Well if you reywant to know which I would choose, then I'd just tell you about the three altcoins that I am currently very optimistic about. First is luna(and some of the projects within it), rune(and some of the projects within it as well) and lastly fantom(although I haven't fully finished looking into it but it really got me interested) as to why I chose these three, I'll leave the research up to you so you can decide for yourself which is better. It won't take half a day to read through some important information about these three anyway. Disclaimer though, these three are my personal preferences and are not meant to be a financial advice. Good luck. Smiley
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin value more if no Altcoins or not on: March 24, 2022, 02:12:10 PM
I believe that it works the other way around. While not all altcoins get affected by the price of bitcoin at all times, the majority does get affected by the swings of bitcoin most of the time. But butcoin though is different it can make do whatever the other coin's prices are which has always been the case ever since I can remember. But this does not mean that altcoins are not necessary. We also have to take note that altcoins also bring traffic into this industry specially nowadays as the crypto gaming and NFTs emerge and continuously gets hyped. Main take is that altcoins are necessary but not vital for the existence of bitcoin.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you even helped anyone with bitcoin? on: March 24, 2022, 01:10:49 PM
I have. So many times that I could barely even remember how much I gave all in all or how much oer person. The thing is, most of the people I helped are people that I know. Like a fried or a friend of a friend. I rarely help those people that I do not know. The ways I help them depend on which is convenient for me and for them. Sometimes through btc, sometimes through several altcoins, while at some times I do the converting my self and give fiat or buy the stuff they need myself depending on the situation. Because at times, the one I'm helping isn't familiar with this industry while some are unable to go around buying what they need, sick or in a hospital.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins will explode in 2022? on: March 24, 2022, 12:26:20 PM
Most people here had bad opinion about Cardano and Polkadot here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5388611.0

Which are not baseless views in my eyes. I mean, these two altcoins were originally one of the top altcoins I kept and wanted to keep buying into. But the problem is that both coins have been under performing for quite a while now and you cannot blame investors for cutting losses or taking profits as they see fit by looking at how these two coins are being carried by the developers. They way I see it, most people who are in cardano are the ones who either do mot know much about the things happening, looking for swing profits, have fallen in love with their asset or have bought on peaks which had them stuck. Just think about it, would you pick these two over the better options out there if you are not one of those people I mentioned above? I don't think so.

Quite a messy response but I get your thoughts. Indeed, polkadot is doing good right now and is on the verge of exploding like solana. Although solana had some bad news that dragged it's price way below than I expected, it still has a solid community behind it and has a lot of potential. Not to mention those good altcoins and NFTs within its ecosystem. I might consider these two along with the altcoins and NFTs based on them depending on my capital. But yes, they are currently not the priority.
111  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your Honest opinion bout Gays and Lesbianism. on: March 23, 2022, 01:35:34 PM
I personally have no problems with lesbians and gays or bi's and whatever else there is that exists. I respect people the same way regardless of background, status and so on. I am not a fan of "the respect yourself first before I respect you," or the "respect is earned and not begged for" mindset. Everyone starts at the same point in my eyes. That respect either goes up or down depending on how you treat me or the people around me. In short, as long as you don't do crap to me or my people, then Ii respect you and can be buddies with you.
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afghans turn to cryptocurrencies amid US sanctions on: March 23, 2022, 12:48:53 PM
With the sanctions happening plus the economical problems, it's no surprise for Afghanistan to resort into other alternatives, even more so in the case of Russians which has even more sanctions compared to Afghanistan. People who think that crypto currency is a saving grace from above are increasing specially those who have the mindset of a gambler or those that barely understands this industry. Now, will it be good for bitcoin and altcoins? Short term, yes. Mid term, no. Long term yes.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins will explode in 2022? on: March 20, 2022, 04:38:42 PM
If this pump isn't just a bull trap, then I would surely try to get my hands on some great metaverse projects. I would also keep my eyes on luna(and its ecosystem) and rune(and its ecosystem) which are both in my opinion sleeping giants. Ada on the other hand, is the altcoin that I am not that confident anymore it has lots of issues and I would advise everyone to be wary about from now on. Xrp is good too. Others, highly neutral and may not hodl them. Would rather take advantage of them on leverage rather than hodl.
114  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Covid is over war is replaced covid on: March 20, 2022, 01:07:42 PM
You know what op, you should really lay off from your daily dose of conspiracies. Covid is not over yet. I can testify to this since here in my place, the alert levels keeps on dropping and rising like a volatile altcoin's chart. If covid was over, there wouldn't have been anymore upside in cases and alert levels along with the restrictions. One thing I agreen on about your post though is about hunger which is really possible to hapoen considering the load of crap that's been happening around the world today.

While we're at it, I just want to share that right now, I even worry about crypto currencies as well since if the economy really does goes through even more crap, I doubt that the people who are heavily invested on crypto would not make use of their holdings if their other assets are suffering. Mass adoption is increasing yes, but can we really trust that the money coming in would he able to hold this industry when the bug players start dumping and taking profits to save their other assets? This may also be just me being too paranoid but yeah, it really does worry me a lot.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks in Ukraine Restrict Clients from Buying Bitcoin using Ukrainian hryvnia on: March 20, 2022, 11:40:53 AM
The main reason for this happening should be the hastened decisions of Ukraine in legalizing bitcoin. They should have been more thorough about this. Honestly, despite being a super pro Bitcoin/crypto currency as I am, I was quite shocked with their decision and wasn't fully excited about it since with all the issues they are currently facing, it would be easy to deduct that their decision on legalizing bitcoin wasn't thought of well. And we all know what happens with such half-assed decisions. It may have been a positive news for bitcoin at first but after this, fud will surely spread and even more so if it comes to a point when they have to revoke their decision in legalizing bitcoin which I hope never happens.

* Of course as a country they would have to protect their own currency. The inly thing we should anticipate now is up to which extent are they willing to gi to protect it because obviously there are tons of ways to go around the restriction being mentioned by op. *
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Hoard Bitcoin? on: March 18, 2022, 04:31:29 PM
Op, you should understand that bitcoin is not that convenient yet compared to fiat or any Crypto currency out there. Bitcoin as of now, cannot stand alone yet. And with regards to people hoarding bitcoins, it is because of its potential to grow in price massively in the coming years due to it's low supply and hype. The mass adoption is growing more and more which makes thousands of people if not millions become aware or curious about bitcoin because it has been used as a means of helping the Ukrainian people. If the institutions starts buying bitcoin, this price range we are in right now will be something that we'd never see again.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: wrx token going continue down, why? on: March 18, 2022, 03:00:14 PM
One thing you can look at is the overall situation of the market which isn't really that good. So coupled with maybe bad service, the price dump may have been worsened by the current market conditions. Exchanges of not comfortable to use nowadays will not rake in much traffic. Let's face it there are better choices out there for comfortable experiences in trading. As an exchange, better excel or stop.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We should forget that there'll be 21M BTC on: March 18, 2022, 02:24:54 PM
This may or may not isn't really something we can know for sure with our current progress. But in the future, it is possible when technologies are more advanced. Who knows maybe in the dawn of quantum computers, those lost bitcoins would be cracked and be used by the ones who cracks theur seed phrases or private keys. But then again, I doubt that a lot of us would he able to reach such time in the future.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to go in crypto lets leave fiat cutrency on: March 17, 2022, 01:53:53 PM
Lol. Such udeas you only see on newbies. I mean I was also once a newbie that had this tyoe of simple mindset drunk with hopium for bitcoin and the crypto industry. Op, you should read more and try to learn as much as you can while it's still early so you can have better advantage earlier. Because if you don't, you will absolutely regret it. Knowledge in this industry is priceless. You will surely thank me later on as you go on your future ventures.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The House of Nakamoto: A Bitcoin store in Vienna, Austria on: March 17, 2022, 01:12:57 PM
These type of places should increase more and more. Having these type of places will give opportunities for newbies who know nothing about this industry to ask people who really know what they are talking about and not just trust me bro people who mostly know nothing about bitcoins which only hurts the reputation of bitcoin when shit hapoens to the newcomers or if questions do not get answered satisfyingly. (Having a place like this of my own is actually my dream I wish I reach this dream someday.)
