Ich dachte tatsächlich zuerst ich wäre aus welchem Grund auch immer auch vom autoban erfasst worden. Ist echt ein tolles Gefühl geschätzt zu werden - auch wenn ich manchmal etwas kontrovers unterwegs bin  Und es fühlt sich in der Tat komisch an wenn einem seine - wenn auch nur virtuelle - Identität vermeintlich durch den langen Arm der Legislative weggenommen wird.  War also doch nur ein kurzer Abschied  Aus (quasi) gegebenem Anlass, noch einmal der Hinweis auf den Faden Sicheres Adressverzeichnis für alle, die sich eine zusätzliche Chance einbauen wollen, ihren Bitcointalk-Account wiederzubekommen, wenn er denn mal gehackt werden sollte, für einige unter uns wäre dies wahrscheinlich ein größerer Verlust als "irgendeinen Account" zu verlieren  In diesem Thread soll eine Liste entstehen, die zeigt welche Bitcoin-Adresse zu welchem Account gehört. Dadurch können Käufer/Verkäufer eines Handels sicherstellen, dass die angegeben Adresse tatsächlich zu dem jeweiligen Account gehört und nicht zu einem Hacker. Wenn ein User hier erfasst ist, wird er nur Zahlungen auf diese Adresse verlangen oder die Zahlungaufforderung an eine andere Adresse mit der hier registrierten Adresse signieren. Wenn der Käufer/Verkäufer dies nicht kann/will, wurde sein Account vermutlich gehackt.

Es ehrt Dich, dass du nur Alterserscheinungen vorwirfst vermutest. Ich komme immer häufiger zu der Vermutung, dass das alles "kein Zufall" ist, auf dem Weg zum "gläsernen Menschen" (Oneworld, Chips im Körper, etc.) Theorie... FB geht da ja schon mit bezahltem alarmierendem Beispiel voran (ich wurde, wie einige andere wsl. auch "gebeten", meinen "nicht richtigen" Namen in meinen "richtigen zu ändern, Alternative: Ausschluss. Da ich auch erstmal nichts zu verheimlichen hatte, tat ich dies auch. Ich hab zwar immernoch nichts zu verheimlichen, wollte meinen Namen aber dennoch anschließend wieder ändern. Diese Option gibt es (für mich bei FB) aber nicht mehr. Da sollte man sich fragen: was hat FB wer hat etwas davon, alle User mit "ihren richtigen Namen" auszustatten?  |

Allerdings müsstest Du natürlich evtl. entstandene Gewinne aus dem LTC->ETH Tausch versteuern, sofern die LTC nicht auch ein Jahr gehalten wurden,

Beim steuerbefreiten Verkauf nach >1Jahr gibst Du die Trades/Gewinne ja ohnehin nirgends an, weils auch niemanden was angeht. Das ist schon klar aber ich gehe davon aus dass man in die Situation kommt die Haltedauer/Gewinn beweisen zu müssen. Mehr ist besser klar, die Frage ist wieviel ist zuwenig? Blockchain alleine kann manchmal nicht ausreichen. Also ich persönliche behalte A) meine eigene, händisch gepflegte Excel-Tabelle, die den "Einstieg" des FA-Beamten im Falle einer Nachfrage besser verständlich/übersichtlich/veranstaulicht) darstellt - und B) die CSV-Dateien vom 01.01. - 31.12.20XX von den Börsen, auf denen ich getrade habe, welche im Bedarfsfall (FA-Beamter hat meine Excel verstanden und möchte nun auch noch in die Tiefenprüfung) dann letzte Zweifel bereinigen sollten. Darüber hinaus wüsste ich nicht, was ein bestenfalls überengagierter FA-Beamter mit seinen 30 Minuten Bearbeitungsdauer (geraten) pro Fall noch recherchieren wollen könnte, aber das dürfte dann über die Blockchain machbar sein, falls das wirklich eintritt. |

You´re still wearing their Signature? They never really used the funds they collected to start working on their platform, for months there was no news, updates, only fake promises and lies. And then earlier this year they declared that they were going to shut the whole thing down. Though we know they never actually started doing any work, so there was nothing to shut down.  Well, just another scammy project, lets cross fingers that these wildwest-actions will find it much harder (it seems it does already) in future than it did until and including 2017. |

Ich habs im Laufe des Thread schon zwei dreimal geschrieben. Ich würde nie einen KYC für solche Kampagnen machen bzw. persönliche Daten rausrücken. In diversen Dark-Net Foren gibt es mittlerweile massenweise Datensätze von denen auf Nachfrage mittlerweile nicht mal mehr verheimlicht wird, dass sie aus Krypto-Aktionen stammen. Insbesondere Datensätze (Name, Adresse, Email, Telefonnummer, Ausweis- und Rechnungskopie) aus reichen Industrieländern wie D, GB, F oder USA bringen schon mal locker $10 pro Datensatz ein. Aber man bräuchte dazu nicht mal ins Darkweb gehen um mögliche Szenarien für den Missbrauch solcher Daten zu erahnen. Ein gutes Beispiel ist auch hier der Bereich " Invites & Accounts". Dort werden Hundertfach verifizierte Accounts jeglicher Couleur verkauft. Einerseits könnten die Accounts auf Hacks stammen, aber genauso gut ist es möglich (und sogar einfacher) Accounts mit falschen Daten zu eröffnen und zu verifizieren (meist reicht eine Ausweis- und Rechnungskopie bei vielen Anbietern schon). Welche krummen Geschäfte dann mit Accounts mit gefälschten Identitäten gemacht werden kann, ist nur zu erahnen. Noch ein Beispiel aus dem persönlichen Bereich, auch ein Grund wieso ich niemals einen KYC für solche Sachen machen würde. Vor einigen Jahren während des Poker-Booms hatte ich und ein damaliger Bekannter regelmäßig online gespielt. Er hatte das viel intensiver betrieben als ich, und er hatte sich auch bei mehreren Online-Poker-Anbieter registriert u.a. auch bei einem der hieß damals SunshinePoker oder so ähnlich mit Sitz in der Karibik. Um den hohen Einzahlungsbonus für neue Mitglieder zu erhalten musste er sich mit den üblichen Daten verifizieren. Er spielte dort dann auch regelmäßig und es gab keine Probleme. Monate später erhielt er eine Vorladung vor der Polizei wo er verdächtigt wurde in einem Betrug verwickelt zu sein. Und zwar hatte die portugiesische Polizei einen Antrag auf Ermittlungshilfe gestellt. Ein angeblich in Portugal lebender Deutscher hatte dort einen BMW 5er zum Kauf angeboten. Ein interessierter portugiesischer Händler hatte nach Aushändigung von Identitätspapieren (also Ausweis + aktuelle Rechnung zum Nachweis) eine Anzahlung von 12.000€ gemacht. Der Portugiese hat natürlich nie ein Auto gesehen und auch sein Geld war weg. Die ausgehändigten Identitätspapiere waren übrigens genau die die mein Bekannter Monate zuvor auf der Pokerseite hochlud. Er hatte damit einigen Ärger, kam aber letztlich glimpflich davon, als sich rausstellte, dass er damit nichts zu tun hatte. Ach krass, mit ein bisschen Phantasie, hätte man natürlich auf so ein Konstrukt kommen können, aber sehr interessant, mal ein "real-world-Beispiel" zu lesen. Danke dafür, Sinne sind wieder nachjustiert Du bist Legendary, warum versuchst du dich nicht eine BTC-Kampagne anzuschließen?

yes it's too late for that. tokens were burned "Too late" is just "too simple" for your side. It is never to late and if the team missed a clear and public release of the information about a deadline for a swap, than it is your chance obligation to find a way to resolve that issue for a handful of user that still have an interest in using and supporting your product(s) but got hit by burning the tokens that belong to those (us). f.e. the CEO (or whoever decided against transparency) might swap new tokens for old ones from his own wallet, it is rich enough.  I get the feeling we are talking about different topics? This post you use as proof of information doesn´t indicate any relation to a token-swap nor gives the reader any clear direction. Kind reminder I think they did mention this before but the not all was able to read it? Was it their fault? Because they should be sending emails about it right, which they did not. I have bounty tokens I have swapped but I haven't sold any of it because its value is even less than a dollar. It would just be a waste of gas. I and many other users read about the need to exchange bounty tokens for LHCoin on social networks, on the ICO website and many times in a telegram chat. An instruction has even been published on the ICO website. If so, why is it impossible for anybody to post an official link or a screenshot of the newsletter sent? I´ve done f.e. that translation and that way (possibly) helped the project-responsibles raising money during the ICO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2580134.msg26279981#msg26279981 and now stand around with worthless tokens in hand. I do sympathize somewhat -- you did put in a lot of work. But, they did uphold their end of the deal: they paid you in the bounty tokens owed for the work done. I'll be blunt: like others, including myself, that had bounty tokens of any amount, it was your responsibility to change them to full on L&H Coins in a timely manner. But, you basically sat on your butt and let things rest for a very long period of time, and are now surprised that the deadline for converting the bounty tokens has long since passed. You're trying to use whatever rules-lawyering you can to try to get them to exchange the tokens, despite them openly and blatantly saying it's too late and you've got a snowball's chance in hell of it occurring. It's your own fault. Accept that your mistake cost you the tokens, and if a similar situation occurs in the future (working in exchange for tokens, et cetera), don't waste them by sitting on your butt for months on end. Just move on. It ain't happening. Thanks for taking your time to try finally ending me claiming. A) I never sit on my butt for to long, in fact since January 2018 I´m in 2 jobs that take approx. 100 hrs/week. Personal choice, nothing to complain about. B) Of course I have to follow the projects myself. And even with a lack of time, I did and do that. Anyway when I am invested in project, which wants to be considered "professional" and path a way for themself, I rely on the "main-sources" of information. That said I am in the mailing-list of LH Crypto and receive regular updates. Since I never received an mail stating that I have to act. Not just that but also on SocialMedia I never found that sort of investor-info. And that´s the only thing I am asking for, a professional & clear statement that indicates I´ve missed te boat. Finde ich auch. Ich gebe in allen Formularen von irgendwelchen Firmen eine Fantasietelefonnummer oder auch Adresse an, wenn ich der Meinung bin das sie diese nicht brauchen und es trotzdem ein Pflichtfeld ist. Wenn es eine Bestätigungs-SMS gibt, funktioniert das natürlich nicht. Es gibt aber genug Firmen die einfach Daten sammeln, als Pflichtfelder, die sie absolut nicht benötigen. Mache ich auch so weiß meine alte Nummer noch auswendig obwoh es die schon ewig nicht mehr gibt, und zur Bestätigungs sms nehme ich die Firmennummer, aber Private bekommen nur ganz ganz wenige, klingt komisch aber ich in meinem mittleren Alter hab nicht einmal Whatsthat Mache ich auch so, habe allerdings on top noch eine "Wegwerf-Nummer" in einem Handy, dass ich für nix benutze und eh aus ist. Wenn ich es dann doch mal brauche, um ein "Pflichtfeld zu befriedigen" oder einen Authentification-Code zu empfangen, dann ist es dafür gut genug. Grundsätzlich würde aber auch ich meine "Hauptnummer" nirgens hinkleistern, wo ich sie nicht haben möchte. |

It is never to late and if the team missed a clear and public release of the information about a deadline for a swap, than it is your chance obligation to find a way to resolve that issue for a handful of user that still have an interest in using and supporting your product(s) but got hit by burning the tokens that belong to those (us). f.e. the CEO (or whoever decided against transparency) might swap new tokens for old ones from his own wallet, it is rich enough. I get the feeling we are talking about different topics? This post you use as proof of information doesn´t indicate any relation to a token-swap nor gives the reader any clear direction. Kind reminder I think they did mention this before but the not all was able to read it? Was it their fault? Because they should be sending emails about it right, which they did not. I have bounty tokens I have swapped but I haven't sold any of it because its value is even less than a dollar. It would just be a waste of gas. I and many other users read about the need to exchange bounty tokens for LHCoin on social networks, on the ICO website and many times in a telegram chat. An instruction has even been published on the ICO website. If so, why is it impossible for anybody to post an official link or a screenshot of the newsletter sent?
