Of course, it's not your problem. However, when the system doesn't have any 2FA - according to Kohloe's complain - to atleast stand a chance, then it's your problem. Not even email authorization for withdrawals or alerts? That's just downright callous and does not inspire confidence in the rest of the community.
Also, what I'd have expected at the very least is an investigation in Kohloe's claim to ascertain the truthfulness and establish the facts for the community. There's way too many shady ongoings in crypto and be default, the community will always err on the side of caution

They were not stolen from my wallet, they were stolen from your wallet.

Someone logged into my account and withdrawed the btc

- no 2FA
- no email confirmation for withdrawal
- no even email notification
- no fraud prevention
- no visible IP Address or visible btc withdrawal address (totally disguesed who logged in and where the btc were sent to)
- no help from your support yet

You offer 30% bonus to get new users with fresh btc you can scam to your plattform, but the budget for keeping users seems to be zero?


I sent bitcoints from my wallet to your wallet, using the login credentials you gave me - a unique ID number for your website and my password. The only one who knows the unique ID number is you.

Contract volumes changed

I am still waiting for your answer with a solution for the above mentioned issue as it is not acceptable that you did burn that does belong to somebody who put many hours (time is not growing on trees) into translations for your project to help raising the amount you did raise.

I could have accepted it when there would have been sufficient communications about the deadline, what is not the case here.

''Common-sense'' and practicality also apply. You had months to claim your tokens, and they left a generous window of time to allow people to do so.

Unless L&H Crypto feel kind enough to buy and send you the tokens, which they've basically said ''no'' to repeatedly, I suspect that you're out of luck, and it's pretty much your own fault for procrastinating to racing to the finishing line long after the race had already finished.

Don´t get me wrong, I am totally in line with "Who comes too late" has to see it as his own fault, no way around that.

But: For anybody being "too late" there is a need of a deadline, and that is the only thing I am asking for.

If there never was a deadline, then the window is open until a deadline is set.

So far nobody - neither you nor any of the officials - took the liberty to answer with any link to a suffiicient, official information about that sort of "deadline" that I have missed.

I am kind of "OK educated" and can not just read but also understand, what the answer was.

Anyway, since I am waiting for an answer to a quite simple question which is "Where are the official announcements/information about that sort of "deadline" that I have missed?"

The answer is yet to be given, thanks a lot for your understanding that I am pretty touched after I have put so many days of work for the translations as well as the moderation provided in time and with high quality, which potentially have helped raising funds.

In none of those 2 publications anything about a swap or a deadline for a swap is mentioned.

I did receive 14374 Coins on January 19th 2018 for all the translations I provided for your ICO.

Just need to get 14374 "real LH-Coins" for the useless LHBC it as it seems those LHBC became useless at a certain stage.

Correctly, Sir, the deadline "If you still have not received tokens to your wallet". But that is not the case for me, as I did receive tokens to my wallet - just useless ones. There is not a single info about that there is a "Swap", "Update" or "Get new tokens for old tokens".

It is never to late and if the team missed a clear and public release of the information about a deadline for a swap, than it is your chance obligation to find a way to resolve that issue for a handful of user that still have an interest in using and supporting your product(s) but got hit by burning the tokens that belong to those (us).

f.e. the CEO (or whoever decided against transparency) might swap new tokens for old ones from his own wallet, it is rich enough.
