I have not checked this KYC related information at Bittwatt site or cross platform. But I think it's necessary to do KYC. And if they want to make cross exchange big one then they should follow KYC, and AML guidelines. |

Nope you do not necessarily have to hold SEED token to be given airdrop however if you want double of the Airdrop you could get a 1000$ worth of SEED and you are qualified I think he means on the superbloom platform if you are holding seed token you are automatically a member and therefore you will be eligible for any airdrop of free tokens and other benefits. Yes, before you access the platform, you must purchase the token, which is a way of boosting the value of the token and their user interface of the portfolio management dashboard looks simple, which is good, also, there are benefits meant for holders of the token, about 10-20% of what they have in there portfolio, they have actually created ways to make this project sustainable It's seems to be better deal. I agree i am pretty sure they will reach hardcap easily now once they complete stage 5, stage 6 will be very easy to complete for them. I can not quite understand this line of thought, why should stage 6 easily sell out, only if Stage 5 is sold out once? I think 22 plants is a huge goal theirs no stopping them from pulling it off but I think should be excited for getting the project off the ground with the initial plants as that’s already a huge win for the project I think
Yeah, that was their conservative goal as well. There was a similar company that went from 1 - 60 plants in that timescale. Pretty interesting, I'll be ecstatic if they can have 22 power plants, the KWATT token price would rocket if the amount of electricity that would be produced 22 plants  ? This is true? How they will operate this such big project in-future? I mean they are thinking to about recruiting new employees in future? I also heard about the 22 power plants. I think that they will expand if it is going well with the other power plants first. They will of course hire some new employees when the time is right to support the power plants. I understand where they are coming from and it's quite good... Make the platform accustomed to Vanig or fiat and with time integrate other payment features, so customers gets to know dealing in Vanig is basically with Vanig token... Nice initiate it also makes a constant demand for the vanig tokens if they are the only way of buying from the site, that's always good. Exactly why keying in now is a better option because since there is a plan to run Vanig platform on Vanig token, making the token the most important fuel in their ecosystem, it sure promises to increase in value most certainly.... Im glad to hear it, I was a bit concerned hearing just VANIG tokens accepted, but I did think they would roll it out shortly. I guess it's good to test the product before it even gets rolled out to prevent bugs I was also concerned when i heard just vanig tokens will be available but i was later meant to know this will actually drive the demand for vanig tokens increasing the value for it... So both holder and vanig wins. I have one question here. I ma expecting Vanig tokens price to fluctuate frequently as people will be doing trading in this token. So the price of products will also change frequently? I think they just will bind product prices to fiat and the prices in tokens will be calculated on the moment of payment. Also, here is an answer from Vanig Co-Founder in telegram group: we are planning to explore the two token approach, so that Vanig tokens being used in ecommerce platform will be used solely for commerce platform and vanig rewards app and the second tokens will be used for exchanges to help on volatility for the Vanig platform That makes sense. It wouldn't be good to have fixed prices in tokens. Maybe later on but the volatility of cryptocurrencies is still too high in my opinion. I agree. What was the early ico price ? I once read that the price was rised after a certain time. What was it in the beginning of the ICO ?
That's correct. Price was increased as step by step. Now once sale will start then token price will be 2USD(1Kwatt ≈ 2.00 USD). I am not sure exactly remembered but beginning price was 0.75$. It should be 1$ if my memory serves me right it's currently at 1.75$ before July 3 days pre-listing Telegram add a friend bounty still ongoing, another means of amassing a lot of token for oneself  It actually started originally at $0.50, so those who got in super early are loving life now lol. Do you still know roughly how many tokens were sold for $0.50? Because that's quite a big bonus compared to the price now in the upcoming prelisting sale. Wow.. Those who bought earlier are now dancing to the moon. Compare that price to the 2usd meant for the 3 days pre-listing that's a lot of profit. Hope this won't affect the price of kwatt token once they get listed due to dumping from early investors? People now also can buy in pre-listing sale. I agree it's expensive compared to start of ICO price. But now 4new have added two power plants so it's less risky compare to start of the ICO. I agree. Gifcoin has managed to remain relevant all through the ICO even up till now... I really want to understand the affliate system being planned... Is it for Gifcoin as a product? Or buff88? A better understanding will be appreciated it's going to be for buff88 I assume. All betting websites have affiliate services where if you bring in customers you get a % of what they bet as 'Free' bets, from a previous post it looks like it's going to be a good deal at 10%. if many assumptions would be buff88 with affiliates getting% of what they bet I think it's great for initial marketing so it can attract more users for more. Of course it should, the basic thing is the softcap which have been reached, it means whatever they need for the development of the project has beh attained, hardcap is giving it more power to achieve much more... You get it? Oh yes, I get that! It's just I've seen some really promising projects not go ahead before when they haven't hit hard cap! That is weird. Usually, like Nathan01 said, only the softcap matters. The amount of the softcap is calculated that as soon as the project reaches it, the ICO is considered successful and they have enough funds to develop their product. A hardcap is often just in place to limit the funding process. Thinking about it, the couple of times I have seen it, those projects were relatively low key start ups to be fair who had solid concepts etc but maybe too ambitious for their size and capital. It may well be that they moved the goalposts so to speak. As mentioned, a softcap is the key and i'm probably being paranoid with the hardcap haha. They still have phase 4 of the ICO now so hopefully they reach the hardcap as well. They've hit their softcap which is the minimum funds needs for the project to launch, so yeah they'll be going ahead, the hardcap was only a little more ($5mill?) than their softcap. The Bittwatt Coin Sale Goal is the equivalent of $30,400,000.00. The minimum funding goal is the equivalent of $25,300,000.00 (soft cap). Not sure what the hardcap figure is, but from the ico fund raiser looks to be around 90% so I have no doubt hardcap will be hit within the last 10/11 days Even though there is no bonus anymore, I am also confident that they can reach their hardcap in the remaining days. But even if they don't reach it, the ICO is already a complete success and they have raised enough money to build the platform. Bonus is finished? I don't see the bonus info at token sale process bar as it was there till yesterday. However still phase 3 token sale is going on and for phase 3 I see 10% bonus. Now it's confusing if bonus is there or not. |

I just took a quick look at their Whitepaper. Sounds really interesting. Just one thing I don't totally understand. The platform is built on Stellar but the tokens are on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC20)?
You are right the whitepaper and the project looks very promising. What I found on page 16 " SEED is a standard ERC-20 utility token. By holding SEED on the Superbloom platform, you are considered a member. Members have the ability to read due diligence and purchase tokens from our pipeline of projects." From what I understand, you need SEED to get access to the platform. I'm yet to get the whitepaper despite my registration already, what am I doing wrong? I signed up with my email address since yesterday Surprisingly me too, i can only view the whitepaper on my browser but there's no way of downloading it for easier access. Maybe i would try it again on another browser and see the outcome. You can actually download the whitepaper but you will have to enter your Emil address. I don't know why they choose to make downloading their whitepaper a bit hard. I have similar issues, I have done the registration with my email, I'm yet to receive a confirmation and I also checked my spam for their reply but I still haven't gotten any. Whitepaper should be accessible without registration I think. I will be interested to receive more information over email if I like the project itself and for that acees to whitepaper is needed. |

I see that this project has a short roadmap that is not going to be taking long to complete. I like that, because some on some projects it will take a few years to start their project.
I can imagine.. The project isn't actually a complicated one that can take too long to implement and after the implementation the roadmap will be reviewed to come up with a new one to plan for the future after implementation. I would say it's a pretty complex project with the system that is in place creating a honeypot which will be used to identify hackers and the way they attack BitFence device is most important thing of this project. And I already saw the pictures of the product so it seems very soon we will see the demo of that device. |

Vanig and FIAT both enough I think for initial stage. Most of the transaction will be done using Vanig tokens only I think. Rewards and cashback will be in Vanig tokens. Is there any discount if you pay with VANIG Tokens instead of Fiat? because then a lot of people would want to buy their product with their Tokens. That's a good question. Finally, you get paid the reward in tokens. I think it would be a good idea if you only get it when you pay in tokens. That would be good for the price of the token and therefore good for us investors You will have a lot of advantages if you pay with Vanig Token. On page 23 of the whitepaper you have table, there is a comparison between other companies and Vanig platform. The fees on Vanig platform are splitted in fiat and Vanig Token payment. That would be great, we would see a natural growth in a snowball effect; whereby everyone is adopting the method due to the amount it can save on overall fees providing a lower cost to the end user I never really realized amazon's internal fees were that high, i think its mostly due to they beat up the manufacturers to give low costs so they seem low cost to the buyers, a smaller fee structure would release some of the pressure from the manufacturer and vendor side, and maintain good charges for the buyer side of the transaction. Paying using Vanig tokens will be always good. But there is possibility that all people buying products from Vanig platform will have access (or comfortable using crypto) to crypto currency so the added Fiat option. |

That's right, before investing in a particular project you should study all the documents of the draft, this will significantly reduce the risks. Yes, i was actually going through the whitepaper and i noticed that the first version of the platform was launched in Macau China earlier this year, so that means they already have a working platform, now this is getting interesting, so it simply means that the prime objective of this project is basically to raise funds for the accomplishment of an already working platform Thats good. This project is looking more interesting than I first thought. It's very big taks to go through all documents of new ICO if you want to buy something. But it's good now we will be able to take some professional help. |

Yes, I also think that it's been a long time for a project like Bittwatt. I'm really looking forward to finally being able to use my self-produced stream on a simple exchange I agree. Best thing is that more and more energy generated using natural resources (like solar and wind ) will come into use. Using Bittwatt platform more and more individual will be able to sell energy. Maybe I'm a bit too naive. but if then each user can generate and sell electricity himself, that is an incentive to build many solar panels. maybe this will help reduce CO2 and stop climate change. But maybe I'm just a dreamer That may not be possible in current situation, but whoever is participating in general green n clean energy will be helping CO2 emissions at some level. |

I read on the Bitfence site that you can pay with ETH, BTC, LTC, DASH in order to get coins, but if you pay with LTC will you get the coins also immediately or is that only if you pay with ETH ?
Good question I don’t see why it would be different between the various coins I’d imagine they would just rely on transaction confirmations before issuing the new tokens I think since Bitfence is using the ethereum network then it's only normal to get a faster confirmation and Token issuing since it's still within same infrastructure, however I can't really establish the condition for ltc I know some other projects that also pay nearly instantly when you pay with ETH, and they also use Ethereum network. It would be awesome if it also worked with the other payment coins. I am also not sure but I have seen few projects delaying tokens distribution if payment is done using fiat currency. But we should ask this question in telegram channel to get confirmation. It does not matter if some of us receive them a little bit later because at the end you will receive your Tokens anyway so just have patience. The longer you hold them the more potential profit you will have in my opinion, atleast wait until Bitfence has grown further and with the coin naturally growing in value due to demand aswell Even though I am thinking of holding this token for longer periods of time I would still like to see token in my wallet as soon as possible. From what i have read on the Gifcoin telegram channel, this is the final extension of the ICO, and it will end on 12 June. Also, they don't plan to be listed on exchanges until the first dividends will be paid( December), so when they get listed the price of the coin will have a bigger price, as everyone will see how big the dividends will be.
However, on their website it is written that "We are negotiating with the largest cryptocurrency exchanges to feature GIFcoin after the ICO has finished."  That's why I say we should wait for an official statement before we discuss it here. I have not read anything like this before, so I continue to assume that there will be a listing right after the ICO I also did not read anything about this, but this being the final extension is maybe true, because you can't extend it forever, and gifcoin is going right now to the hardcap. If that's true, I want my Ethereum back. It's too long a wait.. From the very beginning there was no information about such a long listing on exchanges. I don't think there will be another extension to be honest, no way; will put investors off and it would appear we are very close to the hardcap I don't think that they extend the ICO again. They want to gain more money and after the release of the new Buff88 website it is legit to prolong the ICO for one month. Not only was it a new release of the new engine / GUI "Buff88" but the crypto market was crashing so I think it was a good decision to extend it the once and it has shown it was a good decision. Softcap been smashed, so regardless of hardcap project is looking good and has the required funds Both of you have valid points. But confusion/questions are coming because GIF team already done this twice. And all such cases should have been considered earlier when first time they extended this ICO. I hope they don't go beyond this date now. |

That is a reasonable expansion plan given they were able to pull 2 plants so far. If they 2 plants break even expansion would not be a problem. I think it would all down to the available funds to actually start those otherwise it going to take longer until the business is sustainable.
The concept is solid, its just for them to maintain the cash flow and reinvestment plan to expand additional plants, i'd like to see them modernize the plants as they go along for the plants they buy instead of build as i'd imagine they aren't exactly the most modern platforms, can't wait to see some videos with the plants flying the 4new logo big and bold. Are they really buying all the plants? I don't know how much you have to pay for a working waste-to-energy plant but I can imagine it to be quite a lot. Maybe partnerships with other plant-operating companies could be a cheaper solution? To my knowdledve their purchasing them, that’s why it’s 2 to start that’s what they budgeted for and the. Eventually they will reinvest from the first plants to expand the number of plants that they have to grow the business as part of the reinvestments Okay, I see. Owning the plants definitely has its benefits, too. I am just wondering how they will manage to have enough money to buy up to 22 more plants in the future. Will they reinvest their part of the profit from the first 2 (3) plants completely into new plants? That's what I asked myself when I heard about it. 22 power plants are a lot, maybe they rent in which one? I'll have to see if there's any specific information anywhere. Yup, two plants already producing 10 MW of energy together, with plans for 22 plants in total in the next 5 years! 22 power plants in the next 5 years? you must be kidding! And in all there should be mining farms? These must be unimaginable hashrates, and we ICO investors are going to earn us golden noses! (if there is this proverb in English) Really? 22 more power plants are planned? But these won't be all new plants but partnerships with already operating ones, right? Do we already know the locations these "22 plants" are going to be? in the UK? or in EU that would give us a lot of profit. Probably most of them will be in UK, because they will be starting there first, and then i hope that they will extend it to other countries as well. Extension to other countries is a sure thing but they need to gain balance and a rock hard foundation before doing such, it will take some years because as a new project, they need to recuperate their expenses, take care of investors and satisfy the needs of consumers, once the stated targets has been achieved, 4NEW can be termed successful and the migration to other countries or areas can begin 4NEW planned to build 22 power plants in next 5 years?
