@jakelyson It was how many had thought it was going to end, with a Max win. Thought it was going to go by knock out since I had it not going the distance. I completely missed the second round and after coming back from watching F1 qualifying for abit once a red flag stopped the race returned to the TKZ fight seen the highlights. Sung Jung went down, TWICE. First knocked down then almost choked out. But somehow he survived Holloway onslaught. That was the most exciting part of the fight for me. @cabron The way the Korean Zombie went out was a rememberable for certain and the UFC did him well in the send off: Here is the UFC clip of his retirement and it was quite good: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sdLSW84AW5MPost fight interview: The Korean Zombie Octagon Interview | UFC Singapore - RETIREMENT FIGHThttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4vgb4KgijU

^^ Even for the very first fight of the prelims the crowd are cheering for the Korean fighter SeungWoo Choi after every punch or kick he throws. So you definitely know they will be on TKZ side when he steps up against Max Holloway in about 4 hours from now. This card will be over before it is breakfast time in North American's timezone. The FIBA matches are at around the same time being in the exact same ASEAN countries UTC+08:00.

I do not think that Messi went to MLS to have some sort of difficulty, is there a reason for it? I mean he went there by getting paid a lot from the revenue, which means that he wanted to have fun and make some money.
Of course he did it to make alot of money. He knows he can still play at his peak performance so why not make himself paid higher than another player in football while cementing himself as the goat of the sport. https://www.sportico.com/personalities/athletes/2023/lionel-messi-career-earnings-billion-mls-1234730823And of course wanting to build on his legacy wouldn't hurt either. Aside from making $1.6 billion in earnings over his career so to surpass Ronaldo is for his own achievement.

@notblox1 and @owengtam09 Those are some good observations and predictions for how the main event is going to go. Korean Zombie has said this will be his last fight. But what happens if he wins? Go out on a high note just like Lawler did for his retirement fight? I just don't buy it. There was some talk amongst the podcast crew over at MMAFightingonSBN earlier today and they are guessing if he does pull off the major upset (KZ @5.60 last I checked) then he could continue on and fight Dustin Poirier. That would be a better way to end a career instead of losing on another aging fighter like Max Holloway. As for the fight going the distance, I chose for it to be over before that happens with my fight acca for this weekend in Singapore: Here are the odds and all markets available for this fight night on the 26th: https://sportsbet.io/sports/mma/ufc/ufc-fight-night-holloway-vs-the-korean-zombie/matches

To those who are fans of basketball here, ready your money because the FIBA Basketball World Cup is starting in 1 day and 17 hours. Here is the schedule of the August 25 games.
Angola versus Italy - Playing in Manila, PH. Italy is the favorite in their group. Finland versus Australia - Playing in Okinawa, Japan. The Boomers are the favorite but I think Finland should not be underestimated. Mexico versus Montenegro - Manila, PH. Montenegro is the heavy favorite. Latvia versus Lebanon - Jakarta, Indonesia. Latvia is a heavy favorite too. Dominican Republic versus Philippines Manila, PH. Dominican Republic favorite at 1.19. Well, they now have Karl-Anthony Towns. Germany versus Japan Okinawa, Japan. Germany is at 1.02 odds. Egypt versus Lithuania Manila, PH. I am betting for Lithuania here. Canada versus France Jakarta, Indonesia. Now this one will be a good game. Canada @1.96 and France @1.80
Let's enjoy the games and win some bets.
Let us enjoy day one of the world basketball beginning on the 25th! Put in my bets for the first games of this FIBA tournament earlier today. Have them all as combo bets because the favorites ML are quite low for the odds.

The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 will be opening tomorrow. You can check the schedules on the link provided below: https://www.fiba.basketball/basketballworldcup/2023/gamesI have a question: Does anyone here know if there's a site that will stream all the games? Or is there a subscription similar to the NBA League Pass, so we can easily watch the games we'd like to see? Additionally, I've heard that some sites like Stake offer live streaming on their platform. Do they also cover this event? Looking forward for the tournament to start and seeing the schedule for the opening matches look good for bettors. The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 will be opening tomorrow. Arenaplus(local casino) offers live game broadcast on matches as official partner of Fiba in PH. I’m not sure on other games in other country but you can check your local cable provider for a pay per view subscription since our local cable channel offer this kind of subscription.
I place a bet for Philippines as support for tomorrow’s game against Dominican Republic, I knew that KAT is playing with the opponent team tomorrow but I have high hopes that PH will manage to secure him down since we have many pesky players who can defend annoyingly against KAT. I’m also tempted on 4.0 odds. Anyone here with me with this suicide bet? Seen the odds for one of host nations and it does look one sided. Don't know if the odds have risen but they were @5.70x for the Philippines to win against the Dominican Republic when I checked them earlier today. You can see them here before the matches begin: https://sportsbet.io/sports/basketball/international/fiba-world-championship/matchesAtleast their game is around the same time tomorrow for me to catch it.

Messi again making look all easy and achievable for everyone. Aside of football, he seems much happier than before in PSG, also he said this and his family seems much happier, and we already know what he can achieve in a good mood.
Reminds me of a fictional football club in that tv show about a football team who gets by chance the biggest player in the world to sign with their team and they rocket from last place of the table all the way to the top three. If Messi can get this Inter Miami team from the rest of the season to winning the championship at the end, it would be a story made of such things from fiction.

^^ De Jong did score but a draw ending 2-2 in yesterday Ranger vs PSV match of the day. So goes the UEFA champions league. Trying out something with an acca today with mixing up tennis and baseball, so will see how it works out without any football for today. US Open early draws have begun: https://sportsbet.io/sports/tennis/atp/us-open-men-singles/matches

Had recently found out basketball is biggest sport to the country of the Philippines so hosting something like this is very important and the article linked from @Baofeng goes to show it to be true. If the government can suspend work and schools for the metro area in Manila making it basically a national holiday says it all. Didn't realize Jordan Clarkson was representing the Philippines. Joining Kai Sotto as ambassadors of the country for the NBA players association. Very nice!

Here is an advertisement from the language on the banner could be in China on a BTC atm of Elon and his favorite coin, Doge. source: https://mashable.com/article/tesla-bitcoin-dogecoinBut it is speculated he had sold most of one or all of his companies bitcoins in recent months. One can only take a guess at this point in time as his X platform is wanting to come up with a payment system of their own. But which cryptocurrency will they eventually choose? Could be they will end up doing what paypal has done and come up with their own stablecoin and use this instead.

Yes @YuginKadoya watched the videos about how Cejudo was giving Aljamain advice on how to fight Suga Sean. Which I found rather hilarious because in a later video by the same creator on his youtube channel explained how they both had a gameplan for beating him, but they both failed to capitalize on it and got beat themselves.
Anyways, it seems that reality is beginning to set-in for Aljo and he will be moving weight classes and Suga already said he has no interest in fighting him anytime in the near future. He has his own plans and is looking to advance his career and not have others dictate on what he should do. Hence the shout out to go boxing next. O'Malley already has one boxing match under his belt back when he first started his journey into fighting professionally.
Next we have the UFC going to Singapore for Fight Night 225.

- IT'S FUD! FUD!! FUD is to blame! of course, with 90% not even knowing what the acronym stands for. - Then it's a single culprit, obviously, someone who criticizes Bitcoin, a simple handy scapegoat is needed! Musk! Buffett! - the last stage obviously's the evil gubbermint! Forgetting that for months before every single one of them was laughing at how the evil governments are not able to hurt Bitcoin, now when they see only red candles it's the same impotent government that is somehow not that impotent anymore! I wonder why would a space company like SpaceX own Bitcoins. What's the point? Space companies are supposed to build rockets, not trade on the cryptocurrency markets. Anyway, the trading volumes on the crypto markets were decreasing, there was little to no demand for BTC and many traders decided to sell. When there's big supply and low demand, the price does down. I also assume that the price drop triggered some stop loss orders, which sold more BTC automatically, which caused the price to go down even further. It's not like we've never seen this happening before in the Bitcoin market. The bad news coming the Chinese economy and the Blackrock Bitcoin ETF decision getting postponed also have a small impact over the BTC price. There's no reason for drama here. They should more likely be holding doge coin since the whole community for this altcoin are always mentioning 'To the moon!' if you ever go to their reddit or twitter channel or feeds. Sending any sort of amount on a hardware wallet along on one of their rocketships would be more or less be pointless. It will be as a publicity stunt. Nothing more.

^^ So from the sounds of it you have a plan set out if this ever happened to you. Most don't even think of it since they think they are not lucky enough, but one never knows when lady luck comes. They are not prepared and are punished for it.
Can see this occurring to those who are least expecting it. They of course are caught off guard, do not know what to do in this situation and eventually panic. Having good money management skills when and if this happens is your best defense against such a syndrome.

The Gamers8 tournament ended earlier today after Vitality edged out ENCE in the decider map. I thought this would be ENCE's series to win because they looked clean throughout the tournament compared to Vitality, but Zywoo went ham after they lost the first map. The LCK playoffs also finished with Gen G sweeping T1 in the grand finals. I would've thought it'll be a 3-2 win by Gen G, but T1 looked like a different team in this series. Azure Ray is already waiting for the Finals. They will face either Team Zero or a rematch of the upper bracket finals, Xtreme Gaming.
I'm rooting for Xtreme Gaming to win the lower bracket finals, so we'd have decent odds for the grand finals. This has got to be the shortest tournament of any of counterstrike's matches to be notable enough to be held professionally, am I right? Only managed to take note of maybe 5 matches and wagered on only about 3 of them intotal. But it goes on the teams record which were involved, so it was good for Team Vitality I guess. Next one the Blast Premier Fall series? Remember watching the qualifiers a couple of weeks ago for that one being held in Copenhagen.
