Please only send funds from the wallet you fully control. I will require signed confirmation message or proof of payment from all buyers to release escrow. Don't use exchange sites, offchain wallets like coinbase.
The fine print: This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org. As a Escrow I am only here to make sure you get your H2O coins. I don't take reponsibility of other promises from developers, this includes donation to NGO's. The escrow holder, escrow.ms, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of. The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.
Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction. I am imposing a fixed and nonrefundable fee of 1% for this transaction, which will be paid to 1nPfxnncZqWvVP4UHT6XLfNzfaik7akQS after IPO will be closed.

Just wanted to warn everyone that do not download anything from random mails.
Not to be a dick, but isnt this common sense? Yes but newbies still do mistakes and download things specially when it's not an exe.

Someone is sending mails with watch only address in attachments. I am not sure about the email content but one of my client lost 0.5 BTC due to mistake. He have downloaded attachment file some time ago and completely forgot about that, today when blockchain.info was down he downloaded electrum and thought to import keys, by mistake he imported "hackers" wallet. He didn't knew about "watch only address" feature and ignored it. He bought bitcoins from me and I sent him funds on this address 1MLk8Hc8tJMaEih7T5jQ3H2jNy1w1mjdKy, few minutes later payment was forwarded to 15BHe7Lbi9BfjY2qvkC6DBSWXMowXiGBZh automatically after it reached 1 confirmation. Not sure how but he have stolen many bitcoins from users. http://blockr.io/address/info/15BHe7Lbi9BfjY2qvkC6DBSWXMowXiGBZh Balance 69.49450923 BTC Total received 137.43115554 BTC I will update this thread soon with email content and more details. Just wanted to warn everyone that do not download anything from random mails.

Well, It's funny that 1$ increase in LTC is a "skyrocket" and 10-12$ drop in BTC is crash for people these days.

Only American credit card will work on that site as they don't accept registrations from other countries.

Sorry Stelios I don't think so. This is sort of what blockchain tries to do but you are still at some risk of them disappearing one day. It's worth noting that inputs.io which was commented on early in the tread did fail though Tradefortress did repay some coins to people.
As the blockchain grows bigger and bigger this is an increasing issue for bitcoin.
Good Luck!
Thank you for the prompt reply galbros. It would be interesting if something like that existed, i don't think its hard to do but I guess its better for the network itself, if a copy of it is existing at any node . Anyways we will how things evolve ! It's already available https://electrum.org/
