1001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Question for all on: January 21, 2018, 10:32:37 PM
You can't make a mistype bit I know you never Kent this. You could copy and paste the wrong address or have a virus that when you waste it posts an address owned by the virus creator. I once had that. Nasty business. Always check your address 5x or even 100x because once it's sent that's it no retakes no nothing.

Like any good engineer would tell you. Measure 100x but only cut once.
1002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving is not safe on: January 21, 2018, 10:28:22 PM
I think Bitcoins saving is quite risky, because compared to other forms of investment such as gold or dollars, cryptocurrency is more risky because the possibility being hacked is so high, we could be stolen bitcoin or the ability the network system attacked, you lost all bitcoin in the second. In addition, fluctuations in bitcoin price are highly impacted by the market so investment in bitcoin is unsafe solution. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Then piss off. None wants a 4 activity noob around. You don't even understand the basics, you talking about the actual network being attacked that means you don't understand Bitcoin. If Yu don't understand Bitcoin nor think it's good to invest in it then why are you here exactly? What's the point of your post?

Please enlighten us all and tell us what a good investment looks like. Since you clearly an expert.

Lol. Clearly, you do not know sht about what you are talkiing about. Study about the crypto currencies you like and how they work. This is the most important thing for beginners like you so you would be able to spend lots of  time in learning?. Now., If you had only done even a bit research you would have realized that bitcoin is just too damn secure compared to others.  And you will understand.

Agreed!!
1003  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China cracking down on bitcoin on: January 21, 2018, 10:25:41 PM
Honeswho cares about China anyway. Let them do their own thing and ruin their own country and leave us a ut if it. If anything china is bad for us when it comes to Bitcoin. Having them out the picture is a good thing bit a bad thing. So bitcoin drops in value so what? It's more easy to mine if China shutdown Bitcoin mines so we well get more bitcoins rather then china have them. So it doesn't matter it all works out as a ratio of Bitcoin vs value. We will just but China's bitcoins from them.
1004  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Faucet on: January 21, 2018, 08:26:51 PM
well i dont usually play with faucet but the casino site i've been staying for a quite while doesnt increase your faucet if you have higher "Total Wagered" so im finding provably fair site that gives justifiable amount of faucet when you get bust  Grin Grin

The only crypto gambling sites I know that gives out satoshi dependent on your wagering session are 999dice and Bitcoinrush. 999 has their own reputation, so do your due diligence, but the "rain" system there distributes one of the 5 supported crypto, depending on how much you wagered in one session. It's not exact, so I can't tell the specifics, although it tends to be a bit more generous if you have losses. Bitcoinrush returns you a small amount of your wager (win or lose) as cashback with no wager requirements, on the next day. Not a faucet of course, but fits your requirement?

As you'll read from most comments here, there are good sites with good faucets - but in general, the bigger faucets are rewards for player loyalty. And in general, players who are loyal long enough (or wager enough, really) to reach those faucets... don't need them. Faucets are really there to kill time when you're waiting for a new deposit.

I agree with this. Normally you have to wager over 1 BTC (and in some cases over 10 BTC) to have the right to claim something bigger than 100 satoshis from the faucet. Like people say in this thread it's a waste of time because your chances to win anything bigger than $1 are close to zero. But on the other hand it's a good opportunity to try your strategies to see that they always fail in the long run. It's pity that gamblers rarely use that opportunity and start playing with their money right away, losing in most cases.

I agree. It's pretty pointless. It never use to be though when Bitcoin was low in value like under 3k. Fees were so low so it made sense. Now it's pointless. I think sites should take Bitcoin faucets away and replace them will altcoin faucets only since they make much more sense. Also will boost altcoins so I really wish people would do it more.
1005  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: January 21, 2018, 08:23:33 PM
I use nocoin to keep those sites from running mining in my browser. It's super common these days, especially on crypto faucets.

Thanks. That's actually nice software to monitor different sites as well. Thanks  I never knew about it.

This week's lottery winner only had 60 tickets, and won more than 0.9 btc. One more example of a lucky player, and how useless it is to buy tickets.
I also felt it is very hard to explain the lottery results, sometimes I did bought a huge amount of lottery tickets to try out my luck, but it seems I still don't have the luck to win the lottery yet, I really envy the users who are able to snipe the big lottery prize with just a few lottery tickets, it really needs huge luck for that to happen.

Is it still only $200??? Should be more since Bitcoin is way up since then. I don't know why people even okay there I guess because it's free.

I woldn't say that it is useless to buy ticket, more ticket you buy higher your chance is to win this lottery. It doesn't mean free players or player who buy few tickets can't win, just odds for that are really slim. I mean, how many players have actually won with low number of tickets? Look at his ID from post above, you really need all luck in the world to win without buying tickets.

I would say is pretty much useless because buying tickets because your odds are still too low to win the lottery and no matter if you buy just few or you buy a lot of tickets, you are actually doing an EV- movement. If you only play with the free tickets, maths are in your favor (EV+).

Apart from that, I had some positive variance yesterday, I won two fourth prices (numbers 9986 - 9993) in few hours:

Rather out your money invested in Yolodice instead. Better returns.
1006  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China cracking down on bitcoin on: January 21, 2018, 08:14:57 PM
People please realize china is a communist country and as such should never be taken seriously. This is just shit news. You can't crack down on things like this. Where there is a lot of money there is alot of power protecting that money. Besides think of it as a good thing. People always moan that China has a massive advantage and they can't compete well if the stop minig in China that is good for miners in outher parts of the word since china get the miners first and have cheap electricity while the rest of the world waits for the next shipment of miners.

A good trader sees the good in every situation no matter how bad.
1007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin be in a bubble? on: January 21, 2018, 07:12:18 PM
Bubble bubble twirlin trouble. xD What's this obsession clueless people have with bubbles? You never had enough bubbles in your bubble bath as a kid or something? Calling Bitcoin a bubble is just fail. Very simplistic thinking. If Bitcoin is a bubble it's not just one bubble and it can't be because it's decentralized so if you must talk about bubbles then Bitcoin is millions of bubbles. Try pop them it's fun to watch.
1008  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see 20k+ again? on: January 21, 2018, 12:00:21 AM
For now, I think the price of BTC is unable to return to 20,000 US dollars, because the sharp drop in BTC prices, which has hit the confidence of investors, it will take a long time to recover. But I think in March 2018 may be close to 20,000 US dollars price.

I will wait for the good come back of bitcoin this year.  I hope that this March 2018 is the good one and finally  reach again at $20,000.

I also think it will go back up at the end of February beginning of March. All these people are just silly and lose their head over nothing. Always thinking Bitcoin will die. If that's how they feel they should just leave.

Always talking about bubbles that people are insane and are obsessed with bubbles. It won't even take long to recover give it a month or so and it will. I just know so.
1009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Ponzi scheme? on: January 20, 2018, 11:48:13 PM
Yes you are right. Bitcoin is decentralized and has no central authority. For a ponzi to work you need to have a central controlled fund that the scammer controls. Everything is in the scammers hands until they decide they want to run and the ponzI is very and then collapses. Bitcoin can't collapse and become useless like that because there is no central authority that gives it it's value but rather an open market.
1010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC to accept Bitcoin! on: January 20, 2018, 11:45:38 PM
McDonald's already said they would accept Bitcoin and they haven't yet so what makes this any more likely to change.

It's definitely high and don't expect a low fee because we knew that the fee is high yet have a slow confirmation. The fee maybe range at the half of the price of chicken bucket. Grin Would you still gonna use your bitcoin to buy? Nah, I don't think so and personally I just save my bitcoin rather than use it.

Hopefully the lightning network will solve these problems and people will be able to make small purchases again. This doesn't mean they can't accot other coins. They should make their own coin I think. KFCcoin.
1011  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices dropped, should you buy? on: January 20, 2018, 11:39:55 PM
Yes be is a good time to buy and I hope you did because I just went and looked and bitcon went up by 15% recently and is sitting at a good price now and I believe we will just see it go up even more then that. I knew bitcoin would recover so now is the time to buy and take advantage of it.
1012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: January 20, 2018, 07:25:16 PM
i think it is, because in the year 2011 you can buy a Bitcoin for only 4$ and if you buy 100 Bitcoin before and you still have it now , then you are a millionaire , and if you buy bitcoin now it's late, because the price of BTC now is expensive
 Cry Cry Cry Cry

That's not true. I mean sure we missed the best opportunity when we never mined early but if we were all mining Bitcoin would not have been as cheap as it was when it was first released. People started using it and then it went up. It is still fairly early and there is plenty of room for bitcoin to grow. There are so few people that use Bitcoin among the many we walk passed everyday or see in the shops or markets. Online there are many Bitcoin users but that is because it's collective from people all over the globe. Look around you. These are potential investors. Bitcoin could grow to a crazy amount in the future. Noone knows. I just believe.
1013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the house always win???? on: January 20, 2018, 01:20:00 AM
There really is no "best" way to win against the house. You should not really think that way you should play for fun and try build up a winning streak and if it's life changing you can stop. The problem with most people is that they get to greedy and don't know when to stop. Learning when to stop is what gambling is all about. How much are you willing to lose and far are you willing to go to get the prize.
1014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Cryptocurrency on: January 18, 2018, 11:20:47 PM
When you pick a coin to invest in you need to weigh out it's odds against other currencies and choose which one is good for you based in how much you can afford to invest and what sort of investment you are looking for. Is it long term or short term and what do you want out of it? Do you want to invest and forget or keep an eye on it daily? Some currency is more volitile then others because of inflation and things like that. Sometime a POS coin can be easier to predict depending on how involved you are with the coin and project. So it pays to be involved.
1015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is making this world a better place? on: January 18, 2018, 11:15:57 PM
I think it does because it goes against the traditional way of making money. It opens up a whole new world of careers in technology and since Bitcoin is the cutting edge of technology we are at the forefront of the new economy and Bitcoin is the new economic power. I'm glad to he apart of it and more and more people are realising this each and every day.
1016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Segwit reduce transaction fees? on: January 18, 2018, 09:39:27 PM
For me I noted a small reduction in fees using SigWit. Not much though. I hear up to 80% off more like the other way around so it's 80% of total cost. I manage to get 30% off normal method. Oh well it's money saved. Money saved is money earned especially when that money is bitcoins.
1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dips Are good For Crypto on: January 18, 2018, 08:31:16 PM
These dips are good for two reasons

It allows people who haven't invested yet to invest

It brings awareness to the market, growing the potential investors

3. It removes the panic sellers(or weak hands) that posts "omg is bitcoin dead??" or something along those lines on whatever websites from the markets. Seriously, those people. *sigh*

Oh you mean the none believing heathens I'm with you in that. I'm not even worried. It's not even a thing.

You have to be patient and that who are not will never win. It is scary and fear does Sino in but we must not out it take control. My faith in bitcoin out weighs my fears.

Bitcoin forever!!!
1018  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: January 18, 2018, 08:22:02 PM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that

I really how you did for this because if you did you would have made a cool 25% so well done. Actually right now is one of the best times to buy. All these people who are sad they missed out now have another chance. Bitcoin will double oast the price it is now eventually so you are going to make money it's alsmot a sure thing. I can think of nothing more sure then investigate in bitcoin.
1019  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Nano and Trezor addresses, should i use just one ? on: January 14, 2018, 11:59:27 PM
I chose the ledger wallet because it's cheaper and I like it's design and what it looks like. Either are good wallets to have. It's a great investment and makes you feel safer knowing your coins won't be stolen. Just remember to backup your seed and pin. Never ever forget to backup.

You night want 2 hardware wallets 1 for saving btc in and the other for spending bitcoin.
1020  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost Private Key.. on: January 14, 2018, 11:50:53 PM
That's quite a lot of money to lose. It happens. It happened to me it's happened to many people. Please backuo your private keys by printing it out. Never ever think of using a wallet untill you have at least 2 backups. One on us and one printed out. You need to do this so you can ensure this never happens again. I'm sorry for your loss.
