any thoughts on Desico? Seems to be an interesting project, brings law regulation to the ICOs. I think it could help prevent scams and have more usable coins than it is currently offered in the market.

Yes, i have believe that this year we will see 2k usd for sure.
The decline has been persistent throughout the year which seems no where stopping in near future.

In my mind, Ethereum has a very high potential for its development. so it will be very capable for Ethereum will continue to grow. but if NEO is one altcoin that I like. NEO is the first cryptocurrency in China. It has a technology and development plan very similar to Ethereum should be called Ethereum China. NEO to the smart economy. In my opinion only, I will agree with this policy to avoid multiple accounts or the use of other accounts in bounties. If it has this policy it will be fair to investors and to bounty participants. Scams can be reduced to a bounty. Dumpers can also be reduced.
