Yes, we'll make our own blockchain. But the same tokens will stay on the Ethereum platform. Could somebody please explain what's the point of their own blockchain if tokens will still be based on Ethereum? No one can tell what price would be the ETH at the end if the ico. We target crypto investors, that is why the price is pegged to ETH initially. If the price stays high, it remains a good news for the project and then for all, participants included.

Clearly the best time to launch an ICO is when the top coins are stagnating.
1 NPX = 0,01 ETH thats the best price for the beginning i hope so. But you not forget there are many bounty hunters, they can dump.  Such a price would be good ! I think bounty hunters only have an impact on bad projects, not good one. I think they influence all projects, but it's temporary and the price recovers soon. Especially if the project is good, it recovers much faster. |

We have added a "Guides" section on our website, where you can find a lot of important information such as, how to create wallets, how to get BTC, ETH, DCT, how to participate in our TGE, and much more. But there is not written how to make a purse for your coins. Or now I came up with the idea that you are releasing erc20 tokens for ICO, and your own blockchain does not have coins at all, but only for the workflow. We will add new guides gradually, including how to participate on TGE with DCT, BTC and ETH. If you will participate you will receive ERC20 tokens and once our wallet will be released (Q2 - Q3 2018) there will be a swap for our own tokens SPHTX. Now I understand how this will work. But then I have a question - your own coins, which you will give in exchange for tokens, these coins will be on exchanges? Of course, eventually they gonna be on exchanges. It's just a matter of time. |

what is cheaper right now? going to buy decent with eth and to buy sophia tokens with it or to directly buy sophia tokens with eth? can someone make the math ? For sure it will be more beneficial if we bought sophia tokens with dct since there will be bonus for it. The current price for one dct is around 9k satoshi now at bittrex, if I am not wrong. In a way, that drives your partner more strongly at this time, by buying using your currency, what return will Sophia have in the near future for that DCT leverage? is it really a firm partnership, or just the random choice of a currency to purchase? You should understand that the auto owner will pay a recording fee only when the car is purchased. Further, he uses only the advantages of the system. He can at any time review and provide the entire transparent history of his car.
But that this transparency and the fullness of history woldn't be lost - yes, he will have to use the participants of our platform. But it will do him good too. For having such a history, he will be able to increase the price of his car for resale.
Seeing car history is very nice option. In years you can be a cars 8th owner with no info about its past. But with blockchain you can check all of the history easily. It would be really good for the market, if the system gets widespread. The lemon problem would be completely eliminated. |

I think it may be not a big problem for the team to implement a pay per use and subscription system for the tools available. Its clear different people have different needs
Well it should be not too hard to implement a subscribe model where you can subscribe to different packages, for example 4 tools or 8 tools or all tools. Interesting would be if you could also choose which tooles you want to use, but not sure how hard this would be to realize. have the dev's mentioned anything about this? do token holders get special offers? They just said that the payment system will be based on some sort of subscription, they didn't give more details. Too early still for this kind of information, I think. |

After numerous discussions on our various caps (min, hidden, max) with our community, it appeared that it was too complex for the coming mass marketing that will start on 4th December. Therefore we have decided the following simplifications :
1. For transparency reasons, we are revealing our hidden cap which is 60k ETH and setting our max cap at this level, removing the hidden cap mechanism
2. We are also removing the min cap of 25k ETH which was not really readable vs the 40k ETH target cap.The 40k target cap does not seem to be the same as min cap though. so if i understand well now hard cap is 60 eth and 40 eth is team target but not min cap,so if they raise lower than 40 eth the project will continue anyway,is this right? I am not sure what their bare minimum is to create the platform. I asked what they would do if they got less than 40k ETH. They would consider leasing instead of purchasing trading licenses at the cost of a lower percentage of the profit, as well as cutting their marketing budget. Well, let's hope it won't come to that. But it's good to know they have an alternative strategy. |

I'm thinking that SAP AG will be very interested on this platform and maybe forge a partneship with SophiaTX. it would be great, good partnership at this stage would be very useful for growth of the project. the question is "Is SAP aware of this integration?". have you guys spoken with them? Secondly - we are focusing on businesses of all sizes - not just big one but also not just on smaller one. We are also not focusing only on one industry.
