Before each season, what happens in summer transfer, player in and out, pre-season training and physical fitness care from medical staffs for players will be very important for a new season. Because it will help a club have enough quality players for a long season, new players have enough time to adapt to a new coach and team mates or don't have enough time from pre-season training. It can reduce injuries of players or cause many injuries in a long season like Liverpool experienced in the last season. No club will want to have bad preparation which results in massive unwanted injuries of their key players. Pre-season preparation and friendly matches won't be enough to conclude what team will lift the trophy when a new season ends but it is important to have overview on strength and readiness for that coming season. |
