I just want to say that from my interactions with Chicken65, and how I have seen him act, that I believe he is one of the most honest people in crypto. It is unfortunate that the "new dev team" were a bunch of scammers. Most likely it was a small group of individuals pretending that they were multiple people. Pathetic. Unfortunately, there will always be scammers, and you always have to be aware of them. I don't see how Chicken65 could have know that the group he was handing the coin over to would do this. The good news is that Chicken65 was smart enough not to heed their calls of handing over the 200k TrumpFund, because if he did, they most assuredly would have dumped that too. If the TrumpFund ever does leave Chicken65's hands, it needs to be to someone who is famous and has much more to lose in reputation than the fund is worth (Alex Jones or the like). They would also have to cryptographically prove themselves via PGP before the fund was transferred. I'm personally fine with Chicken65 holding on to the TrumpFund, because I believe he has integrity and good intentions. Maybe the fund needs multisig to prevent someone from trying to hack him. Just a thought. I'm worried about who the multisig participates would be. It could be a terrible idea if the multisig participates are bad actors.
I still think trying to get our movement mentioned on the Alex Jones Show would be a good idea. Also, the neat thing about TrumpCoin is that it is a grassroots movement and not a corporate SuperPAC. I think that Trump would be more likely to take our money because of this fact.
Chicken65, in regards to the fact that according to you the TrumpFund needs to be bigger, you ought to simply hard fork the coin and issue another 300k to the TrumpFund to reach the 500k needed. It is going to be difficult to raise another 300k without doing this. Just hard fork, dilute and be done with it. Everyone takes a little off the top via dilution, and it is fair. The primary goal of TrumpCoin is helping Trump, and this fits in line with that motive.

I like you comments but I feel duty bound to state that while Trump may have it in him for another run in 4 years (Hillary does not). I think we will be down the tubes and even the best manager (Trump) will have a hard time recognizing what country he is running for after 4 more years of a Clinton presidency (Queen/ Monarchy). But I do take your point to mean that we are not going anywhere even though politics does. And in that way I very much like the idea (and attitude) behind your comment! I am a young man and therefore would love to out perform things like the DAO on a grassroots-styled shoestring budget (non ico) start-up. We are not for sale. And we can prolly pay our own vacations by that time anyway!
Trump has already won this election in the hearts and minds of the people. If he is denied the office, because of the fraud known as the electoral college, it will destroy any residual notion that voting matters at all. Many people, including myself, are completely disillusioned with the current two party political system and the voting process, because it is so rife with fraud. Another Clinton presidency would usher in a complete 1984 big brother Communist dictatorship. I'm sure if the votes were correctly counted, Trump would win in a massive landslide. I think Trump has enough grassroots support that denying him the office at this point is impossible. You have to be a fool to vote for someone who at every turn categorically votes against your own self-interests. I was referring to Trump's re-election campaign. He will undoubtedly face a harder re-election campaign and need all the help he can get. With or without Trump, this is a movement started by patriots aimed at taking back our country and currency. I know that we are going to be extremely successful, because we represent the will of the people. Self-determination is at the very root of our Constitution. |

We can sell off some trumps and folk can add trumps into it. We should alway try to keep it at the same number so there is always funds ready for our next project/ idea. This is how you make this engine purrr. Then after Trump gets elected it can become the official cruze (boat cruz not ted cruz) fund because our super pac helped get him elected and we used and reused those 200K trumps so many times that it caused pure history!
*EDIT* my comment about trump fund after election is more joke than anything but still maybe worth considering some group activity.

I support this project and would like to see it have an impact. Trump's biggest problem is that he is not hearing from real people, only the people that suck up to him. If this project can get Trump to read, for example, my final open letter to him at TINY URL DOT COM FORWARD SLASH/Trump-So-Black, I would be thrilled.

It is true that NEM's distribution was not the best, but it is also far from being the worst in the altcoin world. I didn't participate because it was looking like a scam at first - prices were higher every couple of days, there was no roadmap, and first it was a simple NXT clone.
But the devs have delivered a decent cryptocurrency with an interesting extension to proof of stake. PoI is not solving every problem of PoS (and probably has the same problems regarding N@S attacks), but as I repeatedly pointed out, it is an algorithm that favours crypto businesses like exchanges and online wallets. That is good for small cryptocurrencies, as these are just the services that they need to grow.
The danger of PoI is that probably when NEM really grows (e.g. is used at least on the level like actual Bitcoin) it will have problems with scalability because the PoI algorithm, in some ways, favours blockchain spam.
the devs used bitcoins history of transactions, somehow, i dont know how, to fine tune the algorithm over the course of months upon months of research and analysis. i think it will be perfectly ok.  That was the algo that denied stakes to any real people besides UtopianFuture and the devs / mods, but made sure that all your sockpuppets got their fair share, right? |

...PMed everyone on btt twice... I can vouch for one of them personally. Back then, kodtycoon asked for my help in throwing together a script that would PM everyone on the NEM stakeholder list. (He ran it on his own machine, iirc.) I still have that script in my backup drive. true story. i can screen shot my sent box if anyone should doubt. its literally hundreds of pages of private mails, accrued over days upon days of continuously running the script. btt messaging limitations meant messages had to be sent much much slower than was optimal. hell, heres a screen shot for anyone who wants proof that every possible effort to reach stake holders was taken:  20 mails per page * 628 pages = 12560 messages. the VAST majority of which were emails sent to nem stake holders. 12560 messages / 10 real people = 1256 sockpuppets / stakes per person Some of the more intelligent of us see past your games, but at least you tried. |

Robert is a well-known American activist and former candidate for the Libertarian Party's nomination for President. He makes numerous appearances on TV including the Keiser Report and the Alex Jones show aka Infowars (on which he'll be appearing July 1st).

NEM was always a scam, a classic p&d coin for devs and their close friends.
It took nem two years to reach this market cap, anyone could have gotten nem stakes almost for free, all you had to do was show interest and pay a token fee as little as .01 Btc , those who stuck with the coin and believed are reaping the reward. Some people got a stake just for posting meme. The amount collected at ico was noting compared to dao or even aves or lisk. People are just hating cus they missed out. People don't like you, because your all a bunch of lying, cheating, stealing, freedom of speech hating communists. |

What you call effectively a few months was about half a year. With multiple extensions.
Poor communication is also complete and utter crap. We posted on all forums, and linked to those postes on all channels, PMed everyone on btt twice and even sent messages through NXT to the accounts we knew hadn't registered yet. We didn't have e-mail addresses. That's not mentioning the 100s of pms I answered to people that actually spent 1 minute to just ask if something was unlcear. So what beyond that would you have expected ?
Redepmtion didn't go perfectly but you are making it sound way worse than it actually was. You say there are at least 30 people with your problem. Well there are over 1000 that redeemed without any problems.
You got banned from the forum probably - and this is really just a guess - because you opened multiple threads like this and posted about this topic in every active thread you could find even if the thread wasn't even remotely related to redemption. At some point cleanign up after you in the forum is going to be too much of a hassle. I'm making this guess because i thought about banning you twice but then didn't do it. I guess someone else just finally had enough.
