where do you check whether you got an orphan block or not? yacoind is running in the background and I'm just occasionally checking my balance with ./yacoind getinfo.
Go to console and type listtransactions it will tell you which found blocks are orphan. Also you can check the "number of transactions" on the overview page, if you have say 5 transactions in there and 0 in the Transactions tab, then you have 5 orphans.

Stop spamming the forum. This is normal. Your processor is simply not fast enough to produce a NEW block => someone found it before you...
I just found it curious that you get almost all blocks and the rest of the miners get 90% orphans, so I made this thread. We'll let the other users decide if this thread is worthy or not. All blocks? I have 270 block - 19 orphans => 251 block Thanks for posting your stats. Now back on topic.

point of this thread please Google orphan block. I was getting about 1 block every 3 minutes at the start, now I get one around every hour. To know if others are getting as many orphans as I am. This is a free market, we'll let the people decide if this thread is worthy or not.

Yea, it is a super scam. Bad start... never going to be on a real exchange. THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE who are busy mining this worthless coin, I'm mining all the other coins a lot easier. [cough, cough] it's almost like smart people are releasing stupid coins so that suckers spend their hashing power on worthless coin. Have fun boys. Sigh, my CPU's are mining this "Worthless coin", my GPU's are still mining the other coins, noob. Should probably make sure you know what your talking about, before running your mouth. Ok 19 posts. He's right though about mining with the same rigs without removing your GPU miners.

16 cores? That is nothing. I think you are on wrong fork, my friend.
Ok, soo, say me how to check it... What's your block count? Should be at around 16.400 right now. 16539, and -reindex didn't change anything, sooooo I guess you're on the right one then. OH now! I just found my first orphan in 5 hours (it has nothing to do with fork, it was on another computer) 7 orphans in 90 minutes with 3 computers, 0 blocks.
