I do not consider same because their different ways of losing in the sense that in gambling the chances of me losing is higher which could also be unfair, even after the "provably fair" slogan and I could not verify or I'm not even sure of that unlike trading when I lose, then I know I'm not the only in the box and I can even win back my losses overnight unlike gambling...

Actually, i see them in a business wise, trading is risky and many time we loss our amount, even we don't know that what is the next moment happen, if we get profit or lose. And same thing is happened in gambling, in the end of the game, we don't know we win it or not, also our all money on a risky. So we can consider that both are same. Well, i play gambling mustily in a month, but not play it in everyday, the reason is because i have no enough amount especially for gambling playing, Otherwise i don't want to be addicted and it is my main reason. But i suggest should play it because it is pure way to gain fun. And whenever i start to play so i start the bet with sports betting and always use a less amount in the start, near about 0.001 or 0.0012 Btc.

However I have seen a lot of successful people who have left behind gambling for good.
Here is what they did. At first they cut a part from their monthly earnings to play gambling. They put a schedule like 5 USD max per day to be played or 150 USD during the whole month. Once used to this, they saw that they were not as addicted as they thought. So after 2-3 months the monthly bankroll goes to 75 USD and after 1 year is only 5 USD per month just to feel the emotions but not really gambling to win.
I think this is the best way to quit gambling for your loved ones.

It could be total crash as Indian batting lineup just lurked at around 150 runs.
