Did I say something funny? Let the rest of us know, we need some laughter.

I'm still amazed about your tactic, "free application"? What, is there any application for brute forcing bitcoin keys which is not free and some idiots would pay to use it, that we didn't know of?
No? then STFU, parasite!
1182  Other / Meta / Re: cryptofrka's Merit Source application - gambling boards on: August 25, 2023, 07:22:21 PM
So you want to increase the quality of that section so that people be committing sins and lose their fortune at the same time but with a cleaner and fancy looking forum board?

Seems legit, I support it ( NOT), not that matters.😉
1183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: == Bitcoin challenge transaction: ~1000 BTC total bounty to solvers! ==UPDATED== on: August 25, 2023, 06:37:09 PM
free

Yeah right, good for windows and all, right? Is it open source? Do you have github page to link? None of that? if not then GTFO, nobody needs trojans/viruses.

Yeah I know they can run it through virus scan or on an offline machine,   but why bother to download a rigged tool with limited search capability.

I'm barking at anyone coming near me today, so watch out!😅
1184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: August 25, 2023, 06:24:27 PM
so i stop posting new things Huh

What are those, linking rmd 160 hashes to points on secp256k1 thinking if they look similar, they might be in same subgroup?

im helping the community to solve the puzzle at least im doing something and sharing something

You call that helping the community or helping yourself? Why don't you share the other half of info/keys which you are holding back from the community? Looks to me the only thing you are after is to split the 13 btc by having someone else searching the ranges you provided.

and im not like you always ask for help and how to do that
If I don't ask for help and guidance from those who know better and more than I do, would that make me a better person, how else could I learn them? If they don't help by sharing their knowledge, God will provide a different source, but if anyone teach and help another, they gain more instead, this is how the world works.

and never did give us something that help solving this puzzle.
Now I have to solve it for you? Don't you think if I could provide something to help solving a puzzle, I would use it myself first?
Have you ever asked something from me which I failed to answer, or from anyone? Is it a bad thing if I'm telling you there is no mathematical relations between points on a curve and hashes/ addresses, so that you could focus on something which has an actual mathematical solution?

Even if you don't ask for my opinion, it's my duty to point out misinformation to save others time, therefore if you post a long list of "useless" information, I will point it out again and again, that's what a community is, we help each other to the best of our abilities.

You are a dedicated member of this community, I bet you are a loyal husband as well, because you have been loyal to your promises and to this forum.

I wish you the best where ever you are. People like you are rare nowadays.

We have an old tradition for Satoshi wannabes, I think it's better to apply it for rude lost my account whiners as well.

If you insult any of the clan members, whether by claiming to be Satoshi and insulting our intelligence or by bad mouthing the clan VP, you should be given a second chance after performing  a circle BJ for all clan members.🤣

Hi, so  i found 2 address similar 11 digits of hash160 in extraction of bit 130 that means if you scan on this range and have the private key of those one of two addresses we will split the 13 BTC Smiley
---SNIP---

what makes you think that a partial string of one hash has a reference to another?
This phase of learning, I call it kindergarten phase, I have also passed this era, I'm in preschool now. Lol.

They need to learn their lessons through experience if verbal education is  not effective.

1189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: == Bitcoin challenge transaction: ~1000 BTC total bounty to solvers! ==UPDATED== on: August 25, 2023, 02:47:38 PM
I see puzzles 65, 70, 75, 80 ... 125 are solved. How come?
It's easier to solve a key if you know the public key, when someone spends from his address, public key associated with that address is revealed, this is what Satoshi did with puzzles every 5 key apart, methods such as kangaroo and BSGS can be used to speed up the search thousands of times faster than brute forcing for unexposed puzzles.

That's why you should never keep your coins on addresses with known public keys.😉 ( not that any time soon they can crack 256 bit keys, so every one is safe for a few decades )

But how can you find public key after making a transaction? Because there is only address and after that you need RIPEMD-160 and SHA-256 hashing to find out public key.
When you spend from your address, your public key is revealed to the nodes so they can make sure the actual owner of the coins, the one who is holding the private key is spending those coins, they can only verify that if you sign a transaction with your public key as the proof of private key ownership, then they will process your transaction because it's proven legit.

Here you can convert any address with outputs existing on blockchain to public key, it only works if the address has outgoing transaction.

https://bitcointools.site/tool/address-to-pubkey

If you never spend from your address, then in order to find your public key, one has to reverse engineer rmd160 and sha256 hash functions first and then get to your public key, so they work as some sort of firewalls.

And at such moments it is very important to find a friend or just any other person who will support and encourage someone who is having a hard time and who is in despair.

About that, they should call a hot line, it's specifically for such cases, a brand new account we never interacted before, should I do a lap dance for him to cheer him up? if I knew him, I would though ( probably best to hire a woman for that part ). But out of no where as the first post saying such a thing, I call him a pussy, he is not man enough to get back up and keep fighting. That's the way of pussies.

How is that for comfort.

This is becoming off topic, continue somewhere else if you'd like to discuss further.
1190  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 25, 2023, 02:33:25 PM

If you think that OGs are here for the "money" merits you are an idiot.
What does OG stand for, old geese? 😂, anyways if you are here and post regularly, you are either a whale/ trader/ hodler, or you are a merit farmer. After seeing your avatar, I decided to exclude the third kind of people. Lol.

Anyways, what do you guys think the price will be at in a 60 days window?

1191  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 25, 2023, 07:22:23 AM
So you guys talk about random stuff and at the same time add more money to your portfolios while merit farmers do their thing for the same reason, more money?

I can't believe this is the first time I post here.😅
1192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Need Urgent Help To Recover My Old Lost Wallet on: August 25, 2023, 06:22:36 AM

You are knocking on the wrong door, what you need is a service, a programmer could do what you are looking for in exchange of a fee.
Btw, you can't reproduce the exact conditions of when your private key was generated, the purpose of randomly generated key is to avoid reproducing it again.

I suggest to open a service request here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0
And ask for a willing programmer, you will see how fast you get what you need.

Good luck, hope you find your coins.

Actually, let's make it a challenge.

This is a 120 bit private key with the remaining part all zeros: 5HpHagT65TZzG1PH3CSu63k8EXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCggk4

This number of bits have been solved in the infamous puzzle challenge, but with great computational effort.

The address is 1HCQXqpBwLpwWQ2F2995PwcAPVkTdtpAHe - I've now used it in four transactions so that gives you four signatures. Feel free to claim it. I will in addition give you 0.03 BTC if you give a full explanation with code after claiming it.
Don't you think paying pennies for gold is a bit of insult? If you want the challenge accepted, make it 100 btc.

It's not really "gold" since it's such a special situation, where over half of the bits of the private key is known. Just curious if someone manages to find a way where multiple transactions (with proper nonces) actually weakens the security of such a key.

You know what? Now that I think about it, puzzle 120 and 125 both have 2 outputs, they never revealed the keys, if somehow some anonymous individual claimed the few bucks on your address and at the same time revealed the keys for 120 and 125 but without revealing any algorithm/ program, it would be really great, ! Right?

It has been partly fun but most exhausting running a server in my garage in hope to find one of the puzzles to save me from debt, poverty and help out with illness in my family with unpayable medical bills. Sunday wife and kids are out of town and I will turn off the server and myself. Good luck rest of you!
I see you have chosen the path of cowards, there are so many things in life other than this puzzle.
Find something else, believe in God, because he always provides.

Also there is no such a thing as an off switch for us, we never go off, whatever happens we keep existing.

A wife and kids, you are already blessed, you just don't know it.
1195  Other / Meta / Re: Request: Disable merits in the Wall Observer thread on: August 24, 2023, 09:50:09 AM
If merit senders are merit sources, you can request a review about their distribution methods, otherwise merit farmers will find another solution.  Also you need to find where those merits come from originally.😉

What happens if we change secp256k1 p from the current one to this
p=0xffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
2^256-1?

How would the points look like, and also can you figure out a way to place a backdoor on a curve you design?

Thanks for the info bro. I use this calculator, it works great! And how do we subtract half of n from the point X and Y coordinates?, or do we need to get the coordinates x, y from half of n? (if there is, then what are the coordinates of half of n). Or was the subtraction just an example to show so that I would understand?.

OK, tomorrow I'll try to test this key))
You could use offline tools or online such as secret scan dot org or privatekeys dot pw in crypto calculator section.

With java one I linked, you can't calculate addition subtraction of a vector ( public key ) with scalar ( private key ), you can only multiply and divide.
Also my calculation above is not accurate, if we divide 7 by 3 we need to divide n by 3 and subtract the both results to get our answer which is 2. Remember when you do sub, add, if you subtract a -n point from a +n point, you will be adding them, learn - and + ops first.
1199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: August 23, 2023, 12:19:05 PM
hello everyone! You can explain what happens when multiplying
Code:
7fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff5d576e7357a4501ddfe92f46681b20a2
by an odd key.

Download and run this java calculator, it's very slow and heavy but it's good for manual calculations which is why you can only do manual calc with it.
https://github.com/MrMaxweII/Secp256k1-Calculator

Select scalar on both sides, and place private keys in hex format, then select * , + , - , ÷ , and see for yourself what would be the result.

What you should consider when dividing an odd key, dividing any odd key by 2 will always give you .5 ( point 5, half ), anything on the left side of the point . Is your actuall result no matter if you are dividing by 2 or any other number, but for example we use 2, and anything on the right side of the point . Is a 2^255 + key, we don't want that, so we subtract that from our result to get the actual answer.

3 divided by 2 = 1.>5 <  this 5 here means half of n, so if we subtract it from 1.5, we will get 1, our actual result.

Now lets make it a bit difficult, let us divide 7 by 3 = 2.33333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333 3333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333 3333333333333333333333333333333333333333333

Now to get the n/33333........... more 333333..... etc, no need to do any complicated calculation, we just divide 7 by 3 mod n to quickly get the result, then we subtract it from the result to get our key.

Never mind all the above, I have something to twist your minds, take the following key and double, divide, do many other things with it to get really confused about how EC works. 😂

Introducing to you 2^256 of secp256k1

Code:
14551231950b75fc4402da1732fc9bebf

Try multiplying it by 2, 3, 4, 5 etc as well as dividing it, this little sucker is hiding it's half under the ground!
