A lot of people bumped an old thread, but the OP was during the time blockchain was having database issues and was offline for a period and confirmations were slow as it's database caught back up during that time. Everything should have been working correctly for weeks since this post.
Light is right though it is variable due to block times and based on priority of transaction which in turn is based on your transaction fee...

In case you ever need to figure that out yourself:
USB Hubs operate on 5 Volt Power
volt X amp = watt
5 x 1.5 = 7.5 watt 5 x 1.8 = 9 watt

Thanks Dave, I believe they recently dropped the price, but this tells me where to gauge.
New price $155 per Gridseed.
$500 in BTC shipped without laptop $525 in BTC shipped with the laptop.

I also just tested on GAW miners and you can NOT apply the code to a single 189 gridseed this is the error you receive:
Your order does not meet the minimum total for this coupon code to be applied. Please spend another $710.05 first.

I was looking at all the sales on them and most of the prices in the sub 190 range are just the miner, no power, no usb cables, no hub, etc. and in some instances require a minimum of 10 to be purchased.
At $180 x 3 = $540 + 5 for cables, 10 for hub, 10 for power, 15 to ship = $580. I thought $575 was fair compared to current pricing, but am open to offers for those interested!

up for the day, am I asking too much or are people not buying small quantities?

I am a gamer using his rig to mine when idle. About a year ago I was getting ~500Mhs using a Radeon HD7970, then because of a technical issue I stopped mining for a few months and eventually replaced the Radeon with GeForce GTX770... ...on which I am currently getting ~130Mhs. What follows may be quite a dumb question: did anything change (eg some network property), that would explain a much lower hashrate on a better card? Or is there something wrong with my setup? I'm using: BTCGuild/BitMinter, GUIMiner/BitMinter, Win7 The Answer is in your post. You changed cards the 7970 is MUCH more efficient at mining. Just because it is a "better" card for gaming doesn't mean it is for mining. You will be able to increase your hashrate some with cudaminer, but a 770 will NEVER compare to a Radeon 7970. Also as mentioned video cards eat more power than they can produce mining SHA coins and you should look into scrypt type alt coins, even then if you are paying for electricity a maxed out 770 running at 200Kh/s+ will barely break even at .10 kWh

Looking over the threads across for sale and group buys I realized I was a little high on my asking price so I adjusted both down $50 USD.
|
|

That's a very vague question and the answer changes every 10ish days!
To help answer the question properly what are you goals? How much do you have to invest/lose? How much is electricity where you will be mining?
Online calculators (like genesis block mining calc) will be a place to start to give you an idea of your return over a period for a certain hashrate and cost, but there is a lot more to it than just saying 1THs is enough. Enough for how much for how long and what can you justify spending on that 1Ths?

If the file was created with the standard android bitcoin wallet (Andreas Schildbach) backup it is a bitcoinj backup not bitcoind so limited to what can read/import it. You should be able to import it into multibit though. Andreas is pretty responsive to support emails as well so he may be able to deciper if it is in fact from his app.

I just picked these up in a trade last week, but am going to sell and use the money elsewhere (starting a physical store front). They have been running solid at 850 clock/361.x Kh/s for 2 days. 3 5-chip Gridseed gold miners 1 10 port usb hub w/ power and cable - this is cheap and some of the ports are touchy, but it works. 1 Power Brick w/ 4 way Gridseed Adapter - 3 taken room for 1 more Gridseed on the cables 4 mini usb cables for the Gridseeds - 1 extra if you pickup a bare Gridseed you will have everything needed to plug in power and usb cable. 1 Old Dell laptop (12" Latitude? It's small can get more details if needed but power adapter for it is UNDER 50 watt so low power usage) if you want it included to make it a complete mining setup. -Pentium 700Mhz, 256 MB ram, 20? gig hd currently winxp installed with cgminer 3.7.2 (gridseed edition) and zadig driver tool. ONLY 1 USB port so not sure it will detect a jump drive attached to a hub on boot to boot linux? Also this does not include cd/floppy drive and not sure battery condition. Looking for $525 in BTC shipped in the US flat rate USPS for EVERYTHING above. Will do $500 in BTC shipped without laptop or extra usb cable. Use coinbase or preev pricing at time of transaction. I think I need to do pin shorting but can someone confirm ? I cannot see this mobo in the list. That isn't an all inclusive list. Try the A1 B17 jumper and see if it detects. It's a quick troubleshooting step to find out if that is your issue.

What are you looking for for the board?
|
|
|
What are your auction terms?
Just FYI...I just shipped 4 rigs in a HUGE box no frames though, but included mobos, mem, cpus, GPUs, PSUs, cables, etc. 67ish lbs. for $60 UPS Ground with $500 insurance. $150 seems high.
What do you mean by terms? Ok thats cool. For sure, I will only charge the shipping price that it costs. $150 was my guess but it sounds like you already have a better idea. I can work out the shipping no problem. Typically auctions contain: Starting price Minimum Bid Bid Increments Sometimes Buy it now price how long it will run for (as in when it ends) shipping and payment terms
