121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaigns going into extinction? on: March 16, 2019, 08:30:11 AM
I understand the point youvare trying to make here.
But personally, I do not think that bounty campaigns would ever go into extinction in as much as the Cryptocurrency market exists.
I have seen projects that did  IEO and conducted bounty campaigns too.
So that the Cryptocurrency exchanges are now running IOE for projects does not in any way mean that bounty programs will die.
122  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is a better way to acquire bitcoins? on: March 16, 2019, 08:23:58 AM
Mining of bitcoin is not as easy as people are meant to believe.
It is actually a daunting task which requires a lot of expertise , equipments and money.
On the hand, as easy as investing on bitcoin may appear, it has its risks too.
Personally, I will go for bitcoin investment.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never give up on: March 16, 2019, 08:20:39 AM
I congratulate you for finding your lost hardrives.
I had a similar experience but it's not Cryptocurrency related.
I had submitted application for a contract  awards in  one of the parastatals in my country in 2017.
It got awarded to another contractor and as Providence would have it , the contractor did a very bad jod and it was revoked and awarded to my company this week.
I was even the list qualified among other contenders.
I never gave up believing I will get it one day.

124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: True or false? on: March 15, 2019, 07:38:42 AM
Personally, I think the bearish market condition will not last forever and so we have a chance of bull run happening no matter how short it lasted.
Again, as far as the cryptocurrency structure remains decentralized , price swings will never stop.
So bull run is inevitable.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give up yet on: March 15, 2019, 07:36:08 AM
To be honest, the thought of giving up actually crossed my mind last yearbut on a second thought, I decided to keep pushing knowing that the prevailing market condition will not last forever just as the poster pointed out. My faith in cryptocurrency has increased over time , hopefully, the market recovers fully soon.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO will be replaced by IEO on: March 15, 2019, 07:32:15 AM
Yes the 2 IEO conducted on the binance exchange was a success and the coins did over *2 there after.
Other exchanges are following suit which I am  not sure if it's a good development or not ,as some of these exchanges might start abusing the whole process.
I think IEO seems to be the trend now and so would eventually replace icos.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / How can some fraudulent people be discouraged from using cryptocurrency ? on: March 14, 2019, 03:55:00 PM
Before I joined crypto space, I used to watch some series where cryptocurrency is used as a payment for business there.
So I was wondering what is this cryptocurrency till I joined last year.
I have come to understand the reason why these people use cryptocurrency as a medium of payment.
1. It's easier to conceal large sum of money with cryptocurrency.
2. There's no way of tracking or tracing the funds directly to the owner of the wallet in real life.
3. It's actually a safe means of doing payment since you have no need carrying large sums with you.
I frown at number 2 and I ask if there's a way to link one's wallet to his or her real life address?

128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you buy National Lottery tickets with Bitcoin in your country? on: March 14, 2019, 03:35:36 PM
Presently ,there's only payment option using Fiat currency or dollar in my country.
It would be interesting and exciting if these lottery platforms can introduce bitcoin payment as one of it's payment option.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how you feel at this point(currently) on: March 14, 2019, 07:48:33 AM
Going by the prevailing market condition ,I am optimistic that the market will fully recover soon enough.
I feel relaxed because I have been in this crypto business for quite some time now to know that bull run will always happen as far as cryptocurrency Remain decentralized.

131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the likely problems that cryptocurrency poses to the financial sector? on: March 07, 2019, 06:57:53 PM
We all know the challenges being faced by bank customers these days.
Challenges ranging from high transaction fees , the hidden charges, high interest rates and difficulties associated with obtaining credit facilities.etc
Bank customers are stuck because there's no other alternative.
So, assuming cryptocurrency becomes generally accepted as a payment medium, I believe most bank customers would do away with the banks with reckless abandon.
And this would pose a great threat to the continuous growth of the banking seector.

133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make Bitcoin more approachable to common users on: March 06, 2019, 07:32:09 AM
I agree that bitcoin is not yet approachable for the public.
This could be attributed to the fact that the public seems not be getting any values from bitcoin in their everyday activities.
To put an end to this, there's the need to improve on the various key technologies of the blockchain technology so as to make it bring down values to every day activities of the public.
This will go along way in increasing adoption rate.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jobless No More on: March 05, 2019, 09:16:03 AM
I could remember before being in serious debt  before I got introduced to Cryptocurrency.
Within 8months of joining, I was able to settle my debts and now I am free of debt.
I was able to do that doing bounties.
Doing bounties can be very tasking and time consuming and so not many people would want to go the whole log.
So many lazy entitled  people  abound.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin improvement on: March 04, 2019, 07:24:30 AM
I agree there might have been a time this was feasible .
Unfortunately,in this prevailing market condition, I doubt if it will work buying bitcoin when it has increased in price by 20% .
The prevailing market condition seem to have made a mess of this strategy .

137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think alt coin market will crash? on: February 24, 2019, 09:27:48 AM
I think that the altcoins market will not crash as insinuated , my assumption is based on the fact that more are being created steadily ,so even if the ones in the market crash today, new ones will still take over.
The bear market has seen many altcoins loosing value and turning shit coins ,but there are still strong altcoins that are doing well in the market.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money on cryptocurrency in 2019 on: February 24, 2019, 09:23:38 AM
You are actually right that the bounty hunting job is very frustrating and discouraging these days and this is caused by the prevailing market conditions.
It makes the job of hunting bounties difficult as you would just work for miserable amount of rewards.
I disagree when you said that there's no way our, the truth is that there are other avenues through which one can make money off Cryptocurrency such as trading etc.
Thanks
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: :-> Bitcoin are helping to reduce global debt. :-> on: February 24, 2019, 06:57:02 AM
I agree completely with your logic, I have never for once thought of it this way.
On a second thought, what would be the gate of those enterprenuers who wouldn't be able to secure a credit facility from the banks because the banks has no money to lend?
Don't you think ,this can decrease standard of living and increase unemployment rate too?
Thanks
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if designer handbags were 80% off? Your gf would... on: February 24, 2019, 06:47:22 AM
This question has been on my mind for long long now.
The reason why some people are not taking ahold of the investment opportunity being presented by the fall in prices of Cryptocurrency could be attributed to fear of the unknown factors.
They might be thinking that bitcoin is scam or a bubble that could burst and get them bankrupt.
It's so unbelievable.
