Unfounded rumours about government ban and interference.
2. Price manipulation by the big market players.

I think real estate is better and yields high return on investment, but bitcoin still beats it in terms of return on investment , although it is more riskier.

Ever since i joined crypto, i have been hearing about the interest of various governments to regulating bitcoin.
I think what they actually want to do is to control bitcoin with the intent of destroying it.
I do not thing government regulating bitcoin wil be a smooth ride.

Yes. It is a possibility .
Lets assume that bitcoin gets generally accepted as a medium of  payment globally. Don't you think , that people will reduce transactions with banks ...which is going to impact negatively on their progress.
