I remember trying to get her and dad to just by a couple when they were ~$100 each to no avail. My dad was like, "...but what is it?!", "...can I hold on in my hand?!", "if you can't f*ck it or eat it; piss on it!" or something like that. Yeah, after seeing my success as an early adopter, Cousin Mel and Grandma bought some 2 years ago after they prodded me at the Thanksgiving table back in 2021. Despite me trying desperately to deflect the subject to talk of the weather or Aunty Georgina's up coming baby shower, they insisted on getting my advice.
