1201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Hardware wallet really secure enough? on: February 11, 2020, 01:51:15 AM
Recently I have seen the news that Trezor hardware wallet was hacked in 15 minutes! Was it true guys? Or I have misunderstood? I thought they have very strong security that can't be breach so easily! But look at what can be happened to Trezor within 15 minutes! So, how can we feel 100% safe in hardware wallet?

This story can't be confirmed as it really hacked or someone close to the person who is an owner of the wallet, acquired an access to that wallet of interest. Security maybe breached when there's a third party involved, which we're having no control out of it. Hardware wallet has very strong security compared with online or software wallet, because it will run independently and doesn't need any network connection but it should be handled confidentiality without the knowledge of other strangers.
1202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think Ripple (XRP) will rise to moon. on: February 10, 2020, 11:35:20 PM
Just like the answer that we usually see with questions about bitcoin reaching higher price, there is no one that has the crystal balls to say that it will or it won't.
Like what's happening now, everything is going on red again.

That's always a normal behavior of cryptocurrency, red days will tend to occur when top price was met. As a trader who has the mindset of holding long term, you won't take that as a big deal as long as you gain better profit along the way. Most importantly, ripple as an asset has the capability to compete a strong market and rising to the moon was just an inspiration but not really an accurate expectations.
1203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: February 10, 2020, 10:43:11 PM
I heard the xfl was back, I haven't caught a game yet, wasn't sure if it was actually worth it's salt or going to be around in a couple of years. I'll have to catch a game.

Pretty much interesting to expect for more good games for this team, and this brings more entertainment to American fans worldwide. This is very exciting, since it's been a long silence they're totally coming back for good and many opportunities to come for those who missed previously. I'll be hoping for greener pasture on their career wish them all the best.
1204  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [GUIDE] Bumili ng Bitcoin gamit ang iyong Bank Account! [INSTANT] on: February 10, 2020, 10:06:18 PM

Thanks bisdak!!

Just found today na dalawa pala ang method para makapag-cash in ka gamit ang Unionbank account natin.

1. Transfer to other Unionbank account.
>>Ito yong tinutukoy ko na hindi instant pero ito kadalasan kong ginagamit.

2. Transfer to other bank accounts. (DCPAY PHILIPPINES, INC. (COINS.PH)
>>This is instant.

~snip~

Landbank does not have an "INSTAPAY" option when transferring funds to other banks, AFAIK.

1205  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin at $10,000 = P510,500 on: February 10, 2020, 08:43:03 PM
Good to know na excited ka OP na pumalo ang Bitcoin ng $10k and hopefully, magtuloy tuloy na ito patungong new ATH.  But honestly, I didn't feel that way. I do not know, probably due to the 2017 ATH. I like to see Bitcoin to break its previous all time high, at siguro doon pa lang ako mag-sasaya.

Anyway, @OP, I'm happy for you na naaapreciate mo ang pagbasag ni BTC sa $10k barrier.

1206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What p2p games will you play? on: February 10, 2020, 07:17:53 AM

If you have noticed recently there was promotion about the P2P betting site related to binary trading (BETLLER.IO) it was stopped already and I guess only few are playing against each other. I have not see other p2p gambling sites but what sort of games do you think will work for p2p that you think you will play?
I would like to see some PVP site that offers some MOBA game play or some FPS,
We grow up playing Counter-Strike,DOTA and other kinds of PVP games so why not create something out of it.
Bring back some nostalgic feelings for us who grow up from this games.

There's a probability that these games will be incorporated with gambling in the future. That what I am looking forward to see in the next 5-10 years, because as technology get more advanced every year there's always a definite changes we experienced. However, our feelings will always matter along the way and we used to adopt it eventually.
1207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: February 09, 2020, 11:57:17 PM
I do not think Binance will beat Ethereum, at least this year. Binane is actively developing its ecosystem, but Ethereum is one of the most convenient and widely used blockchains in the world with a huge developers community.

Binance needs longer to beat ethereum. People still interesting in having ethereum than binance because ethereum can give a bigger profit than binance. But binance cannot be forgotten because binance have the chance to reach more investor in the future. But everything will happen in the market, and we don't know the truth because binance can beat ethereum if binance can beat the other coins price first then beat ethereum price. Besides that, ethereum still at number two at CMC, and binance is at number nine position, which is a big gap to beat the position.
basically, ethereum and BNB have different functions, so they cannot be forgotten and will be needed by crypto users depending on their needs. however, to date, the development of ethereum is far more advanced than binance coins. however, binance coins are very useful in binance, whereas ethereum is very useful for developers. I think binance is very difficult to catch up.

We can see that in the current market situation, that binance doesn't showed better growth as to compare with eth nowadays. Last year was the persistent catch of binance, but now it's nowhere to be found. Now that we're in 2020, ethereum has been showing great market influence even though there's a struggles happening because of many FUD and other factors that hinders ethereum growth. I loved to see in the upcoming days, eth price will soon perform the best that it can while it's following the path of Bitcoin.
1208  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Mga paraan upang maiwasan ang Cryptojacking on: February 09, 2020, 09:28:23 AM
1209  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Fake Airdrops on Facebook on: February 08, 2020, 11:34:34 PM

....

I mean to be honest onti lang maloloko niyan dito sa forum kasi almost karamiihan na satin is alam na yung ibang scam and hacking techniques sa sobrang daming threads na ginawa dito for awareness and prevention.

And also, hindi lang yan yung way. Minsan may mga greedy talaga na ippm ka pa tas need mo maginvest before you get your "premyo".

1210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: February 08, 2020, 10:38:36 PM
are there any things in life that would make you stop gambling?

the two things that come to my mind are:
- making enough or a lot of money.
- finding a passion (even relationshiprelated or life/activity related) that changes your priorities.

but can you see other things than that?

You'll stop gambling if you think about the future of your family, and making enough money won't be established in gambling because you're prone of losing such money. Priorities will always be associated with gambling, and if you prefer not to stop it will eventually destroy the relationship between you and your family. Most cases I heard, that if there's no enough time to take care of the family, respect and love will be gone entirely.
1211  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: ETH - 1ST QUARTER PRICE PREDICTION GAME (2020) on: February 07, 2020, 11:46:18 PM
ETH is pumping guys! Make your prediction now and let’s see kung magtutuloy ba ang up trend ni ETH or magkakaroon ulit ng corrections. You still have 2 weeks to post your prediction and make sure na walang kaparehas ang prediction mo. I saw someone na hinde pinoy and yet nagpost ng prediction, I’ll update the list once na makahawak ako ng computer, this weekend hopefully. Enjoy speculating ETH everyone! Smiley

1212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run top 5 Alts for 2020. on: February 07, 2020, 10:37:25 AM

Yes. It is rewarding the holders with GAS which is another cryptocurrency that's also sell-able to the market. The future is undetermined because the market is very volatile the same goes with bitcoin so NEO is no different from that description. I don't know about that INF and might be a new cryptocurrency but I'm not going to invest with coins that I don't know so I might get the idea and have some background research first buying.
It looks like you should also see some new projects that are now starting to get crowded in the market. maybe you will see some potential coins for your trade or investment. because sometimes the movement of new coins is far more interesting than the old coins that are on the market.
I don't think so, I'll look if I want to but I have the same impression with most of the new projects in the market. I don't really care if they get crowded or not but I'll believe to the projects or coins that I really like and pass base on my standards.
They are interesting because they are gaining momentum and attention but it doesn't end there, sometimes it's just the beginning that they become interesting.

We should be calm right now while it's not yet pumping that much. Most coins had the potential to compete for each and every market, but take a closer observations before deciding for possible buy back. The gainful momentum recently was in favor with bitcoin and ethereum, that's what I've been impressed of aside from other coins.
1213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight on: February 06, 2020, 08:38:19 PM
Well, this will be a thrilling fight between those two boxing fighters. But I am in favor of Lopez because he is young and probably hunger for this fight. At the age of 22, at this age usually, fighters have strength but dont have a strategy. I hope the odd will go with Lopez and this young fighter will win this match. Indeed, there are too many instances that Loma will have a chance.

I'll go with Lopez, he is not just hunger, he is really strong and can dominate who ever his opponent is. He already proved something for us and no one can ever deny that because of his record of that is undefeated. He had the IBF lightweight title and I think that he can defend that for about 6 times against his opponents because there is no other lightweight division fighter that can oust him from being a title holder. In some cases, although he was defeated in a summer olympics, that doesn't matter when it comes to a real boxing match. As you can see in his highlights, his punches are quick and strong for his body composition and I can see that Lomachenko will be knocked out by Lopez. But it depends, Lomachenko is also a good fighter but he's lucky if he can stay until round 12.

Round 12 is a very long fight for him but he needed to take more points to beat the punches of Lopez. Lomanchenko should be coached with more defense instead of having more offensive attacks because being so aggressive leads him to skipped punches which definitely wasted.
Who knows what will be the outcome of this in their fight, Lopez shouldn't lose his confidence too much with this man because it might be in reverse if Lomanchenko can stand along at 12 rounds. That's still possible with simple errors he also be beatin by quick and fatal knock out punches.
1214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whoa, Ethereum breaks the $200 barrier on: February 06, 2020, 02:12:08 AM
ETH suffered when the ICO bubble started to deflate and IMO BTC halving is helping it recover.

It's very probable that if BTC goes to new highs ETH will follow despite no ICOs this time.

It's still to early to say that the altcoin season has started but it's back to what we could call normal.

Maybe it's our time to pick those what we think promising, buying those sleeping coins is suitable but we need to be more observant instead of randomly choosing those you don't really familiar with.
The normal behavior of altcoins when it's going to develop and gain a commendable price, so if eth will follow bitcoin's pathway to success then it must be a great results of our hardwork.
All the patience, efforts and determination is worth rewarding.
1215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why most of ALTCOINS are dead or worthless? on: February 05, 2020, 10:53:52 PM
Moreover, most of the coins issued in 2019 repeated the fate of the coins of 2018.
In all the variety of this garbage, only those coins that appeared as a result of the launchers of large exchanges, such as Binance, Bittrex, Okex, Huobi, and so on.

These coins continue to be on the market in the list of the top 100 - 200. No matter how the public is concerned, they have a trading potential.

Hopefully this will recover after a long period of being silent, and even if these altcoins wasn't able to obtain a good value, giving up isn't a solution. Just stay focus on your goals and keep holding of your asset. Nevermind what's going to happen, at least you're having your potential conpared to those who never tried. If these coins continues to be in the marketplace, isnt the end of it because there's always a bigger chances once crypto world will boom again.
1216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK gamblers cannot use Credit Cards for gambling from April 14, 2020 on: February 05, 2020, 10:27:28 PM
I think it's a good arrangement because gambling with a credit card is not the right thing, and it causes you to lose money that you do not have in your pocket. These cards, which do not make you feel the money you spend even while shopping, and cause you to spend more, unfortunately, also perform the same function in gambling and help you lose money that is not yours more and faster. Using credit cards during gambling games is definitely a huge mistake for both gambling addicts and people with lost psychology. For this reason, I support this decision taken by the British government and this regulation. I hope this decision will start to apply in many countries and will be the beginning of the ban on the use of credit cards in gambling.

I think this plans of credit card would be in conflict with banks, and I am not confident that it's not a good idea when they find out what's going to occur for the long run. However, gambling isn't a wise idea for your credit card spending since you might end up to bottleneck of your purposes. Credit card must be for emergency needs and not dedicated for gambling only.
1217  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Isang daang araw nalang bago ang kakulangan on: February 05, 2020, 09:31:05 PM
Parang medjo anu topic ng thread mo ah.

Back to the topic, most probably, bitcoin halving has too many one effect, at isa yan is to increase the bitcoin value, obvious yan, it's not a matter of how, it's when. Mostly, after a year yan tumataas, so don't expect na tataas masyado value nito right aftet ng halving.

1218  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casineos.com - New EOS Casino with Blackjack, Sports Betting, Dice 🎲 on: February 04, 2020, 11:58:10 PM
In addition to being transparent gaming platform, are you going to acquire gambling license to make this legal to the eyes of the gamblers. Being licensed is one good feature for a gambling website as it adds credibility on your part.

That’s a part of the government's regulation and we need to comply in order to control prevent certain shortcomings. Legality of a business regardless to its type will always fall on the assurance of every person, and acquire everybody’s trust. Licensed gambling site always generates good feedback, that’s why it’s very important to have it because the reputation of the site will reflect on how popular it is.
1219  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: MGA DAPAT IWASAN NG MGA NEWBIE(IWAS SCAM) on: February 04, 2020, 10:42:30 PM
Maganda iyang idea mo but the problem with professional traders ay busy sila sa sarili nilang mundo.  They won't approach any of us and tell us na this x company is a scam or whatever na magbibigay babala sa atin dahil hindi naman nila tayo kilala.
Kaya contacts is one of the best thing to have still sa bitcoin and in general sa gantong industry.

1220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling on real gaming equipment: Testing technology on: February 04, 2020, 10:21:57 PM
As I understand it, your idea is similar to an online casino when using web cameras. The idea itself is interesting, but in my opinion it is now quite outdated.
Now you need to move towards virtual reality technologies and create a casino using augmented reality or a fully functional virtual reality casino with the widest possible action functionality.

In my personal views about being monitored by cameras whike playing a real life casino, this isn't fair on our privacy. But with virtual casino which can be played independently online, the mindset can be changed. We had a full confidence that we're going to win luckily even though there's no assurance in gambling. Everything is an entertainment merged with fun excitement of gaming.
