Thanks, I will try with VPN. I didn't play in 500 Casino before so I didn't want to turn on the VPN for the first time! I rarely use VPN lately, the choice of providers is really long, and to be honest, I enjoy it more when I play Push, GameArt, Relax, and some others than Pragmatic!

Just saw the "re design" of the site and I needed some time to get used to it but all in all, I quite like it as it easier to navigate. One thing that I don't like is that the chat is on the right side instead of the left.
I would move it back to the old position, seems more logique to me.
This is one of the main concern from our users when it came out. Turns out the designer could have made it to be more aligned with certain sites like BetFury, and it could be permanent. After a while though, you'll get used to it
This design seems good but sometimes it is too dark to play at night in low light. It would have been better if there were day/night mode enabled on the site. Also, it took a considerable long time to load the site, and also navigation took a longer time, maybe it was an issue with my internet or others may share their experience?
The theme has always been on the dark side since the beginning, not really sure if the team decides to implement any light mode for now. Regarding the slowdown, are you referring to the main page itself? Website is fine. Everything seemed to work ok.

I don't think UserU will have placed equal amounts to both ranges as otherwise it will always end up in a loss. But we can't forget about the time multiplier also; so if the bet was placed early in the month than the final odd will be a lot higher than 1.64.
