1241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: April 15, 2023, 10:15:03 PM
@LUCKMCFLY, I hope this news is not fake. It would be a huge disappointment if the fight does not happen after all the anticipation and hype surrounding it. Let's hope they ensure that the fight takes place this time. Otherwise, it would be a waste of effort and time, and many fans might lose interest in boxing altogether.
I agree, I wouldn't put too much emphasized on that news, because it's just another clickbait article from that news site although it just pertain to boxing. And I have check other boxing sites and there are no reports about the Spence vs Crawford fight, so I would refrain from posting that kind of news until either of the announced it publicly that they are going to fight. The first negotiation is messy and we are all expecting that it will happen, but it didn't as it broke down because of the financials of the fight. So it's better to wait first before we all get excited.

Well, this is something that is not yet well known, sometimes there are many things that the other newscasts do not say, I do not think it is a clickbait because that article has a reliable source, however, they did this to manipulate possible bets in the future. Well, it's not bad, grabbing and playing with the emotions of the fans is something that can be used to keep them entertained, but honestly if I wanted it to be a fight, more than anything for Crawford and hopefully if it does,Crawford will win because He is a boxer who seems to be very eager to know, besides, I think it's about time, Spence is not the King of boxing to indulge himself so much.

Keith Thurman or Roiman Villa next for Jaron Ennis possible

Quote
By Craig Daly: Bozy Ennis says his son Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis will face either Keith Thurman or Roiman Villa next. Boots Ennis is waiting to see what happens between IBF/WBA/WBC welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr and WBO champ Terence Crawford. Thurman (30-1, 22 KOs) is said to be the backup option for Spence to fight if he can’t put together the Crawford undisputed clash. If those two don’t fight, Spence must fight Boots or give up his IBF title. Spence is running out of time to make Crawford fight before he’s forced to make a decision about whether to keep his IBF title and face Ennis or vacate. The way it’s looking, Spence may relinquish his IBF belt rather than fight Boots. Ennis (30-0, 27 KOs) recently captured the interim IBF welterweight title with a one-sided twelve-round unanimous decision win over Karen Chukhadzhian (21-2, 11 KOs).

Well, look at how the fate fate plays. Errol Spence Jr. is slowly haunted by his actions and now IBF is putting some serious pressures to make Spence fight Crawford or else he would need to fight Ennis if he doesn't want that IBF to be stripped of him without defending him. This is the kind of news that I want, the kind of news where it does have sense rather than talking a fights that is not yet sure if it will materialize or not. This news will serve as a warning for the 3-belt champion if he doesn't want to make any move.
1242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency. on: April 15, 2023, 09:13:39 PM
All in a bid to ensure I have a concrete investment plan this year, I researched some of the altcoins that has the potential to yield the best return over a duration of 5years. BTC and Eth top my list as one of the more secure coins, but other altcoins have proven to be reliable overtime, if you agree. Despite market volatility and the possibility of a crash, which is your most valid choice right now.

*If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency that will make me a billionaire, Which one do you think would be a better choice, besides BTC and Eth of which I have grown accustomed to?

- $BTC *
- $ETH *
- $ADA
- $VET
- $SOL
- $MATIC
- $SHIB
- $NEAR
- $DOGE
- $DOT
- $LINK

These are some of the best I have seen so far.

*What advice would you give me?

A billionaire you say? You should be patient OP and not rush into things because everything takes time as there is no such thing as overnight success in the world of cryptocurrency because if you kept on chasing these numbers that are not really realistic, there's a good chance that you will not have a desirable outcome in the long run.

But since you've asked us what's our take on what you should invest (even if that should be your personal decision) aside from the coins that you're already accustomed which is Bitcoin and Ethereum. My opinion is to invest in BNB and SOL.
1243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: April 15, 2023, 08:40:31 PM
Few more weeks to go and we will see Canelo Alvarez again fighting and defending his throne in the ring after the surgery which made him rest for a few couple of months.

Despite the fact that many people believed that John Ryder isn't as good as Canelo's recent opponents, I do think that he will be a good test for Canelo's wrist if it's indeed working perfectly fine after he got it fixed.

And regarding John Ryder, he said that this might be his last fight.

Quote
Ryder will be turning 35 years old in July, and he’s not a spring chicken any longer. If he loses to Canelo, this is probably the last chance he’ll get to fight for another world title before he ages out and is too old to work his way back into another mandatory spot.

1244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: April 14, 2023, 08:11:09 PM
That's normal. We choose our fighter as it will make the fight exciting to watch. Although both are great boxers and champions, we choose which side we think will win, especially if we are betting at the same time. It's not going to be easy for either fighter, but at least we will finally see them fight, which will prove the doubters wrong that one of them is evading this fight.
Too quick to say if we will see them fight, it's not from an official site this fight will happen at June 17, one or both them are still evading this fight. It will be disappointing if this fight will never happen, they're just want to stay in their comfort zone after they've collected and defended their belt.

There's always a boxer should able to beat them, if they want to move to the next weight, it's not prevent them to risk their record except they want to stay without any title.

That is why it is much better to keep some safe distance rather than biting these speculations especially if the names Crawford and Spence are linked to it, and as long as either one of them isn't confirming these rumor that they are indeed discussing the terms of the fight. It's more like these two seems like water and oil, they just can't be mixed.

They should vacate their belts if they aren't making fights as there are more deserving to have that belt and probably will give the fans the fight they wanted.
April 22, 2023 - Save the date people because that's the day of their announcement and that's also the day where we will know the winner of Tank vs Ryan fight.

Few more days to go and we will all know the real update between Crawford vs Spence's unification fight and most probably, we will know as well what happened to the Thurman vs Spence fight at 154 and why the negotiations failed. I honestly can't wait what Spence's camp have to say because they always got an alibi even if it's not that convincing.

1245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: April 14, 2023, 07:43:26 PM
Nothing wrong with 37, still in his prime as far as beating somebody like Jake Paul is concerned.  Nate Diaz will be as capable at 37 maybe more so for the experience over his career in beating somebody relatively loose like Jake Paul.   Really anyone with good practiced technique and at their best fitness should be beating Jake Paul if they really want to, some of these fights they are just collecting a pay packet for turning up on the night.

Just like we thought that Anderson Silva can defeat Jake Paul because he already got the experience advantage and probably IQ as well because he's already accustomed to the boxing sport unlike Nate Diaz who haven't have any history professional boxing bouts. But I like the idea that Nate Diaz somehow possess a threat against Jake Paul because the man is not a glass jaw and he's not that slow learner, so maybe he got some decent chances.
1246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 14, 2023, 06:49:30 PM
Maybe Tapales will have a few fights before he fight with Fulton or Inoue to become an undisputed champion. There's possible a rematch against Murodjon Akhmadaliev to see if Tapales really beat him.

Did Tapales agree to the rematch? I know it's an upset, but let's give credit to Tapales. If he gives a chance for a rematch, that's even better. He is the defending champion, so Akhmadaliev will have to double his effort and convince the judges that he can dominate the champion.

For me, I would prefer to see him fight a challenger first before a unification fight. That way, he can be tested to see if he is really ready to fight the other champions. If he does end up facing Inoue in a unification battle, I will play smart and remain unbiased.

Or if there is a rematch clause to begin with?

However, I wouldn't discount the fact that yes, Akhmadaliev can request for a rematch, and the camp of Marlon can give or not give him that. Based on the scores, both judges have the same, except for the one. So there are no controversies there in my opinion. But if Marlon knows that he truly beat Akhmadaliev then maybe he will think about it and gave the consent for rematch. Of course, the money will be on the side of Tapales now since he is now the champion. But let's see.

To end this speculation, here's a news regarding their possible rematch: NO REMATCH CLAUSE FOR MURODJON AKHMADALIEV VS MARLON TAPALES

In the stated article, Akhmadaliev's promoter, Eddie Hearn, said in an interview that there was no rematch clause written on the contract but they will try to make a rematch happen and if Tapales's camp won't agree, they will try to ask the WBA to enforce a mandatory fight to get that fight. As we all know, Eddie Hearn wasn't convinced that Marlon Tapales won that match that's why they will try to negotiate for a rematch.

Good thing that there's no rematch claw as Tapales and his camp can negotiate more if in case Hearn will insist since Tapales now holding the belt meaning to say that he's in the position to ask for his demand, for now no update yet if they will negotiate maybe they are enjoying the fame and the money that they've got after the fight.

We will wait for more details if the direction of this will go to what Hearn will request, like what you mentioned. He's not convinced that his champ lost that fight.

In most cases, the losing camp is expected to take their time and absorb the defeat before they start to make a move whether they will pursue a rematch or move on and it's still too early to hear an update about their possible rematch because I'm sure Murodjon is still resting while Tapales is living the dream because he is now the IBF and WBA World Champion.

We will likely hear some updates about it after a full month rest, Eddie Hearn may be restless about what happened but he knows that he should respect the decision and will try to bounce back next time, if there's a next time.
1247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 14, 2023, 06:25:50 PM
And it will be fitting that he is going to face his former team as a assistant coach under Steve Kerr. So he might have the advantage because he should know the rotation and their defensive movement.
I don't see the advantage here because if he just copies the system, I think the Warriors have the better advantage in terms of players' skills. Also, take note that the Warriors are the defending champions, yet they haven't gained respect due to their bad regular season record, especially their road record.

So, let's talk about the road game. Based on record, Sacramento should have the advantage. However, this is playoffs, and there is a different atmosphere for sure.
It's 0-0 so there's no advantage even if Brown was used to be the assistant coach. Maybe the Warriors have different system now, and if I'm not mistaken, he is the defensive coach of the Warriors back then so if there is something that he is familiar then it will be how the Warriors play defense. On the other hand, they have new set of players and maybe they got a new defensive coach that have negated what Brown used to employ in the Warriors.

But as you have said, the Warriors has a bad record in the road, could be a factor. However, this is going to be a series so there's a lot of momentum changes, last year they were down against the Boston Celtics but they overcome them and win the NBA trophy.
I believe Kerr would have new set of strategies and would use those new players as well just to make Mike Brown wouldn't know what set of plays and defense they'll gonna make. Yeah Kings has a good record and kudos to Brown for making it on playoffs but I think Warriors has the experience when it comes to this kind of atmosphere.

Let's already assume that because I don't think coach Steve Kerr will just sit and won't do something knowing that the Kings head coach now knew about the Warriors playing system especially in terms of defense. Say to safe that Kerr already prepared for this one as he doesn't want to make his team at the disadvantageous side because of that, moreover, a lot of time has already passed and the Warriors probably improved what they have.
1248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: April 13, 2023, 07:46:37 PM
Now if the undisputed fight between Spence and Crawford will happen, I bet it will be a huge one where the latter will literally make Spence pay and won't forget this fight by knocking him good in the ring because this fight is already personal as his time was wasted in the past few months. Moreover, Crawford got the advantage because he's still hot as he came from his tune-up fight recently while Spence here is turning 1 year inactive this coming 16th of April.

It will be a personal business between these two champ, if the negotiations will be closed and both fighters will agree with the contract for sure fans will be there to support both camps. Let see if what this time the negotiation will proceed and will have a close date with a sign contract between these two champs.

I reckon, it's "let's see this time what will be Spence's reasons if this negotiation will fail again" Grin Nah, just kidding!

On a serious note, I sure do hope that this time will be the last discussion where both camps will finally agree on the terms of the fight because the people have been waiting for this fight and hearing announcement this coming 22nd of the month that a fight will finally happen will surely make the fans, including me, glad and delighted.
1249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: April 13, 2023, 07:11:16 PM
.....and we still do not know how Inoue will do on his current division as he is yet to fight Fulton.

We will see, but the hype is very high for Inoue dominating the current division. Hopefully, we will not be disappointed in his coming performance. A dominant boxer would always bring joy to the fans, especially if that boxer is not afraid of taking on challengers, just like what Manny did. Maybe we will see someone like him in the future, or maybe it will be Inoue.

Let's see about that. But I believe Inoue can bring his prowess at super-bantam because if we look at it closely, the weight difference is not that much and most probably, 122 is Inoue's natural weight class because at 118 he needed to trim some of his weights just to suit the weight class but there's no problem about it. And so, in this division, I'm pretty much confident that Inoue can dominate 122. It's been quite a while since an Asian boxer dominated several weight classes.
1250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 13, 2023, 04:34:38 PM
Definitely wasn't expecting the Raptors to lose at home. I watched the first half and stopped watching, thinking the game was done for. As Raptors looked fairly solid in it. Surprising result for sure but it was fairly close. A few clutch plays here and there, and the result could have been different.
That may be because you underestimated the Bulls. I have seen this Bulls team come back before from a huge deficit, and they just did it again. The good thing is that Lavine is playing like an MVP, so you cannot count this team out. The Raptors are good as a unit, but they do not have much experience in big games as was concluded. They won a championship, but that was with the old squad. Most of them now are new, though they have the same head coach.

Yes, I guess majority of the bettors think that the Toronto Raptors had this game already. But DeRozan and specially Lavine doesn't want to lose this one. They come back from a huge lead and win this game.

And with this they are going to South Beach to face the Heat if I'm not mistaken.

The Pelicans and Thunder are still playing, Pelicans has a slight lead after the first half.

What a game, right? Play-in this year have been more interesting to watch compared last year, IMO. All four teams are good and the games were too tight to know which team will have the win at the end of the day. The Bulls rallied in the 2nd half and left the Raptors by surprise because they were unable to chase the gap that was made by the Bulls.

Then we have the Pelicans and Thunder who are both decent, but the Thunder prevailed, and they will be on the road to face the Minnesota in Minneapolis.
1251  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's a crypto/bitcoin scam that most people and newbies simply don't notice? on: April 12, 2023, 10:38:31 PM
People don't realize that big coins can be scams too. They think if a coin is in top 10 or top 20, it's guaranteed to not be a scam. But in reality crypto devs do not plan to actually finish their project, they just create hype, get millions of dollars from dumping their coins and move on to the next "project". Crypto is a game of a bigger fool rather than an investment in something that creates value.
True. Most particularly for newbies, they will always think that scams are only possible for coins that are just starting to prove their worth in the market. Not realizing that even those projects that have been hyping in the market and are gaining much attention from the investors because of its high potentials to succeed , would eventually vanish in the market instantly bringing all those funds from the people who have trusted it so much. That’s why everyone should invest with caution, once the project is not reputable enough, be sure to invest only a minimal amount so that if it’s suddenly gone, it will never leave you panicking.
1252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you still advised more buy and store? on: April 12, 2023, 09:58:36 PM
Actually, buying and storing your coins is always a good option as long as the price never reaches its peak yet, so you have all the time to accumulate a lot more of it. However, it also depends on your finances and your capability to constantly buying it. If you have a tight budget, then never push through it but prioritize what’s needed the most. And when you’re done sustaining the basic needs of your family, then it’s time to spare some extra funds for your investment. And when you have save enough, that’s the time to buy a portion of bitcoin and hold it. You can always do it everytime you have extra funds reserved for your investment. Invest what you can afford to lose, that way you will lessen the risk from your investment.
1253  Economy / Economics / Re: Is some certain lifestyle a waste of money and time ? on: April 12, 2023, 09:45:19 PM
With the drinking habit of your friends almost all days of the week, I must say it’s certainly a waste of money and even time that should be supposed to spend on your family for more quality time. You know it’s never bad to drink as long as it’s done moderately, but in your case, it’s like your friends are abusing it that will only put their health and finances in danger later on. So never adopt what they’re doing just because they are your friends. You should know the right from wrong. And in this case, this is very wrong wasting their time and money in a drinking habit that won’t make them productive at all.
1254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convince a sceptical person to buy Bitcoin ? on: April 12, 2023, 09:21:43 PM
Although within this community Bitcoin is practically the only currency in which everyone believes, just look around a bit and we will find thousands of people who think otherwise.
At this point I wonder, what reasons should we give these people to make them realise that Bitcoin is a right choice? The first argument that comes to mind to convince a person who is sceptical about Bitcoin, is first of all that with Bitcoin you no longer need to delegate the custody of your money to a third party (banks, mutual funds, etc.): you are the master and you hold them. What else would you add?
For me, when it comes to highly volatile investments, a single person should not be forced or convinced into it, but should dwell on it voluntarily. Otherwise, the one who insist to convince will be the one responsible for any loss or failure from his investment. And I believe with bitcoin, people should not enter in it just because other people are doing it and benefiting much from it, but the right way is people invest in it because they believe in it as one potential investment that will grow and prosper in time.
1255  Economy / Gambling / Re: Enough to consider a casino scam? on: April 11, 2023, 10:58:49 PM
Gamblers become too lazy to read the ToS because of their obsession to eagerly make profits. To avoid getting into trouble, make sure to understand well the terms and conditions in each gambling casino so that if there are instances like this, you will not resort into panicking and spread some lies that this certain casino is cheating and scamming.
Yes, it's true, many gamblers are lazy to read TOS at casinos, even though understanding TOS at casinos is very important and must be done by all gamblers so they don't make mistakes or violate what has become casino rules and policies.
As you said, there are some gamblers who actually blame or claim that the casino has cheated them, but when we do research and explore everything, it's not the casino that's at fault, but the gambler who is actually guilty for violating the rules of the casino.
But what can make the TOS a text that contains quite a lot so it's only natural that there are still many gamblers who ignore it and prefer to prioritize their profits.
I guess no matter how we’ll educate gamblers, it’s always a fact that not all gamblers were able to read and understand the casino ToS simply because it’s time consuming. After all, as long as you are just gambling rightly without any intention to create fraud, then you will never be suspected for any not righteous acts.
1256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Things I've learned day trading Bitcoin for 3 years (successfully) on: April 11, 2023, 09:46:07 PM
Bonus tip: Keep it simple, don't complicate your trading even if it looks cool. It's easy to get caught up in fancy indicators and complex trading strategies, but simplicity is often the key to success. Keeping your approach straightforward and easy to execute will lead to success.
A lowkey tip but needs to be understood by many. You don't really need to confuse and complicate yourselves in trading if this is what you want. You just have to trade, learn what's necessary to learn and the strategies that you want to do. Like doing a simple strategy and keeping a profitable trade even if the amount won isn't a lot. That's what being simple is, you just need understand your need and that shouldn't be that much so that you're not expecting a lot in the market and that won't disappoint you as well and at the same time, you won't take your losses seriously but you'll just need to be better with your next trades.
Trading is never easy but not that hard though if you know what you are doing. So if you want to trade and be profitable, then stick to your own strategy no matter how simple it is. As long as you know it’s working, then never be confused about it. And take note that when you trade, never allow yourself to complicate things. That will only lost your focus on trading. Stick to what you think is simple and working, that way you will be more motivated to end a trading successfully.
1257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: April 10, 2023, 06:39:31 PM
Yes, it's a huge chance for Donaire to be a champion again or even unify all the belts. I think that's what he is doing now and taking advantage while there are no boxers that can be a threat in the division that can probably face him. Well, if time permits, Nonito will and can surely unify all the belts at 118. For now, let's see him fight because his last fights weren't that flashy anymore.

Not unless Nonito Donaire will lose this fight against Santiago, I will still stick to my personal belief that Donaire can stll dominate the bantamweight division despite his age now that Inoue is now out of the said division. Seeing the current rankings at the 122 across all boxing organizations, it's only Jason Moloney for can give a tough fight to Donaire.

But seems Moloney still recognize Donaire's power and try to delay the time they will face soon by backing on the fight. It will result for them to meet each other at the possible unification fight if they will be both become champion but at that time will happened, Donaire is aging more.

We know that upsets are always possible but I guess it's safe and we can assume that the chance of upset in this bout are smaller than slim, IMO. That said, I believe that Donaire can be a champion once again after this fight and hopefully he can gather up the remaining belts while he can still fight and give his utmost destructive power towards his foes. But since this fight haven't got its own schedule (AFAIK), let's hope that Donaire can still fight once more before this year ends.

Yeah, it's slim I guess, unless that Santiago is a extra ordinary fighter like Manny when he was just starting and upset Barrera in Texas, but if he is not and base on his records, It's unlikely that he can pull it against the experience of Nonito.

Just waiting for words though about this fight because there is no date yet?

Or maybe they are still negotiating? I don't know, but hopefully this will happen this year and we all looking for Donaire to win here and become a champion once more.

I might not go with that statement mate because we cannot just compare Manny Pacquiao's footsteps with Santiago's footstep because the latter has nothing in comparison with the Filipino legend. I mean, look at his records, Manny Pacquiao surely didn't have that when he was still climbing from flyweight up to bantamweight, at that time, he already got a lot of recognition and was known already in the industry unlike Santiago now who is still fighting to earn himself a place in the division.
1258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 10, 2023, 04:52:00 PM

Can someone explain what will happen if they all end up with a season standing of 43-39? Will there be a tiebreaker game, or if not, who will finish in the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th places? I didn't know how tiebreakers work in a play-in tournament.
I shared how the mechanics will be 2 days ago here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1220979.msg62054312#msg62054312
I hope that helps.

Suns picked Clippers instead of Warriors. They could've won the game if they wanted to, but lost to Clippers and became play-off first round opponents. This is pretty logical as they avoid the last champion. Paul George's return is still unknown.
Lakers won but it wasn't enough for 6th place. They need to pass play-in rounds now. Pelicans is also in form but Lakers wouldn't make mistakes here.
Phoenix Suns might win this first round without PG13 around but they do have to be careful with Westbrook. That dude will certainly give his all, especially with a goal of a championship. This may be his last chance in a good team with Kawhi Leonard so he will play harder than before.

The Lakers on the other hand need to locked in at the 7th spot and there's a lot of speculations on Youtube now with NBA analysts that they might get it.
But, I would not underestimate the power of BI and CJ. Those two can go hot at any instance, a good defender should be posted on them. Vanderbilt will be a good choice to be posted against BI and Reaves for CJ.

The Lakers are still not locked in that 7th spot, as you have said, BI and CJ are making a run in their last 10 games so it will be a tight race for that very important 7th spot.

As for the Suns vs Clippers, they already have KD, I think that will be the breaker here. If it will be just Booker against Kahwi and Leonard, and even with PG, Clippers have a good chance. But know the Suns has one of the best offensive weapon right now and it's KD and we haven't seen him really play the level that all we all know. So in this series it will be close but I will have to go with the Suns.

Good point, it's really undeniable that the Phoenix Suns have improved their chances to reach further this time by having KD on their side and whoever the team will face, they will surely have a hard time grabbing a win because the Suns are quite stacked right now especially if all four core players are present, their offense and defense is just hard to penetrate. For the Clippers, their chemistry will be heavily tested in the first round and I look forward that they will give an interesting game because PG and Kawhi are there to lead the whole roster plus there's WB and Powell on the sides who are always available when the duo needed them.

And it's according to one thread, in this fight, someone will make it official about the Errol Spence vs Bud Crawford fight. So we will see if it is going to happen because that is one of the most anticipated much as well. Just like this fight, two boxers in their prime and both are champions.

They will be making a huge announcement using this fight as many people will be watching. Hopefully, they will announce the undisputed fight between two undefeated champions that we have been waiting for. If they seal that fight, there will be no more speculation that either one of them is trying to evade it.

The boxing industry is getting bored right now, as it feels invaded by this popular YouTuber that want to get in to the pro scene. These (Davis vs Garcia & Spence & Crawford) are the fights that fans really want to watch.

I agree, it was taken by the Paul Brothers and making millions in their exhibition fights. And this should be a challenge for boxing, promoters, networks affiliations and boxers themselves to bring back the glory and make the right fights and not allow politics and corruption to take over in the industry.

So hopefully by April 22, we will now that Errol Spence vs Bud Crawford is officially on the calendar of fights for this year.

We still have Haney and Loma, but we wanted to see more great fights and hoping that everyone involved can deliver it like the Ryan Garcia vs Tank Davis fight.

Is Errol Spence vs. Terence Crawford confirmed for June already? In any case,  you forgot to mention Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue hehe. It will certainly be a fight that might change the super bantamweight division if Inoue gets the WBC and WBO championships.
As of now, that specific bout is not yet sure if it will really materialize even if they will announce it in the Ryan Garcia vs Gervonta Davis fight while the Inoue vs Fulton has been delayed because the Japanese former undisputed champion at 118 was injured recently which resulted into a delay but now they got a new schedule.

Also, did everyone watch how Israel Adesanya knockout Alex Pereira? Izzy pretended to be hurt and caused Pereira to begin to punch and kick which caused him to be open for Adesanya's very quick counter panch. I reckon King Ry can use the same tactic to trick Tank hehe.

That was a sweet revenge and Adesanya surely prepared well to execute and finish Pereira in a much shorter time. But I'm not sure what you mean that Garcia can use a tactic like that because somehow boxing is quite different compared to the UFC.

It's interesting to note though that Regis Prograis, the WBC champion in the 140 lbs is already a free agent. He used to be under Probellum, but we all know that the boxing outfit or at least most of it's boxers have bee taken by Disrupt Promotions, except maybe for Donaire and Eimantas Stanionis who remain who remain with Richard Schaefer.

And with that, we might see a possible scenario that Prograis might fight the winner of this fight, or at least will go for any unification in this division as Taylor only held one belt (WBO) and it will be on the line against Lopez.

I just saw Teo and JT's slight trashtalk in an interview and it's evident enough for me to see that Josh Taylor doesn't have any fears in his upcoming fight against Teo, he was just too confident that Teo can't do a difference in that fight which is understandable because he is still undefeated and a former undispted champion.

While Teo was just speaking nonsense and talking that he will defeat Josh with a statement because he is the greatest in the industry now and it's already predicted as that's what the greatest will do. Quite funny I would say because I can see that he was just bluffing because he already probably know the difference of their power and he's just trying to mess with Josh in the head. But JT didn't took the bait, as expected.

Haven't seen that but obviously, we all know how Teofimo's mouth is, it was very evident when he defeated Loma and he multiply his trash talking when he fought Kambosos, most likely it's because of his confidence win against Loma that time and he thinks he is the best boxer and a crowd drawer. But Kambosos put him in the right place when he defeated that big mouth of Teofimo and his father.

But since he is on 2 winning streak, albeit against low key fighters and he didn't fare good in his last fight, still though he chooses where he is good at, trash talking his opponent. But JT is not going to back down because he has the tools and has been a undisputed in this division wherein Lopez is just trying to make his name.

I think @Maslate was referring on this short interview: Josh Taylor & Teofimo Lopez Talk All the Trash In Tremendous Face to Face Interview

Anyway, I agree, Teofimo was just bluffing and tried to talk calmly to maintain his poise on that interview but we can certainly see how he reacts against Josh Taylor's comments to every questions. Teo was just lucky when he upsets the prime Loma because the latter got a problem before their fight, which is a shoulder injury that really took a toll in Loma's performance.
